(Bi,Pb) 2 Sr 2 ca 2 cu 3 O y ((Bi,Pb)2333) has high critical temperature ( T c ) compared to REBa 2 cu 3 O y . However, (Bi,Pb)2223 has a disadvantage that the critical current density ( J c ) seriously degrades in magnetic fields. We succeeded to fabricate (Bi,Pb)2223 epitaxial thin films by pulsed laser deposition (PLD) method using Nd:YAG pulsed laser deposition and post-annealing process. In addition, we tried to improve J c in the magnetic fields by introducing Y 2 O 3 or Al 2 O 3 as artificial pinning centers (APcs). As a result, we fabricated (Bi,Pb)2223 thin films that had high J c in self field at 77 K of 0.4 MA/cm 2 . The main phase of the thin films introduced Y 2 O 3 was Bi2212. On the other hand, the main phase of the thin films introduced Al 2 O 3 was Bi2223, however, the formation of ca 2 PbO 4 resulted in the decline of J c.

Titanium and its alloys are widely used in hard tissue replacements because of their good biocompatibility. However, titanium and its alloys cannot meet all of the clinical requirements. In this work, carbon ions were implanted into the titanium surfaces using plasma immersion ion implantation and deposition (PIII&D) technology to improve the mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, and biological and antibacterial activities. Influences of the injected carbon on the surface morphology, composition and structure of titanium were investigated. Hydrophilicity, surface potential, surface mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, bacterial adhesion and biocompatibility of the modified titanium surfaces were evaluated, and the effects which the structure and composition of the modified layer have on their biological properties were elaborated preliminarily. Experimental results show that the modified layer treated by carbon plasma immersion ion implantation and deposition (c-PIII&D) is mainly composed of amorphous carbon. The surface morphology of the modified titanium has no obvious change. However, its surface turns to be more hydrophobic and electronegative, and the surface mechanical properties and corrosion resistance are improved. cell adhesion, spreading and proliferation on the modified surface are in good condition while the adhesion of *** is inhibited to a certain extent.

目的探讨罗氏AccU-cHEK血糖仪与罗氏cobas c 501全自动生化分析仪检测血糖结果的相关性及差异性,为临床应用提供可靠参考。方法选取2016年1月—2017年7月来该院精神康复科住院的352例患者的末梢血和静脉血浆,应用罗氏AccU-cHEK血糖仪和罗氏cobas c 501全自动生化分析仪进行血糖检测,测得的数据均数应用统计学软件进行处理分析。结果罗氏AccU-cHEK血糖仪与罗氏cobas c 501全自动生化分析仪测得的空腹血糖值分别为(7.29±3.02)mmol/L和(7.35±3.23)mmol/L,餐后2 h血糖值分别为(10.35±4.18)mmol/L和(10.75±4.24)mmol/L,两组比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.0622,1.009 8,P>0.05)。结论快速血糖仪和全自动生化分析仪均是检验血糖的有效方式,但快速血糖仪相对简便、快捷,更适用于医院急诊或家庭糖尿病患者的自我监测。
目的:观察益气活血汤联合外科固定术治疗股骨转子周围粉碎性骨折的疗效及对骨愈合、血清D-D和cRP的影响。方法:将92例股骨转子周围粉碎性骨折患者采用随机数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组。两组患者根据具体情况选择手术方式进行复位和内固定。对照组术后给予补液、抗感染等常规支持治疗,指导患者及早进行适当下肢关节功能训练、部分负重行走训练,骨折痊愈后应行完全负重行走训练。治疗组术后给予益气活血汤(当归、丹参、川芎、生地黄、桃仁、赤芍、红花、砂仁、没药、甘草片、制乳香、枳壳)内服,1 d 1剂,早、中、晚各用清水150 m L煎煮。两组连续用药1个月。结果:治疗后,两组疼痛VAS评分随时间逐渐降低,组内各时间点差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组同一时间差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者骨痂生长评分逐渐升高,组内各时间点差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间同一时间差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组骨折愈合所需时间有显著差异(P<0.05);两组患者血清TNF-α、IL-6和cRP水平均逐渐降低,组内各时间点差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间同一时间差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组血浆D-D水平和Plt均先升高后降低,组内各时间点差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间同一时间差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血汤联合外科固定术治疗股骨转子周围粉碎性骨折可促进骨折愈合,降低局部组织炎症反应水平,改善血液微循环,从而减少并发症,提高治疗效果。
