A hardware and software complex designed to control the temperature of a permanent magnet of a magnetic resonance imaging system and to protect it from overheating in case of failures of the temperature-control system is described. The complex consists of several digital temperature sensors and a meter-recorder that measures temperatures, registers them in memory, and switches off the temperature-control system in case of overheating. Interaction with the computer is carried out with the help of a computer application that provides the setting of the meter, receiving recorded data, visualizing them in graphical and digital form, and saving them in files. The exchange between the meter and the computer is carried out through the local network using the Wi-Fi interface. The complex can also be used in other similar applications.

Development of a hardware-softwarecomplex for automatic registration and analysis of vehicle motion parameters. According to the current observations, the passenger traffic keeps increasing annually. Therefore, the road safety is needed to be provided at the decent level. The solution may be represented as an electronic device allowing to record the vehicle's movement parameters and the driving style. It is assumed that the proper use of the information received by an owner of the vehicles fleet can help him encourage drivers to keep the vehicles safe in different dangerous situations. This electronic device is provided with an onboard navigation equipment which uses an accelerometer and GPS data. However, the use of some other MEMS sensors in conjunction with the data of GLONASS / GPS would produce registering an extended list of dynamic parameters of transport and reduce the influence of interference. The presented article is devoted to a more detailed overview of the solution to the problem, the structure of the prototype device and spheres of use device.

The methodological approach to the creation of a hardware-software solution for debugging and testing of algorithms and control systems of actuators of a glass forming machine in real time mode is presented. Model tests are used to evaluate the compliance of algorithms with technical specifications and their reliability. The tests were carried out on a test bench built on the basis of an industrial sample. On the test bench the operation of the object is modeled, parameters are recorded and transferred to the monitoring system for post-processing. In the course of testing, the component base of various manufacturers available under the sanctions policy was tested. It was confirmed that such a stand can be used for rapid prototyping of control algorithms, semi-natural testing, and training of glass industry specialists. The independent control of the process control system is a contributing factor to the development of industrial equipment engineering and the localization of critical technologies. Consequently, this contributes to the formation of technological sovereignty.

The advantages using the architectural concept of the Network 2030 technology focus group using the recommendations ITU-T, FG NET-2030 (FG NET-2030) for building highly efficient multiservice wireless packet-switched cellular networks when providing a wide range multimedia services are analyzed. A review of the results of the Network 2030 study, carried out by the ITU-T FG NET-2030 focus group to study the capabilities and principles of building fixed communication networks for the period up to 2030 and beyond, is reviewed and analyzed. The efficiency indicators wireless cellular networks based on digital technologies have been studied and performance quality criteria have been selected to ensure acceptable quality of service QoS (QoS, Quality of Service) and Quality of Experience (QoE, Quality of Experience) of useful and service traffic. Based on the research, a new approach has been developed to create a method for calculating performance indicators of multi-service wireless cellular networks using end-to-end digital technologies. A general block diagram model of a digital wireless communication system under the influence of various noise sources is proposed to study the reliability of the transmission and reception discrete messages. Based on the proposed calculation method, complex indicators communication quality such as throughput were studied, taking into account the self-similarity property of heterogeneous traffic, the probabilistic-time characteristics of networks, and the energy consumption hardware and software of mobile wireless networks. As a result of the study, analytical expressions were obtained for estimating the parameters of the output modulated communication channel, predicting efficiency in the time and frequency domains, signal-to-noise ratio per bit, as well as energy consumption indicators in mobile wireless communication networks.

Review of "Smart City" elements and their components are conducted in the article. Analysis and development of solutions for remote monitoring of the human health status due to the application of telemedicine devices are carried out. The tasks of hardware and software complex that implemented are displayed. The model of hardware-softwarecomplex based on MQTT protocol use with the combination of two architectures: client-server and publish-subscribe is offered. Data exchanged is carried out in protected-mode through SSL and HTTPS protocols. The reasonability of MQTT protocol use through its built-in QoS abilities to prioritize telemetric traffic is substantiated. The algorithms of hardware-softwarecomplex operation are developed. The procedure of human health monitoring with data transfer and analysis for telemedicine purpose is carried out. Simulation of the adopted solutions in the Cisco Packet Tracer 7 environment is performed. The practical value of created hardwaresoftwarecomplex for similar tasks in other parts of human life is offered.
