The software system for simulation of traffic flow for TCP/IP networks based on differential equations of oscillating motion with one degree of freedom was described. The interface of the software system, and the algorithm of its work were presented. Topology of TCP/IP network in ACS department was shown. Developed software that outputs the results in graphical and tabular forms was represented. The relationship between real and simulated traffic was considered. To verificate the results of the experiment the maximum correlation and coefficient that shows the ratio of standard deviation to the maximum were chosen. They show that the proposed equations allow predicting the behavior of traffic flow in TCP/IP networks.

The method for real time high quality video traffic management based on the fuzzy triangular numbers is proposed. Four types of high quality video traffic are investigated. The mathematical model for traffic simulation and prediction with differential equations is created. Solution is obtained using ateb-functions. The triangular fuzzy numbers matrix based on prediction results is constructed. The matrix is used for optimal control and management in telecommunication network with quality of service criteria. Also influence of traffic self-similarity is discussed.

Biometric recognition systems require the development of new technologies and need improvement. A new filter of ateb- Gabor has been investigated. The filter is based on the use of a combination of Gabor filter and periodic ateb-functions. This combination allows us to provide flexibility for control by choosing two parameters m and n, which is provided by the mathematical apparatus of the ateb functions. Filtration was performed on the example of biometric images. It has been shown that ateb- Gabor filtration gives better filtration results than ordinary Gabor filter. Experimental research has been carried out.

A method of simulation and predicting the behavior of daily traffic in computer or mobile communication networks based on differential equations of nonlinear oscillations with one degree of freedom and with a small parameter was proposed. Small perturbations are modelled using the sum of delta functions. The asympototic method was used for solving the differential equations. Some numerical experiments are presented.

Printed and electronic data storage were considered. Existing protective methods of files and documents were analyzed. The method of micrographics was suggested for protection. Micrographics as background nets are built on the basis of mathematical formulas of ateb-functions theory. The investigation was conducted, and selection of the line width for the protective image generation was rationalized. Technical data of the paper and printing inks were taken into account and selection of the printing method was substantiated. The file format for the protected information and the encryption method for electronic documents were considered. The algorithms of micrographics generation for information protection were presented. The work of the method was instantiated.

There is described controlled linear system for signals protection. The basis of signal space with Hilbert structure is formed with generalized trigonometric functions, namely ateb-functions. Using these functions ateb-transforms are created as a special type of generalized Fourier transforms. It is shown that the built structure forms the algebra on a Hilbert function space with exterior multiplication defined as a convolution by means of generalized shift operator. The system can be used as adaptive signal processing in 5G Wireless Communications.
