A dynamic monitoring system for patient health indexes based on mobile terminal is designed. The design of the system is divided into four parts. Firstly, four-layer framework of the system is designed, including acquisition, communication, display and alarm. Secondly, the hardware of the system is designed. Thirdly, the three software running programs of the system are designed, including patients' physiological parameter acquisition program, communication transmission program, display and early warning. Finally, the simulation test shows that the monitoring results are close to the actual results. This also indicates that the designed system can accurately detect the health status of patients. With the rapid development of China's telecom industry and the continuous expansion of the scale of communication networks, the energy consumption of data centers accounts for a greater proportion of the cost of electricity used by telecommunications companies. Therefore, the energy-saving work of the data center computer room of the communication enterprise operator is the focus of its energy conservation. In the case where the communication room environment and the load of the communication equipment are determined, how to make the engine room ventilation and air-conditioning equipment perform high efficiency becomes the key to energy saving. Computer systems have become an important part of everyday business. The communication computer room runs in the core position of information management, exchange, and transmission. All equipment in the equipment room must be in normal operation at all times. Once a failure occurs, system operation, data transmission and storage will pose serious security threats.

In view of the design of dynamic monitoring system for maize growth information and the related technology of Internet of things, the principle and system composition of the design of maize growth information dynamic monitoring system are analyzed on the basis of a brief description of the growth process of maize. Finally, the feasibility of the design of the system is analyzed in the field through the field experiment. Finally, through in-depth analysis, it is concluded that the dynamic monitoring system of maize growth information based on the Internet of things can effectively guarantee the true and effective results of corn growth information measurement results, and hope to help improve the yield of maize in China.

Power communication rooms have a decisive effect on the reliability and stability of grid system. As a significant method to realize smart grid, environmental dynamic monitoring system for power communication room plays an important role on safe operation of power communication. Firstly, the necessity for the status monitoring system for power communication room is described. And the principles of system design are also provided. Then the monitoring system is illustrated in detail, which consists of three layers, namely master layer, monitoring layer and data collection layer. At last, the application prospect of the environmental dynamic monitoring system is presented.

Remote sensing is an indispensable means for coastal band monitoring. Using satellite remote sensing data to monitor coastline variation and to analysis the eroding, depositing features and evolution process will be of great significance for the river mouth regulation, river course planning, coastal protective project program and trend prediction of coastal evolution. So, it is necessary to establish a coastline dynamic monitoring system. The system is mainly based on remote sensing and spatial information analysis techniques. In this paper, the system framework, design methodology and system functions are described in detail. The key techniques and methods involved in the system construction are particularly discussed, and they include the data preprocessing techniques, such as cloud identification and geometry fine correction, multi-scale coast edge extracting algorithm based on MRF model and coastline tide correction model with measured data or numerical simulation result as input, and coastline dynamic analysis method based on time series analysis and spatial topological analysis. Finally, an example to apply the system to the Yellow River mouth delta is given and the process flow diagram and procedures are described. The comparison of monitoring results with manually interpreted results has verified the favorable effect of the system.

Detection of Photovoltaic Arrays in High-Spatial-Resolution Remote Sensing Images Using a Weight-Adaptive YOLO Model

This study addresses the issue of inadequate remote sensing monitoring accuracy for photovoltaic (PV) arrays in complex geographical environments against the backdrop of rapid global expansion in PV power generation. Particularly concerning the complex spatial distribution characteristics formed by multiple types of PV power stations within China, this study overcomes traditional technical limitations that rely on very high-resolution (0.3-0.8 m) aerial imagery and manual annotation templates. Instead, it proposes an intelligent recognition method for PV arrays based on satellite remote sensing imagery. By enhancing the C3 feature extraction module of the YOLOv5 object detection model and innovatively introducing a weight-adaptive adjustment mechanism, the model's ability to represent features of PV components across multiple scenarios is significantly improved. Experimental results demonstrate that the improved model achieves enhancements of 6.13% in recall, 3.06% in precision, 5% in F1 score, and 4.6% in mean Average Precision (mAP), respectively. Notably, the false detection rate in low-resolution (<5 m) panchromatic imagery is significantly reduced. Comparative analysis reveals that the optimized model reduces the error rate for small object detection in black-and-white imagery and complex scenarios by 19.8% compared to the baseline model. The technical solution proposed in this study provides a feasible technical pathway for constructing a dynamic monitoring system for large-scale PV facilities.

Use of the cointegration strategies to remove environmental effects from data acquired on historical buildings

The theory of cointegration, usually employed in econometric studies, has proved very powerful in the context of Structural Health monitoring (SHM), where it can be used to distinguish operational and environmental changes of dynamic features from those related to the evolution of damage. The different nature of the effects imposed by operational and environmental variations on structural response required here an extension of the theory of cointegration from the linear to the nonlinear field. For this purpose, a nonlinear multivariate regression has been developed. This paper proposes a regression obtained through a particular class of machine learners, based on statistical learning theory and its Bayesian variants The algorithms considered, Support Vector Machines (SVMs) and Relevance Vector Machines (RVMs), are applied to data from the Sanctuary of Vicoforte, which was dynamically monitored over a period of four months and modelled with finite elements to simulate structural damage. The SVMs and the RVMs have the advantage of working well with sparse data sets. The algorithms also provide information about the most informative data points (support and relevance vectors) which could prove valuable in an active or query learning context.

Vibration control of a slender footbridge using passive and semiactive tuned mass dampers

This paper describes the work involving the implementation of a control system aimed at reducing vibrations in a slender footbridge located at FEUP campus. This structure was extensively studied in the past, mainly due to the clear exhibition of very perceptible vibrations induced by pedestrian loads. For that reason, a passive tuned mass damper (TMD) was installed in one of the spans of the structure for research purposes. Because the structure has several critical vibration modes with natural frequencies close to 2Hz, only one device cannot act efficiently on all of them, which limits the control efficiency. In these cases, the option for a semiactive TMD seems to be appropriate, given the self-tuning capabilities of these devices and even the possibility of performing multimode control. In this context, this document summarizes the work developed in studying, testing, and installing the passive TMD in the footbridge, as well as its migration to a semiactive system. Taking advantage of a continuous dynamic monitoring system installed in 2009, it was possible to evaluate the vibration levels of the structure measured over the past years, including the periods previous to and after the installation of the control solutions. A tendency was noted in the reduction of the peak accelerations of some sections of the deck after the installation of the passive TMD, which were even more attenuated with the activation of the semiactive system.

A new multi-channel dynamic monitoring system was recently installed in a long span concrete arch bridge that crosses the Douro River in the city of Porto, Portugal: the "Infante D. Henrique" bridge. This paper describes the experimental and numerical studies developed shortly after construction of the characterizes the installed monitoring system and presents the results achieved with the software bridge, developed to process the data that is continuously received through the Internet. Preliminary studies included the development of an ambient vibration test and the construction of a numerical model of the bridge that was "tuned" to fit the bridge dynamic properties identified by the ambient vibration test. The routines implemented include the on-line automatic identification of the bridge's natural frequencies with the Frequency Domain Decomposition method, enabling the tracking of the bridge's first 12 natural frequencies. This unique feature is only possible due to the combination of high-quality acquisition equipment with state of the art processing algorithms. (C) 2008 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
