In this paper, according to the result of characteristics experiment of MRF(magnetorheological fluid), we design Bingham dynamic model that describes MRD(magnetorheological damper) dynamic characteristics. The model has simple structure and clear physical concept, as well it is the most common dynamic model. Aiming at identify the parameter of Bingham model, we propose two kinds of algorithm firstly, one named least squares algorithm, another named bezier curve algorithm. Then on the basis of mastering principles of two algorithm above, we compare Bingham model expression that after parameter identification with experimental data curve. Finally, from the result we can see whether Bingham model could accurately describes the damping force characteristics or not.

We studied the high-precision registration method with a pair of shoes sole and vamp point cloud to gain the automatic shoe glue spraying line. A new method was suggested in the case that the point cloud pair doesn't overlap completely and the initial positions are always different. Firstly the singular value decomposition algorithm was used for the rough registration such that the direction of the point cloud pair was the same and the distance of the point cloud pair was close to each other. Then the iterative closest point algorithm was applied to the high-precision registration. Lastly the local deformation of the sole contour points was derived by bezier curve algorithm according to the requirement of the actual production. Actual test results presented the effectively of the method that the requirement of the glue spraying production line was satisfied.

This paper introduces static and dynamic methods for objects store system using the line follower robot. The static means the robot moves on static lines to reach to any store location while the dynamic means that the arranged of the following lines is changed according to the location of the storage box. The static objects store system is represented by the Digital differential algorithm DDA and the dynamic objects store system is represented by the bezier curve algorithm. In both environments the propose store system consists of several boxes that arranged in several columns. These boxes can be used to store and return small objects like mobile phones according to a secret code that entered from a user interface unit. The principle of store and restore of these objects is dependent on using line follower mobile robots. Both the methods are designed and software implemented in an environment with thirty boxes arranged in four columns. The comparisons between these algorithms are shown with respect to the length of the paths and time of arrival.
