Combined with the instance inHuaiYindistrict of Jinan city, the structural model that includes road conditions, intersections, straightsections, bends and ramps is proposed. Delphi method was used to construct the judgment matrix and then the MATLAB was used to calculate the corresponding weights of the various index of the entire road *** with self-assessment of each index, then the safety level of the road is figured out.

Following the global trend of sustainable development, the concepts of transformation of industrial development mode and "the New Road to Industrialization with Chinese Characteristics" were proposed in China around the year of 2000. Today, the transformation has been carried out for 10 years, and the effects and problems as well as experiences are worth discussing. This research aims to establish an index system of China's industrial transformation. The weight of each indicator which is in the index system is calculated by the two methods: entropy weight and analytichierarchyprocess (AHP), respectively, for the purpose of high reliability. The transformation from 2000 to 2009 is evaluated by the method of weighted average. The results demonstrate that China's industrial development mode has been changing progressively. However, a number of problems still remain, for instance, China's ability of withstanding external crises is still weak, the situation of human capital is still unable to meet the needs of transformation, the conversion rate of independent innovation achievements is low, the effect of industrial structure adjustment is unsatisfactory, the housing price is relatively high, and also the rich-poor divide in China posts a great threat. Then, several suggestions related to the problems mentioned above are put forward. The development of index system and methods are aimed to form a set of useful tools for policy-makers to facilitate the transformation of industrial development mode and support sustainable development. Based on the structural characteristics and preliminary design of submerged floating tunnel (SFT) prototype in Qiandao Lake, this paper gives the risk index system of public safety of SFT and risk assessment methods by analyzing different impact factors of SFT public safety. Moreover, the public safety risk is evaluated during construction and operation of SFT prototype in Qiandao Lake by the presented analytic hierarchy process method. The results show that in spite of facing many technical problems and potential risks, these potential risks of SFT can be controlled or reduced to a minimum level with the help of reasonable design and certain measures. Based on fuzzy-matter-element analysis, combining the concept of Euclidean distance, the fuzzy-matter-clement analysis method on the base of Euclidean distance is proposed. In the comprehensive evaluation on water resources sustainable utilization, the developing stages of every region are regarded as matter elements;and compound fuzzy-matter-clement is constructed with the evaluation indexes and corresponding fuzzy value. Through calculating Euclidean distance from the standard fuzzy-matter-element and adopting analytic hierarchy process method to calculate the weight of evaluation indexes, it is realized to comprehensively evaluate and sequence the sustainable water resources utilization of the regions. This model is applied to the comprehensive evaluation on sustainable water resources utilization in semiarid drought-resistant irrigated area of Gan Nan experimental region in the northeast of China, which has made good effects, being quite instructive to the sustainable utilization of Can Nan water resources.
