In the rapid development of information construction of medical system, more and more work depends on information. Data mining can extract useful information hidden behind a large amount of information, so it is used more and more widely in hospital information construction. decision tree classification is an important method in data mining. decision tree mining technology is applied to medical and nursing and health data to analyze and mine the factors affecting medical and nursing staff's medical nursing and health. The medical nursing and health of medical staff is an important factor affecting their lives, work and safety. In recent years, they have received widespread attention at home and abroad. Therefore, it is urgent to evaluate the medical staff and provide health and psychological interventions to support this group. This paper studies the application of decision tree algorithm in the medical and nursing psychological personality health evaluation system, and understands the relevant theoretical knowledge of psychological evaluation on the basis of literature data, and then designs the medical nursing and health evaluation system based on the decision tree algorithm. Non-destructive classification of fruits based on the maturity stage is beneficial to the consumer and fruit industry. Improper ripening can lead to low eating quality and economic loss for the producers. Durian is known as the "King of Fruits" and is one of the rarest and sweetest fruits in South Asia. This study used decision tree algorithm in machine learning to analyze the dataset by assigning it to leaf nodes, thus enabling the prediction of selection of uncut durian. The results show the following conclusions: 1) The selection prediction of uncut durian was achieved by the decision tree algorithm model, which provides a rational decision-making reference for consumers. 2) The inference logic of the ID3 decision tree algorithm is intuitive, the interpretability is clear, and it is convenient for the visualization of the model. 3) The ID3 decision tree algorithm can not deal with attributes that have consecutive values, missing values, and it is inconvenient to deal with the consecutive features, and it is inclined to select the features with more values as split attributes, which may lead to overfitting.

Violation of laws and regulations by listed companies is one of the main reasons for continuously disturbing China's securities market in recent years. How to effectively analyze and deal with violations of laws and regulations is an important topic in front of us. This paper makes use of the announcement disclosure and the China Securities Regulatory Commission and its local dispatched institutions Based on the regulatory punishment and punishment information publicly disclosed by Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange, this paper analyzes the motivation and characteristics of illegal behaviors of listed companies, and obtains 14 main illegal behaviors. Then it uses the decision tree algorithm of data mining technology to analyze. The research on Financial Violations of listed according to decision tree approach is a systematic analysis method of information. Divide the data into different levels, and then analyze it using decision tree. The decision tree is used to find out whether there are any exceptions or inconsistencies in the data. Therefore, this study can be targeted at all types of financial violations, such as exaggerating profits and underreporting losses. © 2023 IEEE.

Blockchain technology is a very popular technology in the economic field today. Given the above background, this manuscript describes a decision tree model to deduce blockchain decision-making with digital asset management, and control the management decision-making time. This method can carry out digital asset management with constraints, formulate digital currency management, intellectual property management and virtual asset management, and improve the rationality of digital asset management. Finally, digital assets with blockchain technology can be managed and final decision-making results can be output. The outcomes descripted that proposed method can exactly make blockchain digital asset management decisions and improve the level of digital asset management of blockchain technology, the optimization rate is more than 95%, which is better than traditional asset management methods. Meanwhile, for short-term forecasting, the model still has a high validity when the amount of data is small since the algorithm proposed extracts the relatively optimal samples in advance under digital asset management of blockchain technology. © 2023 IEEE.

During long-term use, the spring mechanism of high-voltage circuit breakers is prone to malfunction hazards, causing damage to the normal operation of high-voltage circuit breakers and thereby affecting the safe operation of the power system. Therefore, a simulation of fault analysis model for high-voltage circuit breaker spring mechanism based on decision tree algorithm. By preprocessing the fault data of the high-voltage circuit breaker spring mechanism, the vibration signal of the high-voltage circuit breaker spring mechanism fault was decomposed. The correlation coefficient method was used to extract the fault characteristics of the spring mechanism of high-voltage circuit breakers. On this basis, based on the decision tree algorithm, a fault analysis model for the spring mechanism of high-voltage circuit breakers is constructed to achieve fault analysis of the spring mechanism of high-voltage circuit breakers. The experimental results show that the proposed method has a shorter fault analysis time for the spring mechanism of high-voltage circuit breakers, and can effectively improve the accuracy of fault analysis for the spring mechanism of high-voltage circuit breakers. © 2023 IEEE.

