In this paper, the project has successfully designed a unique idea by implementing a green computing system of Health and Secure Environment Management system for Ray International W.L.L company. The objective of this project is to indicate the waste minimization and recycling approaches by adapting to the paperless approach and strategy by using a modern technology. Paper consumption leads to increasing the cutting of trees and thus increases the phenomenon of global warming, which raises the temperature of the earth and increases the amount of carbon in the atmosphere, therefore, the authors applying the paperless approach in the selected company by adapting the ICT tools to replace the wastage of papers which contribute to the preservation of the environment and reduce global warming. The main problem of this paper is borne out of the Ray International W.L.L company used approximately ten's thousands of paper annually, and the activation of the paperless approach will contribute to reducing cost and preserving the environment. The benefit of this project that a paperless office is that a paperless office is not only environmentally friendly[1], but also assists in improving the productivity and efficiency of an office while also being economical and disburdens the work processes making it appropriate as digital documents can be easily shared between users. In conclusion, the paper consumption leads to increasing the cutting of trees and thus increases the phenomenon of global warming, which raises the temperature of the earth and increases the amount of carbon in the atmosphere. The security and safety checklist procedures require a lot of paper printing which is done on a daily basis by many administrative officers, technicians, and specialists in security and safety. Therefore, this system will facilitate procedures and saves time on staff as well as savings in expenses. Also, using new technology like cloud computing keep the information safe and available 24/

the article focuses on the topic of low usage and significant energy waste in cloud host. It proposes the demand to intelligently improve the cloud resource usage and enhance the digital closed-loop control levels in the context of business growth and the dual carbon initiative. Thanks to the current virtualization technology supporting live migration and data collection abilities, it also requires an end-to-end and automatic decision-making solution to simultaneously optimize multi-objects with multi-resources utilization. Therefore, it is necessary to study the global optimization issue by considering various factors such as resources, energy consumption, and balance to achieve the goal of energy and maintenance efficiency in a green cloud computing system. The practical results show that the method of the system can release approximately 20.8%-23% hosts and increase CPU resource utilization by 42%
