Conventional pidcontrolalgorithm is difficult to obtain good effect in control of the temperature of FC furnace gypsum calcinations which is characterized by time-varying process, nonlinearity, and big disturbance. In view of the steady-state accuracy of pidcontrol, strong robustness and fast response of fuzzycontrol, this paper designs fuzzypidcontroller to control the pre-drying temperature by overcoming disturbances in the system through online adjustment of the pid parameters. Simulation results show that this control strategy has high-speed quality and stability compared to conventional pid.