Data mining is the process of discovering large data sets and revealing hidden laws. This paper aims to study the intelligent application analysis of computer science and technology based on the improved decision tree algorithm. Taking the improvement of the ID3 algorithm as the research goal, on the basis of analyzing the tasks of data mining, decision tree algorithm and the application development of computer science and technology, it proposes improved scheme of ID3 algorithm is presented and realized. Finally, this paper uses the ID3 algorithm and the improved ID3 algorithm to conduct a decision tree construction experiment. The experimental results show that compared with the ID3 algorithm, the improved algorithm reduces a lot of training logarithms, and therefore shortens the construction of the same training data. The decision tree is time-consuming and greatly improves the computing performance. © 2023 IEEE.

The advancements in increase of internet technology, transfer of data through insecure channel has become more popular. Now a day's most of the customers were turned to digital world and the channel is the main resource of communication. There is no guarantee that stored data will not be accessed by any hacker or cloud service provider. Privacy and Security is the main aspect of the rapid development in the digital storage. These conditions demand to make sure that the data is encrypted, stored and transmitted. Reversible Data Hiding in Encrypted images using machine learning is an emerging methodology used in the domain to secure the information for end-to-end secure data transmission. In this proposed method, all the data's can be Encrypted using Digital Keys, and these data can be embedded in cover images using decision tree algorithm. In the receiver side, the data can be retrieved back if receiver have right keys which is used while encryption. This system uses pseudo random number generation for generating multiple keys to encrypt and decrypt the secret data. This method is designed for encryption the Images and Text data. To increase further security and embedding capacity a machine learning algorithm is also implemented. The proposed decision tree method is tested on the standard image processing images and certain parameters are calculated for performance metrics and compare the results with existing schemes. The algorithm is implemented in MATLAB and used the Statistics and Machine Learning library in MATLAB.

An English word is a sound or a combination of sounds that we make with the vocal organs;words are representative, they represent some meaning, and they help humans communicate;words are part of the human language communication system. In short, words are the smallest and meaningful language units that humans can use independently. This paper aims to study the English neologism corpus based on decision tree algorithm. Aiming at the problems of low internal cohesion of words in the new word recognition algorithm of point mutual information and adjacency entropy, many high threshold invalid phrases and low threshold new phrases that exist in the single threshold setting of point mutual information, an improved multi-word point is proposed. A new word extraction algorithm for English of the year based on mutual information and adjacency entropy. In the preprocessing stage, according to the characteristics of English new words, it is further filtered, and the point mutual information is expanded into multi-word point mutual information, and the new words are extracted by setting double thresholds and adjacency entropy. In the recognition algorithm, this paper regards it as a classification problem to solve, analyzes English new words, and uses cosine similarity and path distance similarity to quantify word form and word meaning features. For phrase pairs containing acronyms, this paper An algorithm for identifying acronyms by rules is proposed, and a decision tree suitable for English new word recognition is constructed based on the features of word form and word meaning. Experiments show that the data of the algorithm in this paper is better than the traditional algorithm, the P value reaches 33.8%, and the accuracy rate is greatly improved. Compared with the word sense feature recognition algorithm, the method in this paper has a 4% improvement in accuracy.

In some hospitals, it is often seen that because there are more patients and fewer doctors, the attending doctor often rushes between the patient's wards to query the patient's physiological data, or the nurse is responsible for recording the patient's physiological data and reporting it to the doctor. For the storage of medical big data(BD), this paper uses a distributed cache framework to store medical data information, and implements distributed data processing through the C4.5 algorithm of the decision tree(DT) algorithm. The experimental results of large-scale(LC) medical data processing based on the C4.5 algorithm are also The data processing efficiency of the algorithm is illustrated, which provides great convenience for medical data management.
