This research has three critical research objectives. The first objective is to study the context and risk of diabetes from the food consumption behavior of Thai people in the northern region. The second objective is to develop a model for predicting diabetes risk from the food consumption behavior of Thai people in the northern region. The last objective is to evaluate the efficiency of the model for predicting diabetes risk from the dietary behavior of Thai people in the northern region. The population and sample in this research were 370 people in Chiang Muan District, Phayao Province, aged between 20 and 99 years. The research tools include an IOC-approved questionnaire and data mining analysis using machine learning and artificial intelligence tools known as CRISP-DM. Model performance was evaluated using data partitioning and testing known as split-validation methods and confusion matrix performance. The research results found that the context of rural people in northern Thailand toward food consumption behavior was normal. Overall, the risk of people developing diabetes was at an acceptable level. The developed model has the highest level of accuracy with an accuracy value of 81.80%. It is given in Tables 11 and 12 that people have good food consumption habits. Moreover, the model for predicting the risk of diabetes in rural communities was found to have a high level of accuracy by comparing various techniques, as given in Table 4. This research, therefore, concludes that all objectives were achieved. The results and expectations from the research are to know the food consumption context of rural people in the northern region of Thailand, which can be used to design and plan strategies to prevent the increase in people at risk of diabetes in Thailand. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2025.

Data encryption which is associated with cryptography is necessary to prevent the compromise of Personally Identifying. Multi-level security is ensured by combining the Huffman code with certain cryptographic techniques, such as symmetric encryption algorithms. In order to decode the message, Huffman code can access both the code wordlist and the encoded bits. Inadequate error-correcting techniques with encoded bits can be harmed in this way, leading to the complete loss of information. Nevertheless, sending code wordlists and bits of code to the recipient takes a lot of transmission time. It is necessary to offer strategies for countermeasures to secure and fix the broken encoded bit. So, the problem is to safeguard the original wordlist from tampering without compromising the current code bit. Information. The goal of the investigation is to reduce interference in the levels of communication between the reader and the card. Due to the card's susceptibility, a Mifare classic 1K and Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) were used in this study's simulation. The experiment when N = 200 was conducted and the result below was obtained. The number of unique characters at 0.5 in AES running mode with 0.023 ms at CBC optimal and ECB 0.023 ms. Data and information technology are key to every aspect of our response to the current coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic-including the diagnosis of patients and delivery of care, the development of predictive models of disease spread, and the management of personnel and equipment. The increasing engagement of informaticians at the forefront of these efforts has been a fundamental shift, from an academic to an operational role. However, the past history of informatics as a scientific domain and an area of applied practice provides little guidance or prologue for the incredible challenges that we are now tasked with performing. Building on our recent experiences, we present 4 critical lessons learned that have helped shape our scalable, data-driven response to COVID-19. We describe each of these lessons within the context of specific solutions and strategies we applied in addressing the challenges that we faced.

IntroductionMedical information is expanding at exponential rates. Practicing physicians must acquire skills to efficiently navigate large bodies of evidence to answer clinical questions daily. How best to prepare medical students to meet this challenge remains unknown. The authors sought to design, implement, and assess a pragmatic evidence-based medicine (EBM) course engaging students at the transition from undergraduate to graduate medical *** and MethodsAn elective course was offered during the required 1-month Capstone medical school curriculum. Participants included one hundred sixty-eight graduating fourth-year medical students at Emory University School of Medicine who completed the course from 2012 to 2018. Through interactive didactics, small groups, and independent work, students actively employed various electronic tools to navigate medical literature and engaged in structured critical appraisal of guidelines and meta-analyses to answer clinical *** data was available for 161 of the 168 participants (95.8%). Pre- and post-assessments demonstrated students' significant improvement in perceived and demonstrated EBM knowledge and skills (p<0.001), consistent across gender and specialty *** Capstone EBM course empowered graduating medical students to comfortably navigate electronic medical resources and accurately appraise summary literature. The objective improvement in knowledge, the perceived improvement in skill, and the subjective comments support this curricular approach to effectively prepare graduating students for pragmatic practice-based learning as resident physicians.

