The proposed work focuses on the use of the Pipelined Adaptive LMS algorithm as an effective noise cancellation technique in lung signals. The LMS algorithm is an adaptive filtering technique that has the capability to remove noise from signals by adjusting filter coefficients based on the input data. The study employs MATLAB and ModelSim-Altera as software tools to implement the algorithm. The outcomes showcase the efficacy of the Pipelined Adaptive LMS algorithm for canceling noise in lung signals. This paper studies and establishes a system for the problem of lack of personalized commodity recommendation and low pertinence in shopping offline. Compared with online recommendation, offline system has inherent disadvantages on data. This paper overcomes its difficulties and does a further analysis and research on shopping information and commodity image of offline stores, and the algorithm model for offline personalized intelligent recommendation system was established, then the system was constructed to demonstrate its practicability and feasibility. Finally, we described the future of offline intelligent recommendation system and the difficulties to be solved, also we provide a promising outlook.

A robust simultaneous pose tracking and structure recovery algorithm based on the Interacting Multiple Model (IMM) for augmented reality applications is proposed in this paper. A set of three extended Kalman filters (EKFs), each describes a frequently occurring camera motion in real situations (general, pure translation, pure rotation), is applied within the IMM framework to track the pose of an object. Another set of EKFs, one filter for each model point, is used to refine the positions of the model features in the 3D space. The filters for pose tracking and structure refinement are executed in an interleaved manner. The results are used for inserting virtual objects into the original video footage. The performance of the algorithm is demonstrated with both synthetic and real data. Comparisons with different approaches have been performed and show that our method is more efficient and accurate.

In view of the problem that the traditional image denoising algorithm has poor denoising effect on the roaming images of campus buildings, we took the new campus of a university as an example. The images were obtained by using the RGB depth camera of KI-NECT, and the denoising non-local mean filtering algorithm was combined to optimize the denoising of the roaming images of buildings in the new campus. Using CAD and 3d& Corona technology, we studied the effect of denoising accuracy on generating images of roaming scenes of buildings in the new campus. Through the comparative experiment of non-local mean filtering algorithm, it is verified that the image of roaming scene of virtual park building generated and produced by combining CAD and 3d& Corona technology with denoising non-local mean filtering algorithm has advantages including integrity, hierarchy and stability, which provides technical support for the further realization of digital park construction.

An analysis of two LMS (least mean square) Newton adaptive filtering algorithms with variable convergence factor is presented. These algorithms are known to yield zero a posteriori error. The relation between the variable convergence factor used to update R (the input autocorrelation matrix) and a variable forgetting factor that weights the past input samples is addressed. The analysis is carried out for stationary as well as nonstationary environments, and the relations of these algorithms to the RLS (recursive least squares) algorithm are explored. The experimental results obtained agree well with the results predicted by using the derived formulas.< >

Information generated within the World Wide Web is increasing at huge rate and user's access for their own interested work. Ambiguous queries and lower ability of user to precisely express what they need have been one of the challenging obstacles in improving search results. It is obvious that the current search engines retrieve results are sometimes not of user relevance due to keyword based search, so to fill the gap between the user interest and retrieved search results, personalized web search needs to be evolved. For example, a biologist and a programmer may use the same query “mouse” with different search context, but the search systems would return same results. Again still there is need to customize the search results by re-ranking the retrieved results incorporating the user interests. In this paper we have presents various approaches to personalize web search through user modelling by analyzing semantic data.

An algorithm for denoising image based on directionalet is proposed, and in each high-frequency subbands, adaptive Wiener filtering (window size 1 times 25) is performed. Then, the denoised image is obtained by reconstruction from the filtered coefficients. At last, all directional sub-images are averaged. The experiments results showed that this method outperforms Wiener filtering in standard 2-D wavelet domain. The SNR is improved l~3dB.

There is significant motivation to develop reduced complexity filtering algorithms (with explicit performance bounds) for tracking maneuvering targets. Maneuvering target estimation is an important problem in target tracking due to the uncertainty in maneuvers of the target. In a hostile environment a target will try to avoid being tracked by maneuvering in such a way so that its motion is difficult to follow. The idea behind image-based and image enhanced tracking is to use two-dimensional imagery to obtain information about the mode of the target (e.g. orientation information) apart from conventional measurements. Simulation studies demonstrate that this modal information can lead to marked improvements in the target tracking performance. As is widely done we assume the mode of the target with time is modelled as a finite state Markov chain and the target's trajectory is modelled as a jump Markov linear system. The image sensor processor response to the modal information is blurred to due the range of the target, weather conditions, etc. Finally, the blurred images are processed by an imager which generates a marked Poisson process according to the noisy state of the Markov chain. In summary the image-based target tracking model is a multivariate Poisson process modulated by a single finite state Markov chain, i.e., a Markov Modulated Poisson Process (MMPP). Estimating the target's mode and coordinates then involves two filtering algorithms: (i) The optimal (MMSE) estimate of the orientation is computed by a MMPP filter (which is essentially a continuous-time Hidden Markov Model filter). (ii) The trajectory of the target (modelled as a jump Markov linear system) given the noisy modal measurements is estimated using an image-based filter. This is a finite dimensional filter (i.e. given by an ordinary differential equation driven by a Poisson observation process) which requires estimates from the MMPP filter The main contributions of this paper are to present robust
