The fuzzy model derived from the input-output data of a given system using a fuzzy clustering algorithm is not generally optimal due to the errors introduced by the projection of the clusters onto the input variables and its approximation by the parametric functions. In the present work, the evolutionary algorithms are used to improve the initial fuzzy model obtained by fuzzy clustering algorithms. The proposed approach is applied to predict the form function of aluminum/polymer composite cylindrical shell. For this application, the performance of four fuzzy clustering algorithms: Gustafson Kessel (GK), fuzzy c-means (FCM), Gath-Geva algorithm (GG) and fuzzy c-regression model (FCRM) are optimized by genetic algorithm (GA) and hybrid particle swarm optimization with constriction factor approach (HPSO with CFA). The search space of evolutionary algorithms is restricted by the constraints in order to avoid loss of initial fuzzy model meaning. The achieved results show that the proposed approach is useful to improve the performance of an initial fuzzy model which is not optimal. The optimal model to predict the considered form function is FCM GA with a mean square error about 0.2497 and coefficient correlation of 0.9081.

In order to quickly and accurately realize target recognition when the crop demanding, adopt green strength of RGB's method to identify the crop from the background of elaphic, the recognition accuracy was more than 98%. Use density DBSCAN fuzzy clustering algorithm, by means of setting two parameters a and MinN, in the density DBSCAN fuzzy clustering algorithm, to determine a cluster gather on the each target, by means of judging the existence of the clustering gather or not to determine the target. With the help of image division technology, calculate the area ratio of the target and calculate the need of quantity of spraying. By means of calculating the centre point of each clustering gather(target), realize to control sprayer motion trail, realize accurately targeting and variable rate spraying pesticide (Fertilizer) when the crop sowing in line at seeding.

Sorting and grouping optimization method for second-use batteries considering aging mechanism

With the wide application of lithium-ion batteries in electric vehicles(EVs) and battery energy storage systems (BESSs), numerous retired lithium-ion batteries have to face the problem of the disposal and reuse. However, the existing sorting method for fresh batteries takes the external characteristics such as battery capacity and internal resistance as the sorting characteristic index, which fail to guarantee high efficiency and long service life simultaneously in specific second-use application scenes. This paper proposes a novel sorting and grouping method for retired batteries considering both characteristic parameters including aging mechanism and application scenes. First, the multi-factors including capacity, internal resistance and Incremental Capacity Analysis (ICA) based aging mechanism indicator, are extracted from experiments. Second, a fuzzy clustering algorithm is utilized to sort retired batteries according to the requirement of two typical application scenes, energy storage and peak load shifting, which are characterized by high capacity and instantaneous high power charge/discharge, respectively. Finally, 80 retired LiFePO4 batteries are screened and grouped using the proposed method. The results show that the proposed sorting method can effectively select batteries considering aging mechanism to ensure good performance and consistency in both application scenes.

Modular design can shorten the product development cycle and enhance the product research and development capability of enterprises. To better solve the problem of module interface coupling after module partition, the present modular product design method has been improved based on the theory of inventive problem solving and axiomatic design theory. This article summarizes the engineering parameters commonly used in modular design based on the requirement analysis and conflict problems of modular structure design. And in the process of dividing the functional modules by fuzzy clustering algorithm, we propose defining and classifying the principle (technical) correlation between parts by these parameters. Then the coupling relation of each module interface is analyzed by the design matrix of axiomatic design and the conflict solving tool of the theory of inventive problem solving is utilized for decoupling. Finally, the high chair is taken as the design object and the design process is used to verify the feasibility of this method.

fuzzy energy management strategy for electric vehicle combining driving cycle construction and air-conditioning load identification

