This paper presents a fuzzy programming procedure to solve nonlinear fractional programming problems in which the parameters involved in objective function are considered as fuzzy numbers. At first a multiobjective fuzzy nonlinear programming model is constructed by considering the numerator and denominator part, individually, of the fractional objective. Then by using tolerance ranges of the fuzzy parameters, the problem is decomposed and each decomposed objectives is solved independently within the feasible region to find the upper and lower tolerance values of the fuzzy objective goals in the decision making environment. Finally a Taylor's series linear approximation technique is applied to linearize the membership goals and thereby obtaining most satisfactory decision in the decision making arena. A numerical example is solved and the solution is compared with existing approach to establish the efficiency of the proposed methodology.

Based on data collected previously on the electricity market of the East China, we use stepwise regression method to find the approximate expression of the active power flow of each power sets on East China's certain electrical network. Then classified discussion is carried out according to the difference of the capacity in and out of merit in order to obtain a simple and reasonable rule for calculating the block cost. Based on this, the objective programming model for output distribution of each unit is achieved. Exclude conditions step by step, and adjust the output allocation plan. Introduce flexible factors defining membership function to change fuzzy programming into non-fuzzy programming, and use genetic algorithm to get solution. This paper presents a fuzzy programming method to design supply chain network, in which the customer demands and transportation costs are assumed to be fuzzy parameters. Existing researches on supply chain network design problem are either restricted on deterministic environment or only address stochastic parameters. In this paper, we consider this problem in fuzzy environment. Under different criteria, we format three types of models for the decision makers: expected cost optimization model, chance-constrained model and chance maximization model. A genetic algorithm based on fuzzy simulation is developed to solve the proposed fuzzy models. Moreover, some numerical examples are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of models and solution algorithm.

In this paper we proposed to study the Trilevel Quadratic Fractional programming Problem through Interactive fuzzy programming procedure. In this procedure, First of all the upper levels determine their fuzzy goals and they possess their preference in the form of constraints. Then, lower level optimizes its goals by considering the preference of upper levels and hence a satisfactory solution can be achieved by modifying the satisfactory degrees of the upper level decision makers until the overall satisfactory balance between all the levels of decision makers will not be attained. This procedure can be effectively used in determining the satisfactory optimum solution of required multilevel programming problem. To check the practicability of our proposed method, we are also yielding a numerical example of quadratic fractional programming problem with three levels.
