There is growing interest in new techniques for producing power from waste materials because of the rising demand for electricity on a global scale as well as the urgent need to decrease waste and lessen environmental effect. This abstract offers a summary of the idea of producing power using waste materials and emphasises the possibility as a long-term and ecologically responsible energy source. Electricity is generated through the usage of waste materials in this research work. This study demonstrates how electricity is produced from waste materials, whenever there are waste items like paper, plastic, and other etc. As soon as the burning process in the Zaar box, heat energy is observed by both the heating panel and heat sensor. Afterward, the inverter circuit turns the heat into electricity. This is a real-world concept for producing electricity using garbage and plastic. In this study, when electricity starts to be stored, the resulting supply of power is off because of using a heating sensor. However, when electricity is perfectly stored, the heating sensor activates the output power supply and the LED bulb begins to glow. At that point, the study demonstrates how electricity is generated from waste materials. Additionally, the research work anticipates an increase in temperature while the Zaar box is producing heat. So, to measure the temperature, temperature sensor is connected along with Aurdino.. In this arduino, the required code to send the message is stored. GSM module is used to send the SMSand temperature sensor is used to detect the temperature. © 2023 IEEE.

Food adulteration is a major challenge on a global scale impacting 10% of the food supply and leading to financial losses up to $30-40 billion annually. A developing country, such as India, is also not an exception to this widespread concerning issue and has significant adulteration cases reported across various categories, including Jaggery, which is its major product sharing 55% of the total world Jaggery production. While the literature reports a few methods for detecting various food adulterations, jaggery-the most popular food in India-has received meagre attention. Moreover, the reported methods have limited success and need further experimentation on a variety of diverse datasets before they are practically deployable. This research presents a classical, novel color-based method for detecting the adulteration in the jaggery. A color sensor is used to detect the color of melted jaggery samples, and an arduino uno is used to further analyze the color for reliable detection of adulteration. This research exploits the direct relationship between the captured pixel intensities of the jaggery and its purity to develop a linear regression model. The developed product is validated using samples having varying percentages of adulterations (10%-70%) caused due to single and multiple adulterants (sugar and food color) in jaggery. The machine learning-based novel approach developed in this research gives promising results with an accuracy of 94.67% and a precision as 92.6%. The developed method for identifying tampered jaggery is user-friendly, affordable, portable, and nondestructive and the experimental results confirm its superiority.

Gas leaks are a serious safety hazard in many different commercial, residential, and industrial contexts. A Gas Leakage Detection System is designed, utilizing an arduino uno to solve this problem. In order to monitor and identify the presence of potentially dangerous gases like methane, propane, and carbon monoxide in the environment, this system combines the skills of an arduino uno with gas sensors. The system's brain, the arduino uno, processes data from the sensors and manages the alarm system. © 2023 IEEE.

An innovative solution has been developed to address the challenges of real-time monitoring of environmental parameters in today's interconnected world. Leveraging sensors, microcontrollers, and internet connectivity, the system efficiently collects and visualizes data from temperature, ultrasonic, andwater level sensors. By utilizing an arduino uno microcontroller and an ESP8266 WiFi module, the system seamlessly gathers data from these sensors and transfers it to a web server for display and analysis. This integration of hardware components enables the system to collect data in real-time, ensuring up-to-date and accurate monitoring of environmental conditions. This enhances the functionality of the system;a GPS module is integrated to provide geographical information alongside the sensor readings. This integration allows for spatial analysis and the identification of location-specific trends and patterns. Additionally, the comprehensive system features a user-friendly web interface for data analysis, empowering users to make informed decisions based on real-time and historical data. The web interface enables users to visualize the collected data, monitor environmental conditions, and access historical records for trend analysis and comparison.

With continuous advancements in the tech world, focus has been growing on searching and developing solutions to bring change in the life of every disabled person for greater good. Significant progress has been noticed in the development of advanced, easy to operate wheelchairs. These systems aim to provide individuals with more freedom and flexibility in controlling their mobility devices, ultimately enhancing their independence and overall well-being. One notable approach in this domain is the integration of gesture recognition technology to enable individuals to control their wheelchairs using hand, finger, or body gestures. This enables people with difficulties in mobility to effectively navigate their surroundings. Furthermore, the use of advanced algorithms and decision-making processes enhances the efficiency and accuracy of gesture recognition, ensuring reliable control of the smart wheelchair. Using the MediaPipe framework for hand and finger tracking, the proposed control system is able to detect and interpret gestures made by the user. This algorithm takes into account the distances among landmarks and applies thresholds to determine the appropriate commands for the wheelchair. The proposed system prioritizes users' flexibility by reducing the amount of hand movement required for gesture recognition. The experimental study conducted demonstrates its superiority over existing methods in terms of performance and user satisfaction. Additionally, the integration of gesture recognition technology into smart wheelchairs not only improves the control interface but also opens up possibilities for advancements in the field of assistive aid with the potential to revolutionize the way people with disabilities interact with their environment.

