IoT is becoming very relevant and getting popular in the field of medical diagnosis nowadays. In this paper, we are bound to limelight in this field which focuses briefly over the child health monitoring. In this work, we implemented a smart and secure health care monitor application that personify the monitoring of total health and mind status of the children. As part of which we are adopting the use of wireless sensors that will keep the child to get monitored. Our system enables the child to get involved with some android games which will make him/her to think and act dynamically. The game scores and the sensor readings obtained from the child will be monitored and analyzed by the system and actions will be taken accordingly. Since the data generated by the system are humongous, we adopt Hadoop in the background to effectively map the data and to reduce it into elementary. As this data need confidentiality in transmission, Apache Ranger is being used for the secure transmission and for the classification of the child behavior, C4.5 decision algorithm is used in the system. While testing with the medical dataset, C4.5 proved to be more accurate than id3 algorithm.

In the agricultural production, There are many factors play a Decisive role in agricultural output through a comprehensive way, to explore the key factors, this paper introduce the id3 algorithms to analyze the various factors affecting trying to identify the core factors of production control. In the article, firstly, introduces the basic concept of decision tree and the id3 algorithm, then analyze Lin Xian's agricultural output value data of 20 years and formed the preliminary decision tree, then combined with actual situation to generate the decision tree clip;Finally, through the experience of agricultural experts, formed the final decision tree to produces more actual set of rules that in agricultural investment decisions, which has the corresponding reference value to improve agricultural output, and has been proved has very good effect.

This paper proposed a decision tree algorithm based on attribute deviation. The algorithm classified the target attribute values and replaced the "entropy" in the id3 algorithm with a new classification rule. The new rules considered the deviation of the sample size for different attributes in the data set, completing a quick and detailed classification. At the same time, this classification rule solved the deviation caused by the decision tree bias selects multi-valued attributes. In this paper, a simulation experiment was conducted in UCI data set. The results showed that the attribute deviation algorithm has higher classification accuracy and shorter computation time than id3 algorithm.

Location-based services (LBSs) have been widely used in apps on smartphones. They help apps provide better service for us, for example, a navigation app guides us to trip. However, LBSs can also cause the problem of privacy disclosure. For some apps, like weather apps, a coarse location accuracy (LA) is enough to achieve their function, while they get our location within several meters. In this paper, we propose a framework for LBS Management (LBSM) to protect users' personal location message by providing multi-level LA to different apps. The framework will create two decision trees for apps and users to analyze the properties, and then use the decision trees to make the classification. According to the classification result, the LA level of an app is finally determined. For better service, the decision trees will adjust constantly when the cloud servers obtain new data of apps and users or their properties have change. Furthermore, some improvements have been made on the basis of traditional Iterative Dichotomiser 3 (id3) algorithm to make a more accurate classification result. Experiments show that users' personal information can be largest protected while also obtaining satisfactory service with our proposed LBSM.

Data mining (DM) comprises the core algorithms that enable to gain fundamental insights and knowledge from massive data. In fact, data mining is a part of a larger knowledge discovery process. One of the new researches in data mining application involves analyzing Breast cancer, which are the deadliest disease and most common of all cancers in the leading cause of cancer deaths in women worldwide. Among the various DM techniques, classification plays a vital role in DM research. Breast cancer diagnosis and prognosis are two medical applications pose a great challenge to the researchers in medical field. This survey work analyses the various review and technical articles on breast cancer diagnosis. The main goal of this research is to explore the overview of the current research being carried out using the data mining techniques to enhance the breast cancer diagnosis. Particularly, this survey discusses about use of the classification algorithms id3 and C4.5 in breast cancer analysis.

This system adopts the decision tree id3 algorithm and the teachers' classroom teaching quality evaluation attribute are classified and evaluation attribute characteristic of each category is obtained. The result of the rules of data mining are analyzed and the analysis results are applied to improve the level of teaching quality, which has very strong practical significance. By using data mining technique, multidimensional assessment results are deeply analyzed, so that we can more clearly find out correlation between factors influencing the quality of classroom teaching of science course. Then we can help the teaching management and teachers to solve teaching problem and improve the quality of classroom teaching of sciece course.

Modern life has a strong tie with ICT technology, so as to the sensing technology which has played an important role than before. Its application is somewhat more than we have learned, such as education. Meanwhile, with the advance of software/hardware and the popularity of the Internet, e-books have drawn much of attention. With the introduction of the sensing technology to e-readers, it instills e-books the functions of reading or learning behavior. In self-learning situation, learners often suffer from detraction problem which cannot be easily detected and amended. In this study, we proposed a sensor-assisted learning system to monitor a learner's retention during the reading or learning process. The system has been incorporated into an e-book platform, or e-reader to become a personalized e-reader system. We proceed to conduct two experiments for sensor-assisted model (SAM) and e-book systems, respectively. The ultimate objective is to establish an adaptive personalized learning system by the feedback of data collected by sensors.

Decision tree, as a simple classification algorithm, is an effective tool for mining knowledge rules, and it has been successfully applied in many fields. Based on the analysis of the essential characteristics of decision tree algorithm, for the selection of the expanded attributes, we put forward leaf criterion;data utilization criterion and comprehensive effect criterion which can recognize the extension ability of attributes, and establish the mathematical model with structural characteristics which can evaluate the extension capabilities of attributes.

Decision tree, as a simple classification algorithm, is an effective tool for mining knowledge rules, and it has been successfully applied in many fields. Based on the selection problems of the expanded attributes, we put forward quasilinear leaf criterion and data utilization criterion which can recognize the extension ability of attributes, and give a selection model of expanded attributes based on quasi-linear criterion (denoted by QASM for short). Then we compare and analyze the performance of QASM combining with id3 algorithm through an example. The results show that QASM can not only effectively merge the decision consciousness into decision-making process, but also the computational complexity is far below that of id3 algorithm, and has wide application and operability.
