Zakat is the fourth pillar of Islam which is obligatory and must be implemented for those who can afford. Zakat maal is an obligation for those who have excess wealth of basic needs. Many Muslims are less so understand the charity and lack of socialization would be charity. This research aims to develop multi-platform zakat maal mobile web application using jQuery framework. It is built to deliver speed, stability, and an excellent cross-browser experience for web mobile visitor. Mobile application Development Life Cycle (MADLC) includes the following phases: identification, design, development, prototyping, testing, deployment and maintenance, used to support developer create a mobile application rapidly.

The Trusted Remote Function Interface (TRFI) is a small library that exposes services via a REST API to allow function execution with scientific programming languages. Functional units are uploaded to a remote server using the provided REST API. The API stores registered functions for later execution. Maintaining code using this technique allows clients to repeatedly execute functions without having the native language, typically Octave or Python, installed on the client machine. A common problem in scientific applications is the requirement for a program to interface with scientific scripting languages. Typically, this is not a straightforward approach for accomplishing the data exchange and subsequent function execution on that data from popular languages such as Java or JavaScript. This task is extraordinarily cumbersome if the interpreter, used by the scientific programming language, is not installed locally. By separating the function signature from the underlying implementation, and providing a uniform REST API, the TRFI library allows function interfacing in two ways. First, direct interfacing by using the equipped Java library. Second, the more common scenario is interfacing remotely by deploying the library using aJAX-RS compatible web server. The result of the TRFI library's design and the provided REST API is the facilitation of code interoperability and reuse for scientific applications.

The paper describes a formal approach to specification of Open Service Access (OSA) gateway that supports open interfaces for charging and quality of service management and Diameter protocol. The gateway has to implement two mutually synchronized finite state machines, one representing the application view on the charging session and another one for the Diameter peer. Both state machines are formally described as Labeled Transition Systems and their behavioral equivalence is proved using the concept of week bisimulation. An example of OSA application quality of service based charging application is provided.

Human to machine conversation is made by using a chatbot. Nowadays the use of Chatbots is very popular as large scale of applications especially in systems that provide an intelligence support to the user. In India a large number of people use railways to commute from one place to another. For the same reason, most of the people use irctc website to complete actions like ticket booking, checking PNR status, checking seat availability, checking train details from one place to another. As we know the irctc website is overwhelmed by the number of users visiting the site and hence results in slow response by the website, So to create an alternative to such railway actions, the users can use the chatbot. To the date, we have never seen a chatbot or such a thing that is user-friendly with providing railway information by considering the idea of chatbot, Users can request for the information in simple English language and more over the chatbot will also provide the data at their voice commands as well the chatbot will provide easy updation of data. This chatbot can be integrated with various platforms such as facebook, Google assistant, viber etc, So to conclude we can say that, using this chatbot our task of visiting multiple web pages to complete required railway requests can be saved with multiple user-friendly applications.

Neural networks are powering the deployment of embedded devices and Internet of Things. applications range from personal assistants to critical ones such as self-driving cars. It has been shown recently that models obtained from neural nets can be trojaned; an attacker can then trigger an arbitrary model behavior facing crafted inputs. This has a critical impact on the security and reliability of those deployed devices. We introduce novel algorithms to detect the tampering with deployed models, classifiers in particular. In the remote interaction setup we consider, the proposed strategy is to identify markers of the model input space that are likely to change class if the model is attacked, allowing a user to detect a possible tampering. This setup makes our proposal compatible with a wide range of scenarios, such as embedded models, or models exposed through prediction APIs. We experiment those tampering detection algorithms on the canonical MNIST dataset, over three different types of neural nets, and facing five different attacks (trojaning, quantization, fine-tuning, compression and watermarking). We then validate over five large models (VGG16, VGG19, ResNet, MobileNet, DenseNet) with a state of the art dataset (VGGFace2), and report results demonstrating the possibility of an efficient detection of model tampering.

