There is given the grounding of possibility to use ateb-functions for solving special communication problems in terms of the convolution *-algebras formalism in which the multiplication is defined by means of hypergroups of generalized shift operators introduced to mathematics by J. Delsarte in 1956 [17]. As it has been shown in 1972 (see [3]), defined by such hypergroup convolution carries on obvious way to Parseval's theorem and accomplishment by time component for the systems and signals analysis. Application of this fact to the case of ateb-basis signifies the complishment of mathematical instrumentation of analysis on the base of ateb-functions. The exposition is argumented by historical facts and quotations concerning to the problem in question. This material confirms the necessity for applying of renewed system analysis in each case to take into account changed situation under grounding the mathematical model used in the problem to be solved and choice of an adequate method for this.

In this paper we propose a method of cryptographic protection of information which is based on encrypting blocks. The threats that mostly influence the loss of information are analyzed, therefore, one of the potential threats to information in information systems should be considered accidental or deliberate destructive actions of staff. Block cipher, which is based on certain key, is built. The essence of this method is to replace the original text information in a file to an encrypted offset by a nonlinear law based on tabulated value of hyperbolic ateb-functions. In this paper, algorithms for calculating different types of generalized trigonometric and hyperbolic functions are developed and presented. The main attention is focused on the ateb-functions, which are the inverse functions to incomplete Beta-functions. The ateb-functions can generalize every kind of implementation where trigonometric and hyperbolic functions are used. They have been successfully applied to vibration motion modeling, data protection, signal processing, and others. In this paper, the Fourier transform's generalization for periodic ateb-functions in the form of ateb-transform is determined. Continuous and discrete ateb-transforms are constructed. Algorithms for their calculation are created. Also, ateb-transforms with one and two parameters are considered, and algorithms for their realization are built. The quantum calculus generalization for hyperbolic ateb-functions is constructed. Directions for future research are highlighted.

In this paper a mathematical model for predicting traffic in computer networks based on heterogeneous differential equations describing the oscillatory motion was proposed. It is suggested that the solution to the equation should be modified on the basis of the sum of Dirac functions which have different arguments at different points of time to simulate bursts of network traffic. Based on this model, the software implementing network monitoring and forecasting of traffic on the network on the grounds of mathematical calculations and collected data was developed. Testing of models based on real network data from LPNU ACS Department was presented. Also, the simulation results have been compared with real traffic data. The results are illustrated in the form of both tables and plots.

Biometric information security systems are analyzed. One of the most important characteristics is the high reliability, which corresponds to the ability of the system to distinguish between biometric characteristics that correspond to different people on also it is safe to find a match. To implement this, at the filtration stage, it is proposed to use the ateb-Gabor filter, which extends the usual filtering. With this filtering, you can improve the gradation characteristics of biometric models. The ateb-Gabor filter was constructed and studied, graphs of the new function and corresponding frequency graphs are presented. Filtration experiments are performed. The SNR filtration quality is estimated.