Progress in computational methods has been stimulated by the widespread availability of cheap computational power leading to the improved efficiency of simulation software. Simulation tools become indispensable tools for engineers who are interested in attacking increasingly more significant problems or are interested in searching larger phase space of process and system variables to find the optimal design. In this paper, we show and introduce a new approach to modelling of a real physical process (binary alloy solidification) which involves time-stepping technique and allows to decrease computational cost. Implementation of our algorithm does not require a parallel computing environment but can use it after making some minor adjustments in source code. Our strategy divides domains of a dynamically changing physical phenomena. We are the first (to our best knowledge) to show that it is possible to use such a sequential organisation of calculations during the simulation of the solidification process. Our method is independent of domains considered, because of the natural separation of domain types (a cast, a core, a mould, etc.). Finally, we performed numerical experiments and demonstrate that our approach allows reducing computational time against traditional sequential computations and gives physically appropriate results.

This paper is about a program which a new attempt to introduce latest virtual engineering technology in research at the Doctoral School of applied informatics and applied Mathematics (DSAIAM), Obuda University. The program which includes elaboration of new topics and subjects from latest achievement in virtual engineering and establishing virtual laboratory environment to develop experimental models to verify student research results is motivated by increased role of applied informatics and applied mathematics in industrial engineering activities. By now, advanced industrial product is operated by smart systems. Engineering activities rely upon systems engineering, intelligent informatics, and applied mathematics, harmonizing theory and experience at engineer decisions, and integrating fundamental, engineering problem solving, and product related research with activities of product development in industry. As the only proven way to cope with the above changes engineer activities are served by the same complex model system during whole innovation and life cycle of generic industrial product. Engineering modeling systems are awaited to integrate modeling capabilities for the above purpose. DSAIAM decided to extend its research program serving the above new engineering in applied informatics and applied mathematics. Laboratory of Intelligent Engineering Systems is being upgraded for the new program.

Sentiment analysis (SA) is a scholarly process of extricating and classifying individuals' emotions and feedbacks expressed in source text content. It is one of the pursued subfields of Computational Linguistics (CL) and Natural Language Processing (NLP). The evolution of social media based applications has generated a big amount of personalized reviews of different related information on the Web in the form of tweets, status updates, and many others. Several approaches have come into the spotlight in recent years to accomplish SA, the most part of SA researches have been applied utilizing the English language. SA in Arabic online social media may be slacking behind commonly because of the difficulties with handling the morphologically complex Arabic natural language and the lack and absence of accessible tools and assets for extracting Arabic opinions from the text. This research is aimed to analyze the collected twitter posts in different Arabic Dialects and a comparison between the various algorithms used for SA with various n-gram as a feature extraction method. The measurement of the performance of different algorithms is evaluated in terms of recall, precision, f-measure, and accuracy. The experiment results show that unigram with Passive Aggressive (PA) or Ridge Regression (RR) gives the highest accuracy 99.96 %. (C) 2019 The Authors. Published by Elsevier Ltd.

This paper considers the urgent problems of information-analytical support of Russian scientific technological and innovation policy, as well as modern tasks of information-analytical support of the innovation activities of scientific and educational organizations, and proposes methodical approaches that have potential for improving the Russian system of patent searches and analytics. It is shown to be expedient to build complex information-retrieval systems with maximum access to relevant arrays of branch information and multi-service analytical components, which make it possible to implement the differentiated approach to consumers and a diversity of scenarios of scientific information activities, which are particular to different groups of consumers.

In the article, information analytics is considered as an independent scientific and practical sphere of activity, located at the intersection of informatics, mathematics and the actual analytics that has been formed in the conditions of the information society. The history of formation and development of information analytics in the information society is studied in the work;and a model for training specialists in the information and analytical sphere in the domestic higher education system for civil service and business structures is being developed. Information analytics in the information society is understood in the article as a modern tool of strategic management, which contributes to the qualitative adoption of managerial decisions.
