Emergency evacuation of dangerous goods explosion relate to how to reduce casualties directly. Based on the baidu map api, this paper designed and worked an emergency evacuation system, which is point at the emergency evacuation explosion accident of dangerous goods. The system based on the information of chemical company in Binhai District in Tianjin City, adopts the B/S framework and uses IIS to publish websites. and also combined many technologies, such as the jQuery framework, AJAX, database and so on. The system has six functions, which are map view, map operation, location query, hazard source query, explosion effect simulation and the analysis of evacuation route.

In this paper, new B/S management information software developed for the regional seismic network is introduced. The main function of the software is to provide e-map service for two types of clients: administrators and guests. The application of the software will change the traditional ways and improve the working efficiency of the maintenance engineers. It was developed with Eclipse and My SQL database, following MVC framework specification. It should be deployed in the center of the regional seismic network, providing e-map services over Internet for clients. It can also provide certain dedicated functions for users according to their privileges. It has been proved that the software has both useful functions and reliable performance. The e-map service is not only helpful for the maintenance of regional seismic network, but also beneficial to the emergency relief after strong earthquake.

In order to improve the precision of the sprayer field operation and reduce the overlapping rate as well as the missing rate during the spray process, an auxiliary navigation system based on baidu map JavaScript api (application programming interface) was designed to prevent overlapping spray and missing spray. Technologies such as serial communication, GPS (Global Positioning System) positioning, baidu map api, path planning and geographic information system were integrated in this system. Accordingly, the functions of vehicle positioning, path planning, job navigation, doodle in operated areas, real-time data collection and automatic processing in spray process could be achieved. In order to verify the reliability and stability of the designed navigation system, an experimental platform was developed for auxiliary navigation system based on the self-developed 3WPG-3000 high clearance self-propelled sprayer. In addition, an RTK GPS and a computer were also integrated in this system. Moreover, experiments of AB line navigation and free line navigation were carried out. The results indicated that the overlapping rate of the AB line navigation and the free line navigation as well as the missing rate of them were 2.54%, 0.26% and 4.43%, 0.88% respectively, which meet the needs of sprayer field operation.

baidu map provides most of the path navigation in the cities, but it has some drawbacks in small regions, such as the incomplete description, updating not timely. Sometimes it will bring misleading for us. In this paper, a campus navigation system is designed based on baidu map api, using PHP, JavaScript and xml technologies. The system can provide the basic map function and search the path navigation between any two points in the campus. First, draw the campus map in detail and cover it on the baidu map by using the baidu map api class. Then, reconstruct a campus's geographic information on the local database. At last, call the baidu map api Service class to draw the navigation path on the map. In this paper, in order to avoid the path spillover we proposed a method called "Local Bounding Box (LBB)", which solves the cross-border issues.

Since taxis are rather hard to find during rush hours, an intelligent system for calling taxi is proposed. Its main functions include calling taxi, picking up passengers, managing the user information and dispatching the centralized taxi. This paper introduces the baidu map api for intelligent route planning, avoids going the congested road and shows the traffic route to users vividly. Changing the status of the order timely can ensure the users, the drivers and the administrators get the order's changes in the shortest time. Another feature of this paper is the road information mining by using taxi GPS data of the Beijing. It can dig out where the passengers often appear in a certain period of time. Therefore, it can reach the optimization of resource allocation.

我国安全生产事故致死人数远超各主要发达国家,安全生产形势比较严峻。本文搜集并整理了2002年至2012年这11年间官方公布的安全事故数据,从简单的文本描述中提取出事故的受伤人数、发生省份及事故类别等信息,并在此基础上设计实现了安全事故信息统计分析与可视化系统。安全事故信息统计分析与可视化系统分为安全事故信息统计分析子系统及安全事故信息可视化子系统。安全事故信息统计分析子系统主要负责事故数据的信息提取、整理、查询、统计及图表化展现统计结果等。主要实现技术包括Flex4、Java、Spring、Hibernate及SQL Server。安全事故信息可视化子系统主要负责创建数字地图、在数字地图上添加及编辑事故信息及在数字地图上形象化的标注出安全事故等,主要难点是如何实现标注信息聚合：在用户有限的可视区域内最大化的展现事故信息。文中重点介绍并实现了基于视图矩形的标记点聚合算法及基于距离的标记点聚合算法,讨论了这两种算法各自的优缺点,结合本文的研究内容,提出并实现了基于政区的标记点聚合算法。主要实现技术包括JavaScript及baidu map api。文章的研究目的是将现有的事故数据搜集起来,利用程序进行分类整理,继而从多个侧面对事故进行统计,分析得到事故发生规律,试图找出规律产生原因,并结合百度地图进行可视化展示,为减少及预防安全生产事故提供决策依据。
