In bearings-only target tracking, the pseudo-linear Kalman filter (PLKF) algorithm has attracted much attention due to its concise calculation process and robust operation performance. However, due to the correlation between the measurement matrix and the noise, the algorithm often encounters the challenge of estimation bias when dealing with the target state estimation. Aiming at this problem, this paper skillfully combines the accuracy of particle filter (PF) and the efficiency of PLKF, and innovatively proposes an algorithm called particle filter-pseudolinear Kalman filter (PF-PLKF). The algorithm first performs pseudo-linear transformation on the measurement equation, then separates the noise part of the measurement matrix, and then uses the PF algorithm to accurately estimate the denoised measurement matrix, which greatly reduces the error caused by the correlation between the measurement matrix and the noise. The simulation results show that the PF-PLKF algorithm performs well in the bearing-only target tracking task. Compared with other existing algorithms, it achieves a significant improvement in tracking accuracy and maintains a high standard in stability.

This paper explores a method for accurately identifying the longitudinal characteristic parameters of a missile using an Extended Kalman Filter (EKF) in the missile guidance system, followed by the application of a pole placement algorithm to optimize the control system. Firstly, the EKF algorithm eliminates observation and system noise to provide high-precision estimation and filtering of the missile's longitudinal motion states (such as position, velocity, and acceleration), thereby accurately understanding the current state of the missile. Subsequently, the pole placement algorithm adjusts the controller parameters according to the desired system dynamic characteristics, optimizing system stability and dynamic performance. This method achieved a remarkable improvement in the missile guidance system's performance, achieving a relative identification error of less than 4%, while ensuring the overload has a rapid rise time without overshoot.

With the rapid development of industrial automation technology, the end effector of industrial robots, as an important component of intelligent manufacturing, has increasingly high performance and precision requirements. The control accuracy and response speed of industrial robots at the end of execution are key to achieving high-precision operations. However, in practical applications, sensor data is often affected by noise and interference, resulting in errors in the accuracy of end control execution, which seriously affects the end response speed and product production efficiency. To address this issue, this paper investigates the Kalman filtering algorithm based on FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) and applies it to the execution end of industrial robots. Through the high parallelism and real-time processing capability of FPGA, the efficient implementation of Kalman filtering algorithm has been achieved. Through theoretical analysis and experimental verification, the superiority of this implementation method in improving processing speed and signal purity has been proved, providing strong support for high-precision operation of industrial robots.

Coupled multirate signal processing algorithms can form a capable M-channel analysis filter bank. The bank uses an M-point IDFT to identify M channel center frequencies lo-cated at multiples of fs/M and separated by fs/M, an M-path fil-ter that form the passband filters at each of the M center fre-quencies, and an input commutator that delivers successive in-put samples to the input ports of the M-path filter. The resampling operation performed by the input commutator ali-ases the time series of spectra at the multiple center frequency bands to baseband. In one realization, the maximally decimated filter bank, each of the M output time series has spectral spans and sample rates equal to fs/M. The channelizer can be modified in many ways. These include change of input-to-output resampling ratios such as of M-to-1, of M/2-to-1, and of 3M/4- to-1. The corresponding output sample rates are fs/M, 2fs/M, and (4/3)fs/M. The different resampling ratios require minor modifications to the channelizer structure. We present and compare implementations of channelizers with the three resampling ratios cited above and address the motivation and benefits of each option.

To address the problem that the traditional tracker was unable to maintain tracking when there were some missing pulses of periodic pulse signals, in this study, an automatic tracking algorithm for periodic pulse signals based on a central difference Kalman filter (CDKF) was proposed. Based on the actual situation in the application of sonar pulse reconnaissance, the target distance was relatively far with a limited bearing change rate, so using bearing and bearing change rate, two-dimensional linear motion and observation equation models were established. Then, an automatic start method of pulse tracking was presented. The method was based on pulse sameness discrimination. When the number of identical pulses exceeded the specified number, a tracker was started. Then, based on CDKF tracking, to predict and filter target bearing smoothly utilizing the established motion and observation equations, the automatic tracking procedure was presented. When there was a missing bearing observation in the input detection sequence, the predicted bearing value was used as a tracked one. When the signals could be detected again, the CDKF algorithm was operated using the relation between the predicted values and the current observations to maintain the tracking of the target. If the number of successive pulse deficiencies exceeded the specified, the tracking procedure was ended. Finally, simulation results of several situations with missing some stochastic pulses revealed that the effects of CDKF and KF had no significant difference on tracking even bearing change rate target. Moreover, although under linear motion and observation equation models, the effect of CDKF was better than KF on tracking dynamic bearing change rate targets. In the scenario of sonar pulse reconnaissance, adopting simple two-dimensional linear equations could ensure the effectiveness of tracking and avoid complicated calculations caused by nonlinear models.

