As a key component, electric vehicle battery packs may suffer serious consequences from external impacts, but there is currently a lack of comprehensive data and simulation studies to evaluate the impact resistance of battery pack structures. Therefore, this article establishes a three-dimensional model of the electric vehicle battery pack through finite element analysis method, taking into account the elastic and geometric nonlinear characteristics of the material. In the ball hitting simulation, appropriate impact dynamic loads were selected to simulate the actual response and deformation of the battery pack bottom under impact, in order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the simulation results. By analyzing the simulation results, the deformation, stress, and strain distribution at the bottom of the battery pack under ball impact were obtained, as well as the related variation patterns. It was observed that the battery pack underwent significant deformation under impact load, and stress concentration also occurred in certain areas. By analyzing the stress and strain distribution obtained, the weak areas of the battery pack can be identified, and corresponding improvement measures can be proposed to enhance its impact resistance and structural strength. These simulation results also provide reference for the optimization design of the battery pack, helping to further improve its overall working performance.

Despite these advantages, data simulations have not yet received the same amount of use as other techniques within the context of quantitative ethnography. This dissertation argues that adoption of IP source address simulation technology combined with configurable data simulation technology can achieve generalized data simulation. Unlike traditional data communication, which uses transport layer sockets, IP source address emulation technology allows applications to bypass the transport layer and directly use IP layer raw sockets to send data packets by setting the data IP headers. The data that is sent by adopting this technology is transparent to the receiver who can either receive and resolve using the Raw Socket or process it directly with the existing receiver program. This technology can be adopted to simulate other subsystem data at any node of the task network, and the simulation of the IP address of the data source will no longer be limited by the existing network architecture. Adoption of data configurable filling simulation technology, which is compatible with various common data types and adapts to complex data can realize data format configuration such as data field length, type, and content. Combined with data configurable filling and IP source address simulation technology, the efficiency and effect of data simulation can be greatly improved.

With the rapid development of the Internet financial business, financial fraud transactions have also been on the rise, causing great losses to businesses and customers. But the number of fraud transactions is insufficient compared to the normal transactions, which become the bottleneck of fraud detection model training. To address the imbalance between the financial fraud transaction data and the normal transaction data, we propose a GTransGAN model based on TransGAN generative model to generate financial fraud transaction data. Based on the features of the financial transaction network, we design a generator and a discriminator suitable for graph data and introduce a feature extractor and an edge generator to the original data simulation model. This model can fully utilize the structural information of the financial transaction network to generate simulated data that meets the characteristics of financial transaction data. To assess the quality of the simulated data, we mix simulated data and the original dataset for anti-fraud model training. The experimental results show that mixing the simulated data can effectively improve the performance of the fraud detection model, thus validating the effectiveness of this model. © 2024 ACM.

With the rapid development of Internet of Things technology, the application of wireless sensor network in sports training has been paid more and more attention. As an important tool for data acquisition and monitoring, wearable devices can obtain athletes' training data in real time, providing new opportunities for the analysis and improvement of sports performance. This paper aims to explore the application of wearable devices based on wireless sensor network and voice synchronization overlay algorithm in the simulation of sports training data, aiming to improve the accuracy and real-time performance of data acquisition, and then optimize the effect of sports training. A wearable device that integrates wireless sensor network and voice processing technology is designed to collect physiological and sports data of athletes by various sensors. At the same time, the voice synchronization overlay algorithm is used to process the collected data in real time and improve the data analysis ability. By simulating the training environment, the data performance of the system in different motion scenarios is evaluated. The experimental results show that the wearable device can effectively collect the physiological data of athletes during training, including heart rate, step frequency and movement trajectory, etc., and the data processing delay is significantly reduced through the voice synchronization overlay algorithm. The system shows good stability and reliability under different training modes.

Role of high-precision real-time digital image based on data simulation in the construction of rural public space environment

Building a livable rural environment is the main process to achieve rural revitalization. An ideal rural environment contains many factors, such as health, safety, convenience and comfort. On the basis of livability, it can also be transformed into a livable ecological environment by promoting harmony between man and nature, thus responding to the policies and calls for sustainable development. At present, the research on ecological and livable environment mainly focuses on environmental improvement and ecological regulation, thus neglecting the research on space environment itself. Under this background, this paper completes the optimization of rural environment public space by introducing data simulation technology and combining high-precision real-time digital images, and then uses HLA to design the system to complete the simulation. The system can receive the data and configuration parameter information of each subsystem, and also can apply the system entity data and information of both sides of space confrontation to complete the target processing. The system itself is mainly divided into three parts: visual display, visual representation and data analysis modules. It can effectively complete the population calculation, building area calculation, living area calculation and proportion analysis of the target rural areas, so as to facilitate decision-makers to conduct reasonable regulation on the design of public space environment by studying data characteristics. This paper analyzes the transformation of rural public space environment by combining data simulation technology with high-precision digital real-time images.

A data simulation method to optimize a mechanistic dose -response model for viral loads of hepatitis A

Driven by the quantitative estimate of risk via the dose-response models, quantitative microbial risk assessment has been used successfully for public health interventions. The dose-response models are derived starting from an average exposed dose of infectious particles, this dictates the dose data units required. Then dose-response data from animal model experiments are used to optimize these mechanistic dose-response models. For hepatitis A (Hep-A), the only available dose-response data use grams of feces for dose units. Therefore, to develop a dose-response model for Hep-A a method of converting these doses in grams of feces into infectious particles, while accounting for the uncertainty of this conversion is needed. This research develops a method to couple data simulation with the likelihood estimation method for model optimization to accomplish this. This adapted method uses data simulation to model the doses as viruses while accounting for the within-group variability of this simulation. Then these simulated doses, coupled with the original dose-response data, are used to optimize the mechanistic dose-response models. This method results in a more computationally rigorous means of modeling these types of dose-response data. The resulting dose-response model for Hep-A is also more appropriate to use than the current option for Hep-A risk models.

This paper presents a technique for comparing, in real time, the flight-test time histories for X-29A aircraft with time histories computed from linearized mathematical models. Such a comparison allows the flight-test personnel to verify that the aircraft is performing as predicted, to determine regions of nonlinear behavior, and to increase the rate of envelope expansion. The types of mathematical modeling and equipment required, the procedure used, and actual flight-test results are discussed. © 1987 American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Inc.

Scene raw data simulation is useful for verifying the synthetic aperture radar (SAR) system design and testing imaging algorithms. According to the two-dimensional (2-D) frequency spectrum of fixed-receiver spotlight bistatic SAR (BiSAR) system, a rapid raw data simulation algorithm is proposed in this paper. Based on 2-D inverse Stolt transform in 2-D frequency domain and phase compensation in range-Doppler frequency domain, this approach can significantly improve the efficiency of raw data simulation. Finally, simulation results of point targets and extended scene are presented to validate the feasibility and efficiency of the proposed simulation method.
