There are mainly three traditional data sharing methods. The first is the most direct data copy, the second is to share data based on a data sharing protocol, and the third is to share data through a data center. These methods have a common feature, that is, the data requester will get the data of the data owner. This may cause serious problems in data security, such as data leakage and data abuse. As a data center is a centralized organization, there are risks such as data loss and data tampering. In addition, various countries have also issued a series of policies on data security issues, such as the GDPR implemented by the European Union in 2018. The blockchain technology using a decentralized model can be used as a new attempt to solve the above problems. This paper studies a data sharing scheme based on blockchain, and proposes a model that combines the Ethereum blockchain and federated learning ideas, and uses off-chain storage methods to share data. In this model, users can upload data description information to the blockchain through smart contracts, and can retrieve the required data through keywords, and then send the data identification and data processing model to the data owner in the form of transactions. The data owner can use this model to process the data, and finally return the result to the data requester. Because the data owner is in full control of his data and does not expose the source data to the outside, the use of this model for data sharing can effectively avoid problems such as data leakage, data loss, and data abuse.

With the development of smart city, the cooperation between government sectors is becoming more and more frequent, breaking the information island and big data sharing has become an inevitable trend. The traditional way of government data sharing is mainly based on one unified data center, which has high construction cost and maintenance cost, and fails to fully consider the sectoral interests, authority, security and traceability, so there are still many barriers in government data sharing. Taking advantage of the features of blockchain technology, such as distributed ledger, smart contract, data trust and traceability, this paper proposes an application model of government data sharing based on blockchain, which uses a unified data sharing model and autonomous authority management to provide efficient and safe bus service for distributed government big data sharing.

The traditional industrial Internet platform adopts a centralized data storage model, and the security sharing of data generated by terminal devices is a major bottleneck that hinders the development of industrial Internet. Along with the geometric growth of terminal data, protecting the security and integrity of data has become the core research area of the Industrial Internet. Blockchain is distributed, open, transparent and tamper-evident, and can provide a reliable underlying service to realize a distributed data security sharing system. Therefore, this paper proposes a blockchain-based data security sharing model for industrial Internet platforms, with a distributed blockchain network as the core to build up a decentralized data security sharing service. Meanwhile, to address the problems of high consensus latency, low throughput and performance, and no support for node dynamic management of the practical Byzantine fault-tolerant (PBFT) algorithm used in blockchain, a simplified consistency protocol and a new node management mechanism are introduced to achieve dynamic management of nodes while reducing the complexity of algorithm communication.
