This paper proposes a new robust cost function, which combines the inverse hyperbolic sine cost function and the generalized maximum correlation entropy. Based on this cost function, a robust diffusion generalized correntropy-based inverse hyperbolic sine (DGCIHS) algorithm is proposed. The mean-square performance and convergence analysis are performed to theoretically prove the reliability of the algorithm. Simulation experimental results confirm the theoretical analysis, demonstrating the algorithm's robustness. Compared with similar algorithms, the robust diffusion generalized maximum correlation entropy inverse hyperbolic sinusoidal algorithm demonstrates superior performance.
