In this paper. a novel neural network algorithm is proposed, which solve the quadratic programming problem with linear constraints based on fibonacci method. Compared with the existing models for solving the quadratic programming problem with linear constraints, it is more universal, since the objective function of the quadratic programming not only can be convex function but also can be quasi convex function. Finally, example is provided to show the applicability of the proposed neural network algorithm.

The effects of parasitic capacitances on the performances of three common switched-capacitor DC-DC converters operating in the complete charge transfer case were studied with matrix calculation. The study was conducted by describing the top- and bottom-plate parasitic capacitances of a capacitor network in matrix form;these resulted matrices were then employed in some existing solutions so that not only the steady-state performance, but also the dynamic-state performance of a two-phase switched-capacitor DC-DC converter could be evaluated. The proposed method was validated with SPICE simulation and was used to study the final output voltage, start-up time and start-up energy consumption of an exponential, a fibonacci and a linear converter under different parasitic capacitance effects.

In this paper, we use the control Lyapunov function (CLF) technique to present an optimized visual servo control method for constrained eye-in-hand robot visual servoing systems. With the knowledge of camera intrinsic parameters and depth of target changes, visual servo control laws (i.e. translation speed) with adjustable parameters are derived by image point features and some known CLF of the visual servoing system. The fibonacci method is employed to online compute the optimal value of those adjustable parameters, which yields an optimized control law to satisfy constraints of the visual servoing system. The Lyapunov's theorem and the properties of CLF are used to establish stability of the constrained visual servoing system in the closed-loop with the optimized control law. One merit of the presented method is that there is no requirement of online calculating the pseudo-inverse of the image Jacobian's matrix and the homography matrix. A monosegmented flow system involving sample and titrant sequential injections and the establishment of a tandem plug between two air bubbles is proposed for automated titrations. The end point is found after successive variations of the sample and titrant volumes, determined by an algorithm based on the one-dimensional optimization method of fibonacci. The set up includes a multi-port solenoid valve with four inlets and one outlet. The feasibility of the system was demonstrated in the spectrophotometric determination of the total acidity in vinegar with NaOH and phenolphthalein used as the titrant and indicator, respectively. The sample throughput was ta. 30 h(-1) and consumption of the sample and titrant was about 0.7 ml. The results were in agreement with the expected values, with relative errors lower than +/-0.4%. After 12 successive analyses of typical samples with a 47.1 - 53.4 total acidity, expressed as g l(-1) acetic acid, the relative standard deviations of the results were estimated within the 1.2 - 2.1% range.

A flow-batch hybrid system is proposed as a novel approach to automated titration. Sampling and signal processing are done as in usual flow systems, whereas chemical reactions take place in a reaction chamber similar to those found in batch systems. End point is found by means of the fibonacci method, adapted to act as a one-dimensional optimisation algorithm for fast titration. A model system involving the spectrophotometric NaOH/HCl titration was initially studied, and the feasibility of the approach was further demonstrated in the titration of white wines with NaOH using m-cresol purple as indicator. About 20 samples are run per hour and ca. 0.6 ml of sample and titrant are consumed per determination. Within the 5.2-7.3 g l(-1) acidity (expressed as tartaric acid) range, relative standard deviations of results were estimated as about 0.7% after six-fold processing of typical wine samples, and results are in agreement with those obtained by a classical potentiometric titration, with relative errors <0.8%. The development of network technology has brought convenience to people's life, but also provides the convenience for the virus, Trojan and other destructive programs to attack the network. Then, the computer network security is becoming more and more dangerous. Accurately and scientifically predict the risk of network, it can effectively prevent the risk, and reduce the loss caused by the problem of computer network security. Computer network security is an early warning problem of multi index system. So, the traditional linear forecasting method cannot accurately describe the impact of each index on the evaluation results, and the accuracy of the prediction results is low. In order to improve the prediction accuracy of computer network security, this paper presents a new forecasting method for computer network security. Firstly, the evaluation index of computer network security is selected by expert system, and the weight of evaluation index is determined by the expert scoring method. Secondly, we put the index weight into the BP neural network, and use the BP neural network to learn it. Then, the parameters of BP neural network are optimized by the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm. After that, this paper uses a method based on the fibonacci method principle to find the number of hidden layer node which has the best fitting ability. Finally, we use this algorithm to predict the network security of a certain enterprise in the next six months. The score is 0.67, 0.84, 0.72, 0.87, 0.86 and 0.91, which is close to the actual value of network security.

In order to improve the real-time performance of smart distribution network equipment address recognition search, solve the fast address search problem of distribution network intelligent equipment or device or unit, application fibonacci method for two segments division of the address segment, this paper proposes a quick address search method for identification and lookup of the distribution network equipment. Aiming at the problem of search and query in the MAC (Media Access Control) address, IPv4 (Internet Protocol version 4) address or IPv6 (Internet Protocol version 6) address space of the equipment / device / unit in the distribution network, the computer simulation results show that compared with the midpoint method, the address lookup speed of the method is faster. It can improve the real-time performance of the intelligent perception of the distribution network and speed up the network management response speed of the equipment / device / unit failure in the distribution network. The operation and maintenance performance of the distribution network are improved, and the security and intelligence level of the distribution network system are promoted.
