This paper introduces a visual calibrator for configuration file of intelligent substation reconstruction and expansion based on Linux system, which can realize the comparison of SCD file and configuration file of bus protection process layer before and after intelligent substation reconstruction and expansion, and prevent the occurrence of wrong modification of bus protection configuration file. Firstly, this paper introduces the overall architecture of the calibrator, including the visual calibration module of reconstructed and expanded equipment and the interval calibration module of process layer configuration file;Then it focuses on the function and mechanism of the core cyclic redundancy check module of the calibrator. The Visual verification module and configuration file interval verification module realize the comparison of SCD files and bus protection configuration files by calling the core cyclic redundancy verification module;Finally, the function and application effect of the calibrator are demonstrated by applying it in the reconstruction and expansion of a substation. The visual calibrator for the configuration file of intelligent substation reconstruction and expansion lays a foundation for the realization of intelligent operation inspection of intelligent substation.

Intelligent substation configuration file is an important part in substation construction and operation. At present, due to management and technical irregularity, large numbers of configuration file and version error appeared. Taking the configuration file of intelligent substation as the breakthrough point, this paper analyzes all the links of substation construction, and puts forward the secondary information standardization platform of intelligent substation based on configuration file, which will sort out every key link in the construction process, and focus on the ICD file detection, SCD file version control and other key technologies. The platform improved the standardization of intelligent substation construction. Finally this paper verified the effectiveness of the platform through the engineering example.

The current system is usually based on three-tier, in order to achieve "high cohesion, low coupling" with modify and expand easily. The ground floor of three-tier is data access layer, in order to achieve low coupling with the upper and convenient access to the database, This paper proposes an implementation mechanism writing the database access information into configuration file, and using a database definition reader to generate the configuration file *** automatically, while the reader is also implementing the table definition automatically. When the database design changes, or needs to be modified due to require of application, it is very convenient to adjust this require and achieve data access layer and the upper decoupling with this mechanism.

In the implementation of template method pattern by OOP (Object Oriented Programming), an abstract class defines the program skeleton of an algorithm and some common steps, deferring other steps to subclasses. Some steps are executed before the abstract method;other steps are executed after the abstract method. Subclasses extend this abstract class and implement the abstract method. When the pattern is implemented by AOP (Aspect Oriented Programming), common steps are defined in an aspect, when a join point is captured, some methods can be executed before or after it. This class doesn't need to extend one abstract class. The implementation is simple and noninvasive. But users need to know aspect language. This paper provides a novel method to implement this pattern: join point, after advice, and before advice are defined in a configuration file. On the basis of analyzing the AOP implementation of template method pattern, the paper discusses how to define these configurations. A program generates aspects based on the configuration file, then compiles, weaves. So users may use AOP implementation without knowing any Aspect.

The IEC 61850 standard is the key for the devices from different manufacturers to interoperate;therefore carrying out the standard conformance testing on an IEC 61850 configuration file is *** to the IEC 61850 standard, this article introduces the testing content of conformance testing for the configuration file, and it designs the conformance testing device for the configuration file on CRIO. It introduces the design process, structure, and function of the testing devices. The conformance testing tool of the configuration file is in compliance with the IEC61850 standard, which is a testing tool with engineering practicality.

We present a Python package to help scientists and researchers to add physical quantities to the configuration files they use in their computer programs. Parameter values are validated against user defined specifications to ensure they are in the correct range and eventually converted to the requested unit of measurement. The increased construction and reconstruction of smart substations has exposed a problem with version management of substation configuration description language (SCL) files due to frequent changes. This paper proposes a comparative approach for differentiation of smart substation SCL configuration files. A comparison model for SCL configuration files is built in this method, which is based on the SCL structure and abstract model defined by IEC 61850. The proposed approach adopts the algorithms of depth-first traversal, sorting, and cross comparison in order to rapidly identify differences of changed SCL configuration files. This approach can also be utilized to detect malicious tampering or illegal manipulation tailoring for SCL files. SCL comparison software is developed using the Qt platform to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed approach.