The proliferation of automobiles in recent years has led to a significant rise in issues related to drowsy driving and driving under the influence of alcohol. Consequently, problems stemming from drunk driving, including an increase in road accidents and vehicle theft, have become increasingly complex and pervasive. Indeed, innovative efforts are being designed and implemented to improve road safety. This project harnesses arduino technology in conjunction with the MQ-3 sensor to monitor alcohol levels in a driver's breath, promoting responsible driving practices. The system promptly detects and analyzes the alcohol levels. If the levels are above the acceptable threshold, the system prevents the engine from starting by activating a safety mechanism. This mechanism incorporates visual indicators and audible alarms to promptly notify the driver. Conversely, if alcohol levels fall within the permissible range, the system grants permission for the engine to start, facilitating safe driving. In this way, it provides an effective solution to combat the ongoing issue of drunk driving.

This paper presents an air quality monitoring system using Matlab. For all living things, the air is the foremost important aspect. Measuring air quality is vital in raising awareness about the importance of caring for future generations and living a healthier lifestyle. When people with health problems such as lung disease, nonfatal heart attacks, irregular heartbeat, and worsened asthma breathe in the bad air quality, it will affect more in their health. People have difficulty detecting poor air quality since they only perceive it after inhaling it. Carbon monoxide poisoning from fireplaces and cooking stoves can cause weariness, decreased vision, and chest pain. This paper aims to study the real-time communication between arduino uno and Matlab and analyze the air quality at a specific place. The main component used are arduino uno, MQ7 carbon monoxide sensor, and MQ135 air quality sensor. An additional buzzer and LED are attached to the system to alert the user if the air quality is at a harmful level. Overall, the results displayed by arduino are almost similar to those indicated in Matlab.

Irrigation in arid regions and during periods of inadequate rainfall is essential for the growth of agricultural crops. The irrigation process entails supplying water to agricultural areas in a meticulously calculated manner. This ensures that the soil receives an appropriate amount of water to maintain the necessary moisture content for optimal plant growth. Most irrigation in tree fruit orchards is traditionally applied based on the grower's experience or simple observations, which may result in either over- or under-irrigation. Smart irrigation technology operates on the basis of an automated scheduling program and an automatic electronic operating system that utilizes sensors to determine the water needs of cultivated plants based on agricultural seasons and crop types. The objective of this paper was to develop an advanced system for managing and supervising irrigation processes, utilizing fuzzy logic and wireless sensor networks (WSN). The comprehensive control of the proposed system was achieved through the integration of arduino uno. This system aims to determine the optimal timing for irrigation and the precise watering dosage that will enhance optimal crop response while ensuring judicious use of resources. The system also enables the display of results using an Android application.

This research study presents the design and implementation of a Metal Detector Robot equipped with a bomb detection capability, utilizing various technologies including the arduino development board, GSM, GPS, driver circuits, an alarm system, motors, and a metal detector. The primary objective of this project is to create a robot capable of detecting and neutralizing explosive devices, enhancing security and operational safety, particularly in military applications. The Metal Detector Robot leverages an Android-based smartphone to scan spaces for metal objects, including landmines, thus mitigating the risks associated with manual detection methods. The robot system incorporates a metal detector that employs coil induction to identify metal presence, displaying detection rates on an LCD interface. Controlled by an arduino uno, the robot is powered by a DC motor and emits both an audible buzzer and visual display on the LCD screen upon metal detection. Testing results indicate that the robot can be effectively controlled via an Android smartphone, ensuring efficient and precise metal detection in designated areas. This innovative approach significantly enhances security measures by providing a reliable tool for bomb detection and neutralization, reducing the potential for harm or fatalities associated with traditional landmine sweeping methods.

The arduino uno-based BLDC motor controller project demonstrates the successful integration of hardware and software components to achieve efficient motor control for electric vehicles. The project utilizes the arduino uno microcontroller and Hall effect sensors for feedback, enabling precise commutation and smooth motor operation. Through meticulous circuit design and programming, the controller effectively regulates the speed and direction of the BLDC motor. The inclusion of a potentiometer for real-time speed adjustment enhances user control. It is built to design and implement a Brushless DC (BLDC) motor controller using a microcontroller, to achieve precise speed control, efficient operation, and reliable performance in various applications such as electric vehicles, robotics, and industrial automation. Future work involves optimizing the code, exploring regenerative braking features, and adapting the controller for broader electric vehicle platforms. The project sets a foundation for further refining and expanding electric vehicle technology. Overall this study provides a comprehensive investigation into the design, implementation, and performance evaluation of a microcontroller-based Brushless DC (BLDC) motor controller. It highlights the significance of closed-loop control systems in enhancing motor efficiency and responsiveness, offering practical solutions for industries requiring advanced motor control capabilities.
