Resource management system helps the enterprises to coordinate the IT resources in connection to the action performed by the key players such as cloud customers and service providers. Present day cloud resource and service providers use a heterogeneous allocation strategy for resources allocation across various geographical locations. Further, these allocations are completely in need of secure transactions, effective scheduling and dynamic resource allocation strategies. To overcome the above mentioned issues, this paper proposes a novel resource allocation framework for the cloud service providers to schedule and effective resource allocation. The key idea of the proposed resource allocation scheme is to utilize Non dominated Sorting Genetic algorithm (NSGA-III) to effectively allocate resources. Furthermore, the proposed NSGA-III is modified to support any interim data sources (any middle wares). The proposed model is experimentally validated in the test bed with multi-node Hadoop cluster. The experimental results confirm that the proposed model outperforms the existing state of the art models such as Lion optimization, Traditional ACO and Particle based Kernel function algorithms with more than 95% in accuracy.

In this article, a microstrip Gysel power divider (MGPD) based on the ant colony optimization algorithm (ACOA) has been designed, simulated, and fabricated with the help of novel semi-radial-shaped resonators (SRSRs). In addition, attenuators and open-end stubs have been incorporated to generate a broad cut-off band and diminish unwanted harmonics. The implemented circuit boasts a central frequency of 1.24 GHz. The L and C parameters of the equivalent circuit of the used resonators have been predicted with the assistance of the ACOA method. The subsequent phase was the fabrication of this MGPD, after which its performance was evaluated in light of the results acquired from the simulation. It was discovered that there was a high degree of concordance between the two. Conversely, the fabricated circuit offers several advantages, such as a suitable S12 of - 3.08 dB, a high return loss of less than 20 dB at the working frequency, a compact size of 0.12 lambda g\documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \usepackage{amsmath} \usepackage{wasysym} \usepackage{amsfonts} \usepackage{amssymb} \usepackage{amsbsy} \usepackage{mathrsfs} \usepackage{upgreek} \setlength{\oddsidemargin}{-69pt} \begin{document}$${\lambda }_{g}$$\end{document} by 0.37 lambda g\documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \usepackage{amsmath} \usepackage{wasysym} \usepackage{amsfonts} \usepackage{amssymb} \usepackage{amsbsy} \usepackage{mathrsfs} \usepackage{upgreek} \setlength{\oddsidemargin}{-69pt} \begin{document}$${\lambda }_{g}$$\end{document}, a high fractional bandwidth (FBW) of 125%, and the ability to eliminate undesired harmonics. The circuit effectively suppresses unwanted harmonics, up to the 19th harmonic, ensuring strong responsiveness in the passband with minimal ripple. Therefore, a wide variety of electronic devices, including radar transmitter and receiver circuits, computer network hardware, electronic labs, and many other high-frequency systems, can utilize the described circuit.

Fuzzy neural network (FNN) has a strong self-learning and self-tuning function, but there exists the insufficiency in selecting parameters. So ant colony optimization (ACO) algorithm and chaos theory are introduced into the FNN in order to propose an optimized FNN (CACOFNN) model. In the proposed CACOFNN model, a switching function is designed for the connections between neurons to transform the structure and parameters of FNN into a simple function optimization problem. The fuzzy grid partition is used to determine the optimal rules and structure of FNN. Then the chaos theory is introduced into the ACO algorithm to propose a chaotic ACO (CACO) algorithm for optimizing the initial parameters of FNN. Finally, the proposed CACOFNN model is applied to optimize the parameters of PID controller of traction motor. The results show that the CACOFNN model takes on the faster approximation control objectives, more excellent performance and convergence.

This paper proposes a new algorithm for optimum self-healing restoration of a smartmicrogrid operating in islanded mode of operation. The objective of the proposed algorithm is to optimize the topological structure of the islanded microgrid system (IMG) via: (1) maximizing the served load after the fault isolation;and (2) minimizing the switching operation costs. The proposed algorithm takes into consideration the system operational constraints in all operating conditions. The new algorithm accounts for droop controlled IMG special operational characteristics. The problem is formulated as a multi-objective optimization problem and solved using ant colony optimization algorithm. The proposed algorithm has been implemented in MATLAB environment and several case studies have been carried to test its effectiveness.

