Based on a certain type of single rotor full authority digital electronic control system of auxiliary power unit, this type of APU's structure and working principle are analyzed;the main fuel control system's mechanism of the structure and working principle are researched. The main fuel flow control law and control algorithm are deduced by reverse analysis method. The PI algorithm and parameters limited algorithm in main fuel flow control system control algorithm are analyzed and designed. The design principle of main fuel flow control law and control algorithm for this type of auxiliary power unit is mastered. It's a valuable reference for the future design of the control system of both aero-engine and auxiliary power unit.

The widely used safety analysis techniques usually assume that accidents mainly occur by the failures of system components. That's why the classical techniques focus on either preventing the failures of the critical components or adding redundancy to back them up. Such techniques suffer from various limitations;most importantly is the main focus is in enhancing the defined system - by redundancy for example - without approaching a safer design from the beginning. In the previous years, a new technique is introduced called STPA (System-Theoretic Process Analysis) which is based upon a new accident model called STAMP (Systems-Theoretic Accident Model and Processes)[1]. One of the advantages of this technique is that it focuses in defining earliest design decisions upon safety considerations. The output of such technique consists of the unsafe scenarios and safety constraints to be taken in consideration during early design steps. Recently, various developers tried to adapt the new STPA technique in a software tool. The tools focus in defining a control process of the system and providing a general solution of safety considerations. Our work in the past years has been targeting the improvement of MBSA (Model-Based Safety analysis) tools to provide more accurate, cohesive failure analysis automatically [2]. Our developed methods based upon using component models of failure modes along with a system structure and systematically capturing the critical single components or combinations causing a system failure. In this paper we are trying to utilize the STPA techniques in our methods. The STPA method shall not be only used to define safety constraints of a system but also rectify a system hierarchy by providing design modifications that will handle any captured unsafe scenarios. In this paper, taking the ride comfort and road handing as system control objective, the system control mechanism is discussed. Urban Air Mobility (UAM) is envisioned to be a multimodal integration of manned and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) into existing (sub-)urban airspaces, providing short-range, low-altitude, passenger and cargo carrying capabilities. Multiple barriers need overcoming (propulsion, fly-by-wire control, safe autonomy, cybersecurity, etc.) before practical UAM operations eventuate. Of these, the safe autonomy of UAVs is of particular importance, as the UAM environment matures toward the eventual goal of full autonomy. While numerous control paradigms exist for safety assured low-level control, fully autonomous UAVs would utilize multiple control algorithms for different flight environments. High-level control paradigms using learning-based control offer operability across a wider range of scenarios, without addressing safety requirements. To this end, we investigate a control design approach that relies on reachability properties of the eVTOL UAV to include safety requirements that can be represented as partial differential equations (PDEs). The PDEs are solved numerically via physics-informed neural networks. This alleviates the computational cost compared to analytical and numerical methods while providing the control policy to comply with the safety requirements. The proposed methodology will be demonstrated via a UAV collision avoidance scenario.

The work focuses on the study of control systems of objects with positive feedback (recycle). The classification of objects with different types of recycle was proposed: objects with recycle "by concentration", objects with recycle "by mass", objects with recycle "by parameters". The control algorithms of these types of objects with positive feedback were developed. The numerical studies of control systems of objects with positive feedback were conducted. Conclusions about the effectiveness of development were formulated.