The breast tumor image uses the amplitude of ultrasonic pulse echo to extract ultrasonic diagnostic information. The contrast of gray level is relatively low, and local detail changes in the image are not easy to be found. The gray level co-occurrence matrix (GLCM) algorithm can not clearly express the global information of the image in the process of feature extraction. Moreover, the algorithm has a large amount of computation, which is easy to generate a large amount of redundant information and wastes storage space. A texture feature extraction algorithm based on improved GLCM combined with Tamura is proposed to accurately identify breast tumor image features. Firstly, anisotropic diffusion filtering algorithm, limited contrast histogram equalization and L0 gradient filtering algorithm are used to preprocess breast tumor images respectively, which can filter out speckle noise in breast tumor images and better maintain boundary information. Then, the traditional GLCM is improved. The first step is to compress the gray level of the breast tumor image. The second step is to select the region of interest of the image and reset the image size. The third step is to construct a gray level co-occurrence matrix with the image averaged in four directions and collect GLCM texture features of the image. Finally, the improved GLCM is merged with Tamura to extract image texture features and image feature recognition. The experimental results show that the recognition accuracy and operating speed of the proposed algorithm are much improved. This algorithm is an effective, fast and accurate classification method for breast tumor images.

When humans remotely control robots, it is often difficult for them to observe the robot's working environment from the robot's first-person perspective, which invisibly increases the uncertainty in the teleoperation process. Therefore, this paper developed an immersive teleoperation platform based on an eye tracker. The system mainly controlled the rotation of the robot's head joints through the operator's eye movement. The camera on the robot's head can transmit the robot's first-person perspective to the operator, allowing the operator to observe the environment in the direction the robot's head is facing while moving his eyes. This paper designed a mapping algorithm between the horizontal coordinate data of the eyeball and the rotation angle of the robot's head joint, and built an experimental platform based on communication between the upper and lower computers. In addition, in order to avoid the situation where the operator's eyeballs shake or move over a large range instantaneously, which may cause the head joints to shake violently, this paper added an exponentially weighted moving average filter to the control algorithm to denoise the eye movement data. Finally, experiments verified the effectiveness and practicality of the immersive teleoperation platform developed in this paper.

This paper presents a topology optimization of a microstrip bandpass filter based on the geometry projection method that can represent thin metals and air gaps. A population-based stochastic optimization algorithm is used to optimally place the rectangular air regions in the metal plate of a microwave filter. It is shown that the bandpass filter obtained by the proposed method, which has a thin stub, has a desired characteristic.

In recent years, there has been significant progress in text-to-image generation models. However, text struggles to accurately describe abstract concepts like shapes and sizes. Some methods have been proposed to enhance text prompt by incorporating image prompts. While they have shown effective improvements, they either require substantial fine-tuning costs or struggle to effectively integrate text and image information. In our study, we delve into the issue of the difficulty in integrating text and image information in decoupled cross-attention and conduct visual analysis. We identify the presence of background-related tokens in image features as a key factor affecting text fidelity. To address this issue, we develop an algorithm to filter out these tokens. Additionally, we observe differences in the attention of Unet layers to text prompts and image prompts. Based on this finding, we optimize the flow of image information to reduce interference with text information. In summary, we introduce a new topic-customized method that requires no repeated training. It trains a plug-and-play image prompt adapter with only 417M parameters, lightweight yet powerful, surpassing existing models in both text and image consistency. To achieve real-time and precise monitoring of the main moving component of the monochromator. We have developed a visual monitoring system for monochromator based on machine vision technology for SSRF. To enhance the accuracy and stability of visual detection, this paper proposes a visual monitoring method that integrates video super-resolution (VSR) and kalman filter (KF) with YOLOv5 object detection. First, VSR is applied to enhance the quality of images captured by the camera. Then, scale numbers on a ruler are detected, and KF is employed for stable tracking of the scale numbers' detection boxes. Finally, the position of the monitored subjects is calculated based on tracking results of the scale numbers on the ruler. Experimental results demonstrate that by implementing VSR, the detection rate of scale numbers improved by an average of 12%, and in combination with the tracking algorithm based on KF, the proposed method achieves enhanced stability in the positioning of the moving component in the monochromator.
