By using the on-site parameters from the middle speed mill（MSM） of the power plant, the mathematical model of middle speed mill is given by using the test-modeling method. Based on the obtained model, the dynamic matrix control（DMC） of middle speed mill is introduced in MATLAB/SIMULATION environmental. The impact of the parameters of the DMC controller on the final outputs of MSM have been widely studied, such as model mismatch, variations of the prediction and control horizons, and interruption time. The simulations are performed in comparison with the convention proportion integration differentiation（PID） controller. The results show that the introduced DMC provides a desired performance.

It is extremely significant to precisely control exit temperature of heat exchanger in industrial production. However, traditional control strategy has a great deficiency to be applied to temperature control system which is nonlinear, large inertia, pure delay and variant parameters. Smith predictor(SP) provides an effective method to compensate for time delays, but it might make the system unstable out of mismatch of identification model. dynamic matrix control(DMC) can improve system performance by multiple steps prediction and online rolling optimization on the basis of feedback correction. This paper compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the above two algorithms by the means of modeling and simulation.

Improving the accuracy of total pressure control is an important research direction for the control of air flow fields in supersonic wind *** control is based on the prediction of the future time control deviation to optimize the control rate,and has the ability to achieve high precision control of total ***,in this paper,taken the transient supersonic wind tunnel as the object,the dynamic matrix control in the predictive control method is used to achieve high-precision control of total *** solve the problem that the step response model is inaccurate due to the drop of air source,the model compensation method is used to modify the measured step response *** dynamic matrix control algorithm with the modified model is applied in the wind tunnel simulation system to improve the total pressure control accuracy of the wind *** paper lay a theoretical foundation for the application of predictive control method in a supersonic wind tunnel test site.

A boiler-turbine unit is a typical multi-input multi-output (MIMO) industrial control system in power plant, which has nonlinear and couple characteristics. In this paper, a constrained dynamic matrix control (DMC) algorithm is designed for a nonlinear multivariable boiler-turbine unit with hard input constraints. Firstly an improved unconstrained DMC algorithm based on step response model for a single-input single-output (SISO) integrating process is proposed. It is shown that the proposed algorithm is more effective than conventional DMC and can also be extended to MIMO systems with integrating subsystems and input/output constraints. A 1-norm objective function is presented and the control actions can be obtained using linear programming online. Simulation results show that the designed control system has good tracking property and disturbance rejection ability without steady state offset while the control actions satisfy the coustraints.

Based on the analysis of PID control algorithm and dynamic matrix control (DMC) algorithm, the derivation of proportional integral derivative dynamic matrix control (PIDDMC) algorithm is given. Combined the virtues of the two algorithms, this kind of algorithm is of the advantages of PID algorithm, which is simple in structure, reliable in operation and robust in performance, and of predictive function. The influence of PIDDMC controller parameter tuning on system performance is investigated in time domain. The parameter election range is researched. Compared simulation results in a real time Ethernet for Plant Automation (EPA) experiment device, PIDDMC algorithm has better performance than conventional DMC algorithm to make the system have satisfactory stability and transition characteristics, and grounds well for engineering application.

Continuous sterilization is conducted on medium before fermentation processes,and the aim of sterilization is effective destruction of microorganisms while less that of the fermentable *** this paper,an energy-efficient dynamic matrix control strategy is designed for biochemical continuous *** energy consumption item is added into the control objective to reduce the steam ***,the extended L-curve,which extends the twodimensional L-curve into a three-dimensional V-curve,is proposed to optimize the parameters of the objective function in the designed control strategy,and the optimal parameters are found at the vertex of the V-curve *** and experiments results show that the designed control strategy is more accurate and energy-efficient than the general model predictive control and the fuzzy *** addition,the designed control strategy has been put into practice and the field data verify the effectiveness of the strategy.

At the same time,the dynamic matrix control is convenient to be calculated on-line and its general control quality is *** dynamic matrix control has succeeded to be applied in the industry field,so it is indispensable and feasible to explore its application in the electro-hydraulic servo system of the cold rolling *** this article,the dynamic matrix control was applied in the electro-hydraulic servo system of cold rolling mill,which adopts strategies of the multi-step prediction,the receding-horizon optimization and the feedback correction,and these strategies made the control system have the strong robust and the intelligent *** the same time,the realization strategy of the computer control was *** experimental result indicates that its control effect is better than that of the traditional PID control strategy which is comprehensively used in the locale,and adopting control strategies in the article make the dynamic quality of the cold rolling mill's electro-hydraulic servo system be improved largely,and the response time and the control precision are improved..

In order to make an accurate prediction of the greenhouse environment parameters, this paper proposes a controlling method for greenhouse prediction. Targeting that the former greenhouse model is not precise enough, and that the model parameters are difficult to determine, the paper firstly makes an analysis of the technical difficulties, and then proposes a prediction method based on dynamic matrix control. This method is structural simple, stable to control, and highly precise. It can accurately predict the greenhouse environment parameters through a combination of simulation, and then achieve the final goal of controlling those parameters effectively.

In this paper, we introduce a dynamic matrix control algorithm in the design of DVR control system, to optimize the control object of output inverter. First of all, analysis has been made on the DVR output voltage under the input voltage of power network and inverter, according to the system model of DVR. The corresponding step function has been deduced, and the output predictive model of DVR has been established consequently. Based on it, the optimized inverter output could be calculated by means of the dynamic matrix control algorithm, combined with the expected output voltage curve calculated by certain compensation strategy. Thus the real-time output instruction of inverter could be acquired, and the improved DVR control system with feed-forward and feed-back functions has been established. Experiment of single-phase DVR voltage compensation has been carried out, based on the above improved algorithm. The results have shown that the speediness and compensation precision have been improved compared with prevenient algorithm, thus verify the feasibility of the algorithm.
