In order to improve the anti-interference performance,the high-frequency surface wave radar uses several discontinuous clear frequency bands for *** discontinuity causes high range sidelobes which influence detecting and identifying the targets.A novel modified clean algorithm is proposed to remove the sidelobes interferences of the equivalent matched processing result of the received *** simulation results show that the method can not only suppress the range sidelobes efficiently but also enhance the range resolution greatly.

Compressed sensing (CS) provides the theory behind the clean deconvolution step found in aperture synthesis imaging in radio astronomy and suggests many new algorithms for it. A few CS algorithms, including greedy methods such as Orthogonal Matching Pursuit (OMP) and convex relaxation methods based on Basis Pursuit (BP), are evaluated on a small dataset produced by the KAT-7 array. In this paper, improvement in accuracy of scattering center extraction for inverse synthetic aperture radar (ISAR) image is presented in order to facilitate precise signature prediction. The original clean, which is typically used to compute scattering center model from ISAR image formation using the shooting and bouncing ray (SBR) technique, is based on the assumption;effect from noise interference is negligible. However, the assumption is limited in practical case. Thus, the point spread function (PSF) correlation technique is applied for the 2D ISAR image formation to improve accuracy. By extracting subsequent scattering centers using cross correlation between the PSF and residual image, point source location error from additive noise is highly mitigated. The proposed 2D clean is demonstrated for ideal point target and practical 3D CAD models through comparisons of the reconstructed image.

A deconvolution algorithm is proposed to account for the distortions of impulse shape introduced by propagation *** finding the best correlation of the received waveform with the multiple templates,the number of multipath components is reduced as the result of eliminating the"phantom paths",and the captured energy ***,it needs only a single reference measurement in real measurement environment(do not need the anechoic chamber),which by far simplifies the templates acquiring procedure.
