This paper experimentally investigated the effect of nitrite-based corrosion inhibitor and cation type namely Na + , Mg 2+ and Ca 2+ associated with chloride ions on free chloride (C f ) and total chloride (C T ) ion concentrations of concrete exposed to composite chloride-sulfate ( C l - + S O 4 2 - ) environment. Concrete cubes were prepared using Portland pozzolana cement and w/c ratio of 0.55. Sodium nitrite (NaNO 2 ) was used as a corrosion inhibitor at an admixed dosage of 3% by weight of cement. After curing, the cubes were subjected to composite C l - + S O 4 2 - solutions such as NaCl + MgSO 4 , MgCl 2 + MgSO 4 , and CaCl 2 + MgSO 4 . Powder samples were collected at different depth intervals from the cubes to determine the C f and C T concentrations. fourier transform infrared (fTIR) spectroscopy and field emission scanning electron microscope (fESEM) analyses were carried to examine the microstructure of concrete. The experimental results indicated that addition of NaNO 2 in concrete reduced the penetration of chloride ions. Concrete exposed to CaCl 2 + MgSO 4 solution mostly showed higher C f and C T concentrations than NaCl + MgSO 4 solution followed by MgCl 2 + MgSO 4 solution. Results of microstructure study indicated the formation of different compounds in concrete exposed to composite C l - + S O 4 2 - solutions.

目的:克隆表达粉尘螨变应原第7组分(简称Der f 7)重组蛋白,制备抗Der f 7单克隆抗体,并进行鉴定。方法:用p ET28a(+)-Der f 7原核表达体系表达Der f 7重组蛋白,以此免疫BALB/c小鼠,将骨髓瘤细胞和脾细胞融合,经ELISA法筛选杂交瘤细胞。用杂交瘤细胞注射入小鼠腹腔,获得腹水,经蛋白A琼脂糖介质纯化,后鉴定抗体的效价、纯度,采用免疫印迹法鉴定抗体的特异性。结果:获得三株稳定分泌重组Der f 7单克隆抗体的杂交瘤细胞,产生的抗体纯度高,效价高于1∶243 000。Western blot显示能很好地识别Der f 7重组蛋白。为Der f 7变应原的定量、定位及相关过敏性疾病的诊疗奠定基础。结论:成功获得粉尘螨变应原第7组分(Der f7)重组蛋白单克隆抗体,且抗体效价纯度及特异性较好。

Conventional trade models either assume full employment or suppose imperfect labor markets and attribute unemployment to the imperfectness. Needless to say, Keynesian unemployment arising from a shortage of effective demand has not been considered. In this paper, our two-country, three-commodity trade model determines patterns of the international division of labor, commodity terms of trade, relative wage rates and employment quantities in each country simultaneously, given the production techniques, labor endowments and effective demand. furthermore, the model argues the significance of link commodities commonly produced in both countries and quantity adjustments without price changes in the face of demand changes.

It is widely acknowledged that Hegel holds the view that a rational social order needs to reconcile us to our status as natural beings, with bodily needs and desires. But while this general view is well-known, one of its most surprising implications is rarely explored: namely the implication that, for Hegel, a rational social order also has to reconcile us to the inevitable fate of everything natural and organic - it needs to reconcile ourselves to our own mortality. This paper explains this largely unknown dimension of Hegel's view, as well as its implications for contemporary social philosophy. The main contemporary upshot is going to be that Hegel's argument can be read as presenting the case for a 'politics of mortality': for a type of social critique that holds society to the standard of how easy it makes it for social members to face death with a reconciled attitude.

This paper deals with the ontological foundations of the Soviet interpretation of dialectical materialism (Diamat) as exemplified by one of its "founding fathers," Abram Deborin, in his works of the late 1920s. It has been claimed that the "ontologizing" tendency in Soviet philosophy is due to the influence offriedrich Engels and his ideas pertaining to the dialectics of nature. However, a more plausible interpretation is that the ontologism of Soviet philosophy is connected with the rejection of the Kantian Copernican turn in philosophy and the idea of the primacy of gnoseology it implies. In this article, I argue in favor of the latter thesis. Ontologism, i.e., the tendency to give priority in philosophy to questions concerning Being, and anti-Kantianism are but two sides of the same coin.

A story which dramatizes the distinction between the historical reality of Jesus and the 'Christ offaith' has given new life to a once powerful critique of Christian doctrine. Pullman's alternative version of the gospel story can be countered by historical scholarship which shares his non-supernaturalist assumptions, but a theological response which communicates the Christian message of the gospels is also needed. The allegorical interpretation that Pullman's fable invites allows a reading that is compatible with a rational form of traditional Christianity.

Contemporary discussions about operational definition often hark back to Stanley S. Stevens' classic papers on psychological operationism. Still, he was far from the only psychologist to call for conceptual hygiene. Some of Stevens' direct colleagues at Harvard-most notably B. f. Skinner and E. G. Boring-were also actively applying Bridgman's conceptual strictures to the study of mind and behavior. In this paper, I shed new light on the history of operationism by reconstructing the Harvard debates about operational definition in the years before Stevens published his seminal articles. Building on a large set of archival evidence from the Harvard University Archives, I argue that we can get a more complete understanding of Stevens' contributions if we better grasp the operationisms of his former teachers and direct colleagues at Harvard's Department of Philosophy and Psychology.

At present, the Department of Energy (DOE) in Unite State are directing the efforts of developing accident tolerant fuel (ATf) technology. As the first barrier of nuclear fuel system, the material selection offuel rod cladding for ATfs is a basic but very significant issue for the development of this concept. The advanced cladding is attractive for providing much stronger oxidation resistance and better in-pile behavior under sever accident conditions (such as SBO, LOCA) for giving more coping time and, of course, at least an equivalent performance under normal condition. In recent years, many researches on in-plie or out-pile physical properties of some suggested cladding materials have been conducted to solve this material selection problem. Base on published literatures, this paper introduced relevant research backgrounds, objectives, research institutions and their progresses on several main potential claddings include triplex SiC, feCrAl and MAX phase material Ti3SiC2. The physical properties of these claddings for their application in ATf area are also reviewed in thermohydraulic and mechanical view for better understanding and simulating the behaviors of these new claddings. While most of important data are available from publications, there are still many relevant properties are lacking for the evaluations.
