An efficient artificial intelligence algorithm for predicting the sensory quality of green and black teas based on the key chemical indices

The key components dominating the quality of green tea and black tea are still unclear. Here, we respectively produced green and black teas in March and June, and investigated the correlations between sensory quality and chemical compositions of dry teas by multivariate statistics, bioinformatics and artificial intelligence algorithm. The key chemical indices were screened out to establish tea sensory quality-prediction models based on the result of OPLS-DA and random forest, namely 4 flavonol glycosides of green tea and 8 indices of black tea (4 pigments, epigallocatechin, kaempferol-3-O-rhamnosyl-glucoside, ratios of caffeine/total catechins and epi/non-epi catechins). Compared with OPLS-DA and random forest, the support vector machine model had good sensory qualityprediction performance for both green tea and black tea (F1-score > 0.92), even based on the indices of fresh tea leaves. Our study explores the potential of artificial intelligence algorithm in classification and prediction of tea products with different sensory quality.

With the rapid development of wireless sensor networks (WSNs) technology, a growing number of applications and services need to acquire the states of channels or sensors, especially in order to use these states for monitoring, object tracking, motion detection, etc. A critical issue in WSNs is the ability to estimate the source parameters from the readings of a distributed sensor network. Although there are several studies on channel estimation (CE) algorithms, existing algorithms are all flawed with their high complexity, inability to scale, inability to ensure the convergence to a local optimum, low speed of convergence, etc. In this work, we turn to variational inference (VI) with tempering to solve the channel estimation problem due to its ability to reduce complexity, ability to generalize and scale, and guarantee of local optimum. To the best of our knowledge we are the first to use VI with tempering for advanced channel estimation. The parameters that we consider in the channel estimation problem include pilot signal and channel coefficients, assuming there is orthogonal access between different sensors (or users) and the data fusion center (or receiving center). By formulating the channel estimation problem into a probabilistic graphical model, the proposed Channel Estimation Variational Tempering Inference (CEVTI) approach can estimate the channel coefficient and the transmitted signal in a low-complexity manner while guaranteeing convergence. CEVTI can find out the optimal hyper-parameters of channels with fast convergence rate, and can be applied to the case of code division multiple access (CDMA) and uplink massive multi-input-multi-output (MIMO) easily. Simulations show that CEVTI has higher accuracy than state-of-the-art algorithms under different noise variance and signal-to-noise ratio. To help people solve unsolved problems in everyday life and solve the complexity of life, this paper proposes an artificial intelligence algorithm and establishes a mathematical model for simulation experiments. The results show that the artificial intelligence algorithm can search the optimal solution in a short time, with a success rate of 95.87%. Under the same conditions, relative to other algorithms, it can not only improve the success rate of the optimal solution, but also the search solution has very significant advantages.

In order to make seismic exploration have a good geological effect, seismic exploration data need to be divided into different classes or clusters. In this paper, K-means algorithm of artificial intelligence algorithm is used to cluster massive data and cluster geological exploration seismic data. The results show that the selection of clustering number k is the best. Clustering analysis is an important research field in data mining. K-means algorithm is an important branch of clustering algorithm. This algorithm has its inherent shortcomings and needs to be improved to adapt to geological exploration seismic data. In the future, it will be widely used in various fields and stages of geological exploration.

Optimal Design of I-PD and PI-D Industrial Controllers Based on artificial intelligence algorithm

This research aims to apply artificial intelligence (AI) methods, specifically artificial Immune Systems (AIS), to design an optimal control strategy for a multivariable control plant. Two specific industrial control approaches are investigated: I-PD (Integral-Proportional Derivative) and PI-D (Proportional-Integral Derivative) control. The motivation for using these variations of PID controllers is that they are functionally implemented in modern industrial controllers, where they provide precise process control. The research results in a novel solution to the control synthesis problem for the industrial system. In particular, the research deals with the synthesis of I-P control for a two-loop system in the technological process of a distillation column. This synthesis is carried out using the AIS algorithm, which is the first application of this technique in this specific context. Methodological approaches are proposed to improve the performance of industrial multivariable control systems by effectively using optimization algorithms and establishing modified quality criteria. The numerical performance index ISE justifies the effectiveness of the AIS-based controllers in comparison with conventional PID controllers (ISE1 = 1.865, ISE2 = 1.56). The problem of synthesis of the multi-input multi-output (MIMO) control system is solved, considering the interconnections due to the decoupling procedure.

At present, digital intellectual property protection system is generally designed by combining manual management with central organization. In this mode, the system is easily subjected to various attacks, leading to system intrusion or failure. In order to solve the existing research of digital intellectual property protection system based on artificial intelligence technology, digital watermark attack means, users of the system requirements analysis and the depth of the neural network is discussed, on the basis of against based on artificial intelligence algorithm proposed in this paper the development environment of digital intellectual property protection system and benchmark data set were described simply. Furthermore, the system architecture is designed and discussed. Finally, the digital intellectual property protection system integrated with deep neural network is analyzed experimentally. The experimental data show that the deep neural network technology based on artificial intelligence algorithm can protect against property rights attacks, and the accuracy of digital watermarking and digital signature against four types of attacks is about 85% and 98% on average, respectively. Therefore, it is verified that the AI-based algorithm has a good defense effect on the protection of digital intellectual property rights.

