The quality of the information provided in post-transplant follow-up is necessary to obtain a coherent and exploitable database. Since the beginning of 2017, three forms (Med-B-allogroft) have been available: the first month (Day 0), Day 100 (second report) and an annual follow-up report. Recommendations for follow-up were addressed in the 2014 harmonization workshop, "Harmonization of data coding...". However, it is sometimes difficult to determine which data to specify in ProMISe for post-transplantation. The objective of this workshop was to clarify certain situations and/or items.

In this paper we propose a new data coding scheme called color intersection coding (CIC). The feature of the CIC is that people may not perceive particular color arrangement in encoded image at a distance, and he/she can shoot encoded image to decode hidden data at close distance. Color intersection is a key technique to generate four sub-pixels to represent a target pixel in original image, and the average color of those sub-pixels is equal to that of the target pixel. During decoding process, shot image is divided into several non-overlapping blocks, and then the average color of every block is computed. Color arrangement of four adjacent blocks is determined as well as hidden data is decoded. The experiment results demonstrate that the CIC scheme not only can control color contrast of encoded image, but also preserves content completeness of encoded image.

The atomic functions-based image processing system (AFIPS) is based on discrete atomic transform (DAT). It provides a combination of image encryption and compression features with a machine learning-oriented data format. Taking into account the current data processing and analysis trends, applying AFIPS is promising. In this paper, a problem of its complexity reduction is considered. The new coding scheme, which ensures a significant decrease in the number of arithmetic operations, is proposed, and its efficiency exploration is given in terms of different indicators. In particular, it is shown that the proposed modification of AFIPS provides a higher compression ratio and, hence, greater memory savings when applying this algorithm with three modes of the DAT procedure: classic, block-splitting, and chroma-subsampling. Also, the suggested improvement reduces the time complexity that is illustrated by processing a satellite image dataset. In addition, the practical aspects of the further applications, including UAV image processing and analysis, are discussed.

Phase-Change Memory (PCM) has emerged as a promising memory and storage technology in recent years, and Multi-Level-Cell (MLC) PCM further reduces the per-bit cost to improve its competitiveness by storing multiple bits in each PCM cell. However, MLC PCM has high energy consumption issue in its write operations. In contrast to existing works that try to enhance the energy efficiency of the physical program&verify strategy for MLC PCM, this work proposes a drift-tolerant coding scheme to enable the fast write operation on MLC PCM without sacrificing any data accuracy. By exploiting the resistance drift and asymmetric write characteristic of PCM cells, the proposed scheme can reduce the write energy consumption of MLC PCM significantly. Meanwhile, a segmentation strategy is proposed to further improve the write performance with our coding scheme. A series of analyses and experiments was conducted to evaluate the capability of the proposed scheme. The results show that the proposed scheme can reduce 6.2-17.1% energy consumption and 3.2-11.3% write latency under six representative benchmarks, compared with the existing well-known schemes.

Conjugate Symmetric data Transmission Control Method based on Machine Learning

In conjugate symmetric data transmission, due to insufficient judgment of congestion during transmission, the amount of data is large and the transmission rate is low. In order to improve the data transmission rate, a conjugate symmetric data transmission control method based on machine learning is designed. Firstly, the data to be transmitted is tracked and determined, and then conjugate symmetric data fusion is completed according to the calculation result of the best tracking signal. According to the fusion results, the framework of the conjugate symmetric data coding system is established, and the data coding is completed. The average congestion mark value is calculated by the machine learning method, and the congestion judgment of data transmission is completed. On the basis of congestion determination, the efficient transmission control of conjugate symmetric data is realized by specifying the conjugate symmetric data transmission protocol. Experimental results show that compared with traditional control methods, this control method has the advantages of a high delivery rate, low message transmission overhead and low data transmission delay. Compared to the traditional two-way path model, the scheduling method proposed in this study increases the transmission delivery rate by 5%, while reducing the transmission cost and delay by 0.7 cost index and 1.1 min delay, respectively. In comparison with the performance of accurate error tracking equalization, the transmission delivery rate of the research method increased by 21%, and in transmission cost index and delay analysis, it also decreased by 3.1 and 2.9 minutes. Based on the above performance comparison analysis, it can be concluded that the machine learning method has more superior transmission control performance.

This article presents the proposal of a novel encoding method for representing binary data in printable format. The encoding procedure reversibly transforms binary strings into printable letter sequences using a mapping from bit strings to an alphabet of 41 symbols taken from a subset of the English uppercase and lowercase letters. The decoding process reversibly recovers an original bit string from the encoded printable string. The encoding and decoding algorithms along with the properties of this coding are examined and discussed. In particular, the use of only URL-safe and clearly visually distinguishable characters is emphasized.

The issue of data security is one of the key issues of using homomorphic data encryption algorithms. In this article, we investigate the computational indistinguishability of the homomorphic encryption scheme BFV. We propose a scenario in which attackers can find out the secret key, which can potentially lead to information leakage. We show that the postulate of the BFV scheme to increase the level of security by introducing an additional error is erroneous.
