Linear accelerators, like the Free-electron LASer in Hamburg (FLASH) or the European X-Ray Free Electron Laser (E-XFEL) take advantage of the digital Low Level Radio Frequency (LLRF) system to control the phase and amplitude of an electromagnetic field inside superconducting cavities. The real-time control LLRF system, processingdata within a few microseconds, has to fulfil performance requirements and provide comprehensive monitoring and diagnostics. The AMC-based controller (DAMC-TCK7) board was developed as a general purpose high-performance low-latency dataprocessing unit designed according to the PICMG MTCA. 4 spec. The module provides the processing power, data memory, communication links, reference clock, trigger and interlock signals that are required in modern LLRF control systems. The module was originally designed as a cavity field stabilizing controller for standing-wave linear accelerators. However, the application of the board is much wider because it is a general purpose data processing module suitable for systems requiring low latency and high-speed digital signal processing. According to authors' knowledge this is the first MTCA. 4 module offering 12.5 Gbps links, unified Zone 3 connectivity and advanced module Management Controller proposed by DESY. The DAMC-TCK7 card was used as a hardware template for the development of the other AMC modules of the XFEL accelerator's LLRF system. This paper discusses the requirements for the digital real-time data processing module, presents the laboratory performance evaluation and verification in Cryo-module Test Bench (CMTB) at DESY.

In the case of a traditional court judge, the facts are based on the law as the cornerstone, the fact that can be proved by the legal evidences. As we all know, assisting judges to manage evidence chain information can significantly improve the efficiency and quality of judges. Therefore, based on this idea, this paper will introduce the design and implementation of Visual Modeling Tool for evidence chain. The tool can help the judge to build various types of evidence chain, and can help to improve the work efficiency of judges. This visual modeling tool is divided into two main forms of visualization, includes the Graphical Mode and Table Mode. It means the same data with different display forms. So that the judge can deal with a large number of complex and varied evidence of chain information quickly and easily. Also, the efficiency of the judge to handle the case can be significantly improved.

The recently developed Kinect sensor has opened a new horizon to Human-Computer Interface (HCI) and its native connection with Microsoft's product line of Xbox 360 and Xbox One video game consoles makes completely hands-free control in next generation of gaming. Games that requires a lot of degree of freedoms, especially the driving control of a car in racing games is best suitable to be driven by gestures, as the use of simple buttons does not scale to the increased number of assistive, comfort, and infotainment functions. In this paper, we propose a Mamdani type-I fuzzy inference system based data processing module which effectively takes into account the dependence of actual steering angle with the distance of two palm positions and angle generated with respect to the sagittal plane. The FIS output variable controls the duration of a virtual "key-pressed" event which mocks the users pressing of actual keys assigned to control car direction in the original game. The acceleration and brake(deceleration) of the vehicle is controlled using the relative displacement of left and right feet. The proposed experimental setup, interfacing Kinect and a desktop based racing game, has shown that the virtual driving environment can be easily applied to any games belonging to this particular genre.

Background: HDX mass spectrometry is a powerful platform to probe protein structure dynamics during ligand binding, protein folding, enzyme catalysis, and such. HDX mass spectrometry analysis derives the protein structure dynamics based on the mass increase of a protein of which the backbone protons exchanged with solvent deuterium. Coupled with enzyme digestion and MS/MS analysis, HDX mass spectrometry can be used to study the regional dynamics of protein based on the m/z value or percentage of deuterium incorporation for the digested peptides in the HDX experiments. Various software packages have been developed to analyze HDX mass spectrometry data. Despite the progresses, proper and explicit statistical treatment is still lacking in most of the current HDX mass spectrometry software. In order to address this issue, we have developed the HDXanalyzer for the statistical analysis of HDX mass spectrometry data using R, Python, and RPY2. Implementation and results: HDXanalyzer package contains three major modules, the data processing module, the statistical analysis module, and the user interface. RPY2 is employed to enable the connection of these three components, where the data processing module is implemented using Python and the statistical analysis module is implemented with R. RPY2 creates a low-level interface for R and allows the effective integration of statistical module for dataprocessing. The data processing module generates the centroid for the peptides in form of m/z value, and the differences of centroids between the peptides derived from apo and ligand-bound protein allow us to evaluate whether the regions have significant changes in structure dynamics or not. Another option of the software is to calculate the deuterium incorporation rate for the comparison.
