Using the theory of Web Data Mining, this paper proposes a physics discipline personalized learning evaluation system model based on decision tree algorithm. The overall structure of this system model, which is applied to the network-based education, is presented. The key part of the model, data collection module and personalized evaluation module are introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of the ID3 algorithm and the C4.5 algorithm are analyzed respectively. Taking the comparison of the two algorithms and the unique characteristics of the personalized learning system into consideration, a new_C4.5r decision tree rule simplification algorithm based on attributes correlation is proposed in this paper. The results from a set of experiments shows that the new_C4.5r decision tree algorithm outperforms the previous ones in running time, the size of the rule sets and overhead.

With the process of urban modernization becoming faster and faster, there are more and more vehicles in the city, and the situation of urban traffic congestion is becoming more and more serious. In this paper, a model of traffic congestion prediction is constructed by using machine learning classification algorithm - random forest to construct traffic congestion state prediction model. The random forest algorithm has the characteristics of high robustness, high performance and high practicability. The weather conditions, time period, special conditions of road, road quality and holiday are used as model input variables to establish road traffic forecasting model. Finally, the results show that the traffic prediction model established by using the random forest classification algorithm has a prediction accuracy of 87.5%, and the generalization error is low, and it can be effectively predicted. Moreover, the calculation speed is fast, and it has stronger applicability to the prediction of congested condition. © 2017 IEEE.

Snow parameters are important physical quantities of climatology and hydrology research, improving the accuracy of snow parameters is important for climatology, hydrology and disaster prevention and reduction. The western Jilin Province of China has obvious salinization problem. Meanwhile, it belongs to a typical snow-covered area. In this paper, the western Jilin Province is selected as the study area and the main research focuses on analyzing the snow cover conditions. The FY3B-MWRI passive microwave remote sensing data from year 2011 to 2016 are selected as experimental data. Compared with optical remote sensing data, using MWRI data can better obtain snow information, and it is also the preliminary work to retrieve snow depth and snow water equivalent. Furthermore, a new decision tree algorithm for snow cover identification was built to distinguish different snow cover conditions. Compared with the existing three algorithms reported in other literatures, the proposed algorithm improves the identification accuracy of snow cover up to 95.06%. While the accuracy for Singh's algorithm, Pan's algorithm and Li's algorithm were about 80.19%, 78.79% and 90.13%, respectively. This study provides important information to the research of snow cover in saline-alkali land.

Taking the sensitivity of customer tariff as the starting point, we proposed an algorithm for evaluating the sensitivity of customer tariff based on decision tree, and constructed a tariff sensitive model for the selected value customers. By using entropy method and principal component analysis, the value customers were screened from three dimensions: economic contribution, development potential and credit contribution. decision tree algorithm was used to determine whether electricity is sensitive to customers, at the same time output indicators importance ranking. This method can support the development of a product service system based on data and strategy support for the relevant departments of power supply enterprises, in order to carry out accurate marketing, reduce the risk of electricity recovery and differentiated services, improve the overall customer satisfaction, and enhance the perception of customers. With the rapid development of information technology in modern society, the role of user identity authentication technology in people's lives has become increasingly important. Biometric technology has become the most promising and most widely used information security technology because of its uniqueness, non-replicability, and lack of memory. With more and more research on biometrics technology, identity authentication technology of single biometrics has been widely used in life. However, due to the single biometric technology used, the collection of data is vulnerable to environmental impacts and other reasons, it is difficult for the technology to play its advantages in practical applications. Therefore, this paper proposes a method of using multiple biometrics to authenticate users, so as to solve the problem of user identity authentication conveniently, quickly, and safely. Finally, experiments show that the proposed multi-biometric user identification method is feasible.

During the course of decision-making in case-based planning, users' experience and knowledge is very significant. This paper discusses how to incorporate them into PLANAUTHOR, a case-based planning system developed by us, before making a decision. Using templates, the authors give a new method, integrating case-based reasoning with decision tree algorithm, to make a multistep decision in case-based planning. The templates in this system were first used to obtain a plan frame in terms of notified situations. The integration helped the users decide whether a step should be carried out at the strategic level and how the step is performed at the tactical level, in turn. The results show that the integration can improve efficiency and quality of planning with templates. Most of all, past cases can make the users more confident about the solutions proposed by the system.

Tariff recovery risks of electrical users are always big problems for electric power company, and the user portrait technology can realize tariff recovery risks assessment and defense by analyzing user power consumption, payment and arrears data from electricity information acquisition system and marketing system. This paper studies the multi-source data fusion and clean technology to handle power consumption, payment and arrears data. On this basis, the electrical user label system is established, the scene design of tariff recovery risks assessment is realized, and the C4.5 algorithm is used to evaluate the risks of tariff recovery. The analysis results of test case show that the model and algorithm proposed in this paper have high availability and accuracy, and can provide the references for electric power company to reduce the risk of tariff recovery.

The increasing importance of Veterinary Informatics is driving the implementation of integrated veterinary information management systems (VIMS) for the capture, storage, analysis and retrieval of animal data. In this paper, a decision tree algorithm was implemented, starting from the database of the University Veterinary Hospital at Federico II University of Naples, aiming at building a predictive model for an effective recognition of neoplastic diseases and zoonoses for cats and dogs focusing to Campania Region, in order to figure out, according to the One (Digital) Health perspective specifics, the connection between humans, animals, and surrounding environment.

One symptom of Transient Ischemic Attack (TTA) or mild stroke is a loss of balance that makes ones easy to fall. The attacks on TIA usually occur in a short time and require immediate medical help. This study aimed to develop movements monitoring system and detector of fall for TIA sufferers using accelerometer and technology of internet of things (IoT) technology. The contribution of this study is to define ten falling movements with a decision tree algorithm. These movements are 1). Not moving, 2). Walking, 3). Standing up, 4). Sitting down, 5). Sitting, falling to the right, 6). Standing, falling towards the right, 7). Sitting-falling to the left, 8). Standing, falling to the left, 9). Sitting, falling to the front, 10). Standing, falling forward. An accelerometer is used to detect patient movement through linear and angular acceleration. The definition of movement and state of falling patients is determined by the decision tree algorithm. When a TIA patient falls, the system will send a notification to the family via the Smartphone application about the location where the patient fell. The IoT concept is applied to build this system. This test uses a test scenario of nine positions and movements of patient. Test results show that the system has detected 81.48% falls in TIA patients and can send notifications to the patient's family with a response time of 2.65 seconds.

The computer technology, computer Graphic element recognition and Judgment of visual impact effect have become an indispensable part of the design industry. Firstly, the design strategy evaluation requirements to reduce the interference factors in the design strategy evaluation. the design strategy evaluation scheme, and comprehensively analyzes the design strategy evaluation results. Finally, the relationship between computer graphic image design and Judgment of visual impact effect is analyzed through design strategy evaluation, and a design scheme based on decision tree algorithm is proposed for experimental verification. © 2023 IEEE.