Energy management strategy is developed by considering the random and air conditioning load fluctuation, which greatly affected the torque control of the electric motor in electric vehicle. Firstly, the vehicle power consumption model is established, based on the influencing factors of electric vehicle energy consumption: random load and air conditioning load. Therefore, driving conditions with random characteristics representing the actual random load are constructed. According to the clustered characteristic parameters, the driving conditions were classified as different driving modes. Secondly, the mode of predicted condition was taken as a variable to evaluate the logic threshold strategy and fuzzy control strategy in which the influence of air conditioning was considered. Finally, under the condition of New European Driving Cycle (NEDC), the proposed management strategy was simulated in software environment, and the hardware in-loop (HIL) test was performed to verify the strategy. The simulation and HIL test results show that the proposed energy management strategy can increase the driving range by considering the load fluctuation of air conditioning. Furthermore, the strategy combining the driving mode prediction can alleviate the decline rate of SOC. And the fuzzy control strategy has better adaptability in complex conditions and lower battery energy consumption rate.

Exploration on the path of ideological and political education and cultural education in colleges and universities from the perspective of red culture

The path of integrating red culture into ideological and political education under new media should be more refined and comprehensive. In the innovation of red culture practice, red culture propaganda carrier and red culture condition guarantee, further in-depth discussion and research are needed, which provides more space for the research of this paper. In this paper, the FCM-education path model is constructed based on the fuzzy clustering algorithm as the theoretical basis. The calculation and analysis show that the new era background has a heavier share in the basis of ideological and political education in universities, and its comprehensive basis degree is 66%. The extent to which world multipolarity is based on ideological and political education in universities is 64%. The proportion of the basis of economic globalization to the ideological and political education of colleges and universities is 40%, and the difficulty of realizing the path of "three-pronged education" is 60%. The main reason is that the path of "three-pronged education" of ideological and political education culture in colleges and universities is the first experimental path in China, and there are difficulties in the design of class time and the division of objectives. The path of curriculum education is the least difficult to achieve, only 10%.

considering the complexity of modeling locomotive braking system, an approach of constructing the T-S model based on coevolutionary optimization algorithm is proposed. The approach employs the fuzzy clustering algorithm to identify the initial fuzzy system. And considering both the precision and the celerity in a practical project, the structure and parameters of the fuzzy system are optimized by a coevolutionary algorithm. The approach reduces the structure of the model as well as ensures the accuracy of model. The performance of the proposed method is validated by modeling and simulating of the locomotive braking system.

The research proposes a module creation method based on AHP which analyses customers' demands weights in the process of product design. First of all, with establishing the product conceptual structure which correspond the personalized needs of customers and analyzing the similar characteristics of the component in the whole life cycle, the research forms a relationship matrix including different components;then this research analyzes the ordered clustering process of modules based on the fuzzy clustering algorithms. Compared with other optimization algorithms, the method of fuzzy clustering module based on AHP analysis can divide product in a more efficient and reasonable way, and it has a good adaptability and versatility. With using jack products as an example to verify the proposed method, this research modularizes the product in a reasonable way.

fuzzy algorithms of GG and GK based on Mahalanobis distance can improve those limitations of roller bearing architectural classifications, but Gath and Geva clustering algorithm could only use the data with multi-dependent variable normal distribution. GK-algorithm is limited as it must know the distribution of data. The data set was set by Min-Hwei College of Health Care Management in Taiwan and is a complete test on medical staff and skill of medical care. Hence we can collect the student data in the classes where they have good abilities. This discussion is about supervised classification method constructing the fuzzy clustering by means of putting forward method. Our discussion about an updated essential value not diverging calculation method to promote the prevention of Gath-Geva or Gustafson-Kessel methods, removed the limit of the determinants of common variance of matrices in the Gustafson-Kessel methods, and alternative for the common variance matrix with the statistics of related matrix which exists in the main function. The experimental results of real data sets of using multimedia software to identify Alzheimer's disease and then to prevent aging prove that the supervised classification method constructing the fuzzy clustering by means of method obtain much better result, when data dispersion between different clusters is overlapping or the shape of clusters is not roller bearing.
