In order to improve the requirement of rapid and accurate garment pattern making, the error and non-repeatability of manual drawingneeds to be solved, the revision of block structure should also be implemented digitally. The structure figure is composed of a sequence of connected straight lines and curves. In this paper, the curves obtained by the auto-searching method are more suitable for actual needs. According to the formulas of the Japanese new prototype for women in 8th generation, nape to waist (NW) is set as L, the bust girth as B, and the waist girth as W. Every curve in a front and back bodice was simulated by an optimal Bezier curve. The relationship between Bezier curves and coincidence sites were evaluated by the minimal distance. The control sites in a certain range were searched automatically and determined. The percentage of the similarity goes up to 97.6% and it is closely coincident to compare the auto-generated garment pattern with the prototype drawn by Computer Aided Design (CAD).
