In the present world, with the rising cost of all products, it became painful to own products that are of no use for the long term. Instead of spending money on buying these products, it can be used on a rental basis. The proposed android application makes it simple for consumers to rent products online. The policy of the android application is "Rent what you need and Rent out what you don't". So, when a person puts his product for rent, all other users can have a look at it. To create a new account in the app, the user just needs to enter his mobile number for One-Time Password (OTP) validation. After successful login, all the products that are kept for rent will be displayed on the home activity. The android application uses current user location and sorts the items from nearest to the farthest. To post an item for rent, the user needs to tap on the "Post ad" option in the menu. The user is required to select a category from the provided 10 categories in the application for a systematic classification. Then he needs to upload photographs of the product and fill up all the details available. Finally, on tapping the "Post" button, the item will be successfully put out for rent, so that other users can find it. The whole idea is to connect people in renting things online. People can save their expenses on some products by renting things owned by others for a particular period.

Stack Overflow (SO) is one of the most popular Q&A sites for not only providing valuable information to software developers but also encouraging the sharing of knowledge and problem solving. Unfortunately, the information provided by SO is not always sufficient for developers. In this paper, we empirically show how fast and effectively historical code changes can substitute for missing or unanswered SO articles. Developers in all around the world encounter many problems daily and their trial-and-error experiences to resolve the problems are accumulated in the code change history. The extracted source code differences are expected to provide valuable information to developers before the questions and answers are posted on SO. In our study, we focus on the usage of APIs as the topic of SO articles, because many developers are interested in API programming and suffer from the problems related to API usage. We extracted 4,780 code differences from 713 repositories of android applications (F-Droid). As a result, we found that 64% of SO articles on android APIs are related to code differences, whereas 44% of code differences are related to SO articles. Not a few code differences appear before the corresponding SO articles are actually posted. The median of time lag between the first appearance of code changes and the first actual SO postings is 22 months.

Context-aware computing is a mobile computing paradigm that helps designing and implementing next generation smart applications, where personalized devices interact with users in smart environments. Development of such applications is inherently complex due to these applications adapt to changing contextual information and they often run on resource-bounded devices. Most of the existing context-aware development frameworks are centralized, adopt client-server architecture, and do not consider resource limitations of context-aware devices. This paper presents a systematic framework to modelling and implementation of resource-bounded multi-agent context-aware systems on android devices. The proposed framework makes use of semantic technologies for context modelling and reasoning about resource-bounded context-aware agents, android powered smartphones as development platform, a suitable communication model and declarative rule-based programming as a preferred development language.