Social networks are of significant analytical interest. This is because their data are generated in great quantity, and intermittently, besides that, the data are from a wide variety, and it is widely available to users. Through such data, it is desired to extract knowledge or information that can be used in decision-making activities. In this context, we have identified the lack of methods that apply data mining techniques to the task of analyzing the professional profile of employees. The aim of such analyses is to detect competencies that are of greater interest by being more required and also, to identify their associative relations. Thus, this work introduces MineraSkill methodology that deals with methods to infer the desired profile of a candidate for a job vacancy. In order to do so, we use keyword detection via natural language processing techniques; which are related to others by inferring their association rules. The results are presented in the form of a case study, which analyzed data from LinkedIn, demonstrating the potential of the methodology in indicating trending competencies that are required together.

Due to the openness of Android, more and more malware has exploded, and constitutes a huge security threat to Android-based smartphones. This paper proposes a mechanism to study sensitive data leakage by analyzing sensitive APIs, decompiles Android APK to get smali files, and defines a sensitive API library related to user privacy. Then, analyzes the potential threats by detecting the sensitive API in the source code, and determines whether there is a sensitive data leakage. We analyzed 20 applications with the help of the mechanism, and in the paper we present one detailed analysis process.

Google maps API provides many features for manipulating maps and adding content to the map through a variety of services that allows to create a mapping application. This paper discusses the use of the Google maps API to connect the land site listed in the certificate of land with Google maps so that the location of the land can be determined accurately. The method used in this research is the research and development (R&D) method with dynamic system approach. The applications were made aiming to help the Land Officer and the public to know the location of the land digitally. The utilization of GPS technology is used to determine the coordinate points of the boundary in the form of latitude and longitude accordance with the existing situation in the field. The advantage of mapping digital land certificates is not only to know the land site, but also get the information contained in the map and make map-making is much cheaper because they do not need to use a lot of tools, maintenance, in addition to the storage media practically do not need more space. The digital land certificate mapping application resulted in this research can be used supplemental to the current official application, but the precision of this application is still the problem for this research, and still continuously determined.

Personalized learning refers to a system of teaching and learning where the content, methods, and assessment are tailored to each learner's needs, capacities/skills/competencies, and pace. There is abundant literature about personalized learning, describing its advantages, challenges, and approaches to implementing it. This study has explored the abundant literature and realized that while there are substantial proposed ways to achieve personalized learning, these proposals are not implemented into actionable products. This research aims to construct a Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI) tutor that implements personalized learning and teaching in a higher education level course. The research methodology involved exploring literature to determine the requirements for personalized learning and designing a tutor system. The resultant system uses Custom GPT technology, application programming Interface (API), a repository for storing content, learners' profile information, and performance metrics. Out of the six components that make the proposed system, only the “Custom GPT” component has been implemented and tested on a course named “Applied Cryptography” in a postgraduate program. Though the preliminary results are promising, an effective assessment of the system will be made when the full implementation is completed. Further, issues related to ethics, scaling and integration with learning management systems should also be considered. Subsequent work to this study will focus on those issues.

Modeling and Simulation (M&S) plays a crucial role in the design and analysis of complex systems, with the Discrete EVent System specification (DEVS) formalism being a widely adopted mathematical framework. This paper introduces xDEVS no_std, the first version of xDEVS written in the Rust programming language’s no_std environment. Rust’s features, including a data ownership mechanism, enable the development of high-performance, memory-safe simulations. xDEVS no_std focuses on Real-Time (RT) simulation for safety-critical embedded applications, leveraging Rust’s abstractions to simplify code sharing and cross-compilation. The paper outlines the implementation design and application programming Interface (API), which facilitates the creation of both atomic and coupled DEVS models. The RT simulator integrates with hardware, handling external interrupts and enabling interactions with the embedded system. A use case on a RISC-V microcontroller demonstrates xDEVS no_std’s capabilities, illustrating how it can effectively orchestrate tasks of Cyber-Physical System (CPS) on embedded platforms.
