To solve the low accuracy of traditional landscape form analysis methods, a method combining the firefly algorithm and a self-organizing feature mapping neural network is proposed. Based on this algorithm, a landscape shape-assisted quantization model is designed. The performance of the proposed algorithm is compared with other algorithms. The results showed that the training error and average accuracy of the proposed algorithm were 0.00093 and 97.82%, respectively, which were better than comparison algorithms. The performance analysis experiment of the proposed landscape shape-assisted quantization model showed that the model had a good classification and recognition effect. The proposed landscape form auxiliary quantification model has good practical value, which is conducive to improving the cognition ability of landscape form structure law.

The mechanical properties of formamidinium halide perovskites faBX_3(fa=CH(NH_2)_2; B=Pb, Sn; X=Br, I)are systematically investigated using first-principles calculations. Our results reveal that faBX_3 perovskites possess excellent mechanical flexibility, ductility and strong anisotropy. We shows that the planar organic cation fa+ has an important effect on the mechanical properties of faBX3 perovskites. In addition, our results indicate that (i) the moduli(bulk modulus B, Young's modulus E, and shear modulus G) of faBBr_3 are larger than those of faBI_3 for the same B atom, and (ii) the moduli of faPbX_3 are larger than those of faSnX_3 for the same halide atom. The reason for the two trends is demonstrated by carefully analyzing the bond strength between B and X atoms based on the projected crystal orbital Hamilton population method.

CeO2-TiO2/fa catalysts with the selective catalytic reduction (SCR), using industrial solid waste-Fly Ash (fa) as the supporter was prepared by sol-gel and insuccation methods. Ammonia was used as reducing gas to detect the catalytic performance of as-prepared catalyst. Surface structure and catalytic properties of the catalyst were characterized by using BET, XRD, SEM and denitrification tests, respectively. It was confirmed that the loading of CeO2 and TiO2 on fa supporter led to the increased the specific surface area of catalysts, which resulted in the enhanced catalytic performance toward removing NOx. The NOx conversion over this catalyst can reach 95.3%.

Ellipsoidal hollow magnetic nanoparticles (HMNPs) were first synthesized through a hydrothermal method and coated with SiO2 2 via the Stober method, followed by template hydrothermal synthesis using C18TMS/TEOS 18 TMS/TEOS volume ratio for silica-shell formation. Then, the core-shell structure was grafted with graphene quantum dots (GQDs), dopamine hydrochloride (PDA), and folic acid (fa) by amide reaction to obtain HMNPs@PDA-GQDs-fa. Transmission electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy, and N2 2 adsorption/desorption analysis confirmed the successful construction of the HMNPs@PDA-GQDs-fa nanoscale carrier-cargo composite. The carrier HMNPs@PDA-GQDs-fa had improved loading (51.63 %) and higher release (47.18 %) of gambogic acid (GA) at an acidic pH (5.7) than the release (32.23 %) at an acidic pH (7.4), showing the pH response of PDA to the surrounding environment of tumor cells. Cytotoxicity test results showed that the cell survival rate was above 95 %, indicating that the carrier-cargo had low cytotoxicity. Cell lethality was greatly improved after loading GA, and the advantages of using fa-grafted HMNPs as a targeting ligand for tumor imaging were demonstrated by SPECT imaging analysis. These results showed that HMNPs@PDA-GQDsfa had good biocompatibility and could be used for the treatment of VX2 tumors after loading GA.

This study primarily investigates the effect of fly ash (fa) content on the mechanical properties and hydration performance of alkali-activated ground granulated blast furnace slag cement (AAGC) and compares the related properties with ordinary Portland cement (OPC). Additionally, we examined the hydration products;performed thermal analysis, MIP, and SEM;and determined chemically bound water and pH values of AAGC. The compressive strength of AAGC showed a retrogression phenomenon from 3 to 28 days, with the 14-day and 28-day compressive strengths of AAGC being higher than those of OPC. The AAGC with 20% fa content exhibited the highest 28-day compressive strength (75 MPa). The hydration heat release rate curve of OPC and AAGC was divided into the initial induction period, induction period, acceleration period, deceleration period, and steady period. As fa content increased, the 28-day pore volume of AAGC increased, while pH values and chemically bound water decreased. SEM images of AAGC with low fa content showed more microcracks.

Concrete durability is a major concern in the construction sector worldwide. Recycled industrial and agriculture wastes based concrete production was shown to be beneficial in terms of enhanced durability performance and environmental friendliness. The effects of palm oil fuel ash (POfa) replacement by fly ash (fa) on the durability properties of ternary alkali activated mortars (AAMs) containing ground blast furnace slag (GBFS) was evaluated. The mixes were designed with six levels of POfa replaced by 0, 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50% (by weight) of fa. Durability properties such as porosity, drying shrinkage, resistances to freezing-thawing cycles, wet-dry cycles, abrasion, sulphuric acid and sulphate attack were investigated. The mortar containing 10% of fa as a replacement of POfa disclosed the best compressive strength amongst all the mixes at the age beyond 180 days. The overall durability performance of the AAMs obtained from POfa replaced by fa displayed an enhancement in porosity as well as dry shrinkage and a reduction in the resistances to freezing-thawing cycles, abrasion, acid and sulphate attack. First, the cognitive biases that are observed in common to both leagues were discussed from the viewpoint of our propensity to inaccurately predict the future. Second, the cross-cultural difference was discussed from the two viewpoints: (1) difference of mindset between two leagues, and (2) difference of authority of commissioner between two leagues. Superhydrophobic coatings have garnered immense attention in recent years. Nevertheless, the creation of superhydrophobic coatings is often associated with high production costs and comparatively intricate fabrication processes. In this paper, we utilize cheap and easily available ultrafine fly ash(fa) as the main raw material to replace the expensive filler substances traditionally used for constructing rough structures, and Polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS) as a low surface energy modification to construct fa-based superhydrophobic coatings by a simple spraying method. The PDMS/fa coating surface exhibits a water contact angle(WCA) of 157.65 degrees and degrees and a water sliding angle(WSA) of 2.00 degrees degrees The irregular morphology of the fa is conducive to forming a rough texture on the coating surface, which captures more air, leading to the formation of a stable air layer. Molecular dynamics (MD) simulations provide an insight into the anti-wetting mechanism of the superhydrophobic surface through an analysis of energetic and dynamic properties. PDMS/fa coatings remain superhydrophobic at 150 degrees C, in UV, and in varying pH environments. In addition, PDMS/fa coatings offer excellent mechanical, self-cleaning and anti-icing properties. This innovative approach to superhydrophobic coating, utilizing solid waste material as a basic material, demonstrates potential applicative value in fields such as self-cleaning and anti-icing.