This paper presents a new technique, the Hypothesis Swarm Problem-solving Technique (HSPT), that allows swarms to operate on more complex problems in a general way that produces solutions faster than traditional swarms by emerging compatible sub-solutions cooperatively. Instead of agents simply reacting to their own stimuli, they produce hypotheses about their environment to resolve discovered conflicts. As they gather supporting or refuting evidence for their hypothesis, we force a higher level of social interaction requiring them to compare their evidence with other agents. They reward compatible hypotheses and devalue conflicting ones, encouraging acceptance of mutually supporting hypotheses. We demonstrate the effectiveness of this approach on graph-coloring and round-robin scheduling problems and also compare its efficiency with other swarm techniques including brute force, reactive swarms and ant colony optimization algorithms.

Maintenance disassembly sequence planning is an important part of maintainability design. To tackle disassembly sequence planning problem efficiently, based on the product's basic information and constraint relations between parts, disassembly Petri net reachable graph is presented. The problem of disassembly sequence planning is transformed into that of searching optimal paths in the graph. At the same time an ant colony optimization algorithm is presented to search the optimal solutions. Through examples verify the effectiveness of the method.

The trust value between two nodes is important for their interactions in social network. In this paper we propose an ACO-based trust inference algorithm. First, we use the ant colony optimization algorithm to find two trust trains with high trust value between any two nodes, since the most accurate information comes from the node with the highest trust value. We optimized the corresponding parameters of the ACO algorithm to make it adaptive to our problem. Indirect trust value between two nodes is calculated according to direct trust value and trust chains got by ACO. The statistical analysis indicates that our algorithm gains more accuracy of trust value computing compared with a classical trust algorithm.

Fault-tolerant scheduling of real-time (RT) tasks in multiprocessor environment is essentially a NP-hard problem. This basically involves allocating a set of tasks to a set of processors so as to minimize the makespan and ensure tasks to meet their timing constraints. Many traditional heuristic approaches, such as earliest deadline first (EDF) and least laxity first (LLF) have been adopted to find optimal solution to this scheduling problem. However, conventional approach to achieve fault-tolerance (FT) in scheduling RT tasks based on traditional heuristic approach suffers from poor performance and results in inefficient processor utilization. Nature-inspired heuristic algorithms are gaining increased acceptance among researcher for solving real world NP-hard combinatorial optimization problems. This paper presents a comparative study of the novel primary-backup (PB) based fault-tolerant scheduling (PBFTS) technique for RT tasks in multiprocessor environment using two popular nature-inspired heuristic algorithms: the ant colony optimization (ACO) and the Genetic algorithm (GA). Exhaustive simulation reveals that the PBFTS algorithm based on GA and ACO both outperform the traditional PBFTS schemes in terms of performance, system utilization and efficiency. However, the comparative study also shows that the ACO based scheme surpasses the GA based scheme in terms of speed of execution whereas GA based scheme displays superior convergence with respect to ACO counterpart.

Under the guidance of scientific and technological innovation concept, new technology and algorithms are applied to information retrieval and real estate registration system. These excellent algorithms and hardware technology make our file management more convenient, intelligent, and efficient. ln this paper, researches on the establishment of intelligent file management system and document retrieval were done based on big data environment and with the combination of the project development experience of the Land and Resources Bureau of Nanjing. First of all, this paper focuses on the defects of Java EE framework which is proposed based on the composite Spring-Struts-Hibernate (SSH) frame system and aims to optimize the performance of SSH and promote its efficiency. Secondly, the growing number of archives is reducing the retrieval efficiency of archives management website. ln this paper, the ant colony optimization algorithm is employed to classify the data mining and applied to the quick retrieval of big data. At the same time, the complexity of the optimized algorithm and retrieval efficiency are analyzed. The results show that the retrieval time and efficiency are improved in the big data environment.

Recently, there has been much more attention focusing on the evolving networks, whose application domains include Web networks, social networks, communication networks and etc. In this paper, we focus on a financial network, where nodes represent participants of a financial market. Due to lending activities, funds are transferred from one participant to another, and credit-debt relationships between them are formed. With repeated activities, flows of funds are shown in a financial network. We analyze the evolution of funds flows based on evolutionary game theory. Using Lyapunov stability method, we prove that funds flows converge to a relatively stable state, and prove a bound on the convergence time. Finally, we design an ant colony optimization algorithm for a financial network, and use experiments to simulate the evolving process of funds flows.