In the field of artificial intelligence, the rule of Chinese chess is different from International chess and chess and it decided that the Chinese chess artificial intelligence algorithm has its particularity. Based on the characteristics of Chinese chess, this paper analyzes the computer artificial intelligence algorithm of Chinese chess, such as game tree algorithm, historical heuristic algorithm and Alpha-Beta algorithm, and puts forward the recent activity method, dynamic sub-force method and player style method. The computational analysis shows that the improved new algorithm has a significant improvement in efficiency and speed.

Background and Aims: Colon capsule endoscopy (CCE) faces substantial challenges, one of which is achieving adequate colon cleansing. Furthermore, the interobserver agreement on bowel-cleansing quality varies. To address this issue, we developed an artificial intelligence algorithm (AIA) to evaluate bowel-cleansing quality. The aim of this study was to estimate the interobserver agreement on bowel cleansing between a group of experienced CCE readers and an AIA and to examine whether percentiles of the overall bowel-cleansing quality are a suitable way of reporting the results generated by the AIA. Methods: Bowel-cleansing quality in 842 CCE investigations was scored on both a 2- and 4-point grading scale for the entire colon and by segment by experienced CCE readers and the AIA. For the algorithm, a score was given based on the mean score, median, upper and lower quartiles, and second and 98th percentiles. The level of agreement was evaluated using Cohen's κ. Results: The interobserver agreement between the CCE readers and AIA on bowel-cleansing quality was minimal to none for the overall bowel evaluation, by segment, and on the 2- and 4- point grading scale regardless of the threshold for the AIA score. Conclusions: We found minimal agreement on evaluation of bowel-cleansing quality in CCE between CCE readers and the AIA. Mean or percentiles of the AIA grading did not seem suitable for AI-generated bowel-cleansing evaluation. © 2023 American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy

Optimum Design of a Reusable Spacecraft Launch System Using Electromagnetic Energy: An artificial intelligence GSO algorithm

Due to its advantages of high acceleration, reusability, environmental protection, safety, energy conservation, and efficiency, electromagnetic energy has been considered as an inevitable choice for future space launch technology. This paper proposes a novel three-level orbital launch approach based on a combination of a traditional two-level orbital launch method and an electromagnetic boost (EMB), in which the traditional two-level orbital launch consists of a turbine-based combined cycle (TBCC) and a reusable rocket (RR). Firstly, a mathematical model of a multi-stage coil electromagnetic boost system is established to develop the proposed three-level EMB-TBCC-RR orbital launch approach, achieving a horizontal take-off-horizontal landing (HTHL) reusable launch. In order to optimize the fuel quality of the energy system, an artificial intelligence algorithm parameters-sensitivity-based adaptive quantum-inspired glowworm swarm optimization (AQGSO)is proposed to improve the performance of the electromagnetic boosting system. Simulation results show that the proposed AQGSO improves the global optimization precision and convergence speed. By using the proposed EMB-TBCC-RR orbital launch system and the optimization approach, the required fuel weight was reduced by about 13 tons for the same launch mission, and the energy efficiency and reusability of the spacecraft was greatly improved. The spacecraft can be launched with more cargo capacity and increased payload. The proposed novel three-level orbital launch approach can help engineers to design and optimize the orbital launch system in the field of electromagnetic energy conversion and management.

Background(68) Ga-PSMA PET is the leading prostate cancer imaging technique, but the image quality remains noisy and could be further improved using an artificial intelligence-based denoising algorithm. To address this issue, we analyzed the overall quality of reprocessed images compared to standard reconstructions. We also analyzed the diagnostic performances of the different sequences and the impact of the algorithm on lesion intensity and background *** retrospectively included 30 patients with biochemical recurrence of prostate cancer who had undergone (68) Ga-PSMA-11 PET-CT. We simulated images produced using only a quarter, half, three-quarters, or all of the acquired data material reprocessed using the SubtlePET (R) denoising algorithm. Three physicians with different levels of experience blindly analyzed every sequence and then used a 5-level Likert scale to assess the series. The binary criterion of lesion detectability was compared between series. We also compared lesion SUV, background uptake, and diagnostic performances of the series (sensitivity, specificity, accuracy).ResultsVPFX-derived series were classified differently but better than standard reconstructions (p < 0.001) using half the data. *** series were not classified differently using half the signal. Some series were noisy but had no significant effect on lesion detectability (p > 0.05). The SubtlePET (R) algorithm significantly decreased lesion SUV (p < 0.005) and increased liver background (p < 0.005) and had no substantial effect on the diagnostic performance of each *** show that the SubtlePET (R) can be used for (68) Ga-PSMA scans using half the signal with similar image quality to *** series and superior quality to VPFX series. However, it significantly modifies quantitative measurements and should not be used for comparative examinations if standard algorithm is applied during follow-up.
