In response to the significant shortcomings of the D5000 intelligent grid dispatch system in supporting the electricity market and the inadequacy of the current primary-secondary dispatch system to meet the demands of the electricity spot market, this paper proposes a parallel-based dual-active scheduling system architecture. Firstly, a comprehensive investigation is conducted on key functionalities such as management and control, experimentation, and evaluation within the spot electricity dispatch system. Subsequently, the practical application of the parallel system is implemented in the electricity spot trading dispatch system of a municipal-level power grid. Ultimately, the dual-active scheduling system for the municipal power grid is successfully established. This solution effectively addresses core challenges including synchronization issues between the two systems, consistency verification, and dual-active switching, thus enhancing the operational stability and switching efficiency of the dual-active scheduling system.
