In today's rising consumer awareness, companies are paying more and more attention to customer satisfaction. In order to survive in a fiercely competitive environment and maintain their competitive advantages, the only way to continuously provide consumers with high-quality services is the key to the sustainable operation of modern enterprises. The purpose of this research is focusing on the impact of service quality for automotive aftermarket parts and customers' willingness to repurchase. In this study, 400 questionnaire invitations through e-mail were distributed to existing customers and 164 valid questionnaires were responded. The responded answers were encoded, filed, and verified using SPSS. Degree and validity analysis, narrative statistics, single factor analysis of variance (ANOVA), regression analysis and structural equation modeling were applied for analysis. Through empirical analysis, there are many findings: Sales Service & Marketing, R&D capabilities, and innovative services in service quality are positively and significantly related to customers' willingness to repurchase. In the single factor variation analysis and structural equations, it is found that the impact of customer type on service quality and customer repurchase intention is not significantly related. In this study, Artificial Intelligence (AI) was also applied to compare the impact of service quality and to build the prediction model for customer repurchasing. These AI techniques include decision tree, neural network models, and multiple-linear regression. It is concluded that Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) have better predictive ability after training with sufficient data and proper input data. For decision tree and regression analysis, these models' predicting power will decrease when the data becomes more complex.

In ubiquitous environments, which involve an even greater number of computing devices, with more informal modes of operation, this type of problem will have rather serious consequences. In order to solve these problems when they arise, effective reliable systems are required. Also, system management is changing from a conventional central administration, to autonomic computing. However, most existing research focuses on healing after a problem has already occurred In order to solve this problem, a prediction model is required to recognize operating environments and predict error occurrence. In this paper, a hybrid prediction model through four algorithms supporting self-healing in autonomic computing, is proposed. This prediction model adopts a selective healing model, according to system situations for self-diagnosing and prediction of problems using four algorithms. In this paper, a hybrid prediction model is adopted to evaluate the proposed model in a self-healing system. In addition, prediction is compared with existing research and the effectiveness is demonstrated by experiment.

For medical decision making processes (diagnosing, classification, etc.) all decisions must be made effectively and reliably. Conceptual decision making models with the potential of learning capabilities are more appropriate and suitable for performing such hard tasks. Decision trees are a well known technique, which has been applied in many medical systems to support decisions based on a set of instances. On the other hand, the soft computing technique of Fuzzy Cognitive Maps (FCMs) is an effective decision making technique, which provides high performance with a conceptual representation of gathered knowledge and existing experience. FCMs have been used for medical decision making with emphasis in radiotherapy and classification tasks for bladder tumour grading. This paper proposes and presents an hybrid model derived from the combination and the synergistic application of the above mentioned techniques. The proposed Decision Tree-Fuzzy Cognitive Map model has enhanced operation and effectiveness based on both methods giving better accuracy results in medical decision tasks.

Decision tree is an important tool in decision analysis. In this paper, we propose the optimized id3 algorithm and three principles for pruning algorithm in different cases. Based on the Scilab platform, the application in a personal credit issue performs better than the traditional method. Besides, the difference between the decision tree and rough set is concluded, which makes the research on the decision tree more complete.

With the ever increasing need to share data across organizations, the demand for its privacy is also becoming increasingly important. In the past, several techniques have been proposed for privacy-preserving data mining. In this paper, we propose a privacy-preserving technique to build decision trees. We refer to it as negation technique. Since our technique does not employ any cryptographic techniques, it is computationally efficient. However, as a trade-off, it requires extra storage at the data owner site. We show that there is no loss in accuracy of the resulting decision tree due to the proposed data transformations. In this technique, we convert all the tuples in the database to anti-tuples, and then using the results obtained, we build the original decision tree from the transformed tuples. Privacy can be enhanced further by using cryptographic techniques along with this technique.

hiding secret data in an any carrier like text file, audio, video or image file is known as steganography [1]. A well defined function is required for steganography for minimizing embedding distortion. This paper proposed a novel technique for image steganography based on DCT and data mining classification techniques. Two 8 bit gray level image of size P X Q and M X N are used as cover image and secret image respectively. DCT is performed on both secret image and cover image. id3 algorithm is used to find the pixel value or number on where the secret image is going to be embedded. id3 algorithm generates the Decision tree to get the proper pixel due to which the embedding distortion will be less. Again two level of security is provided in the system one, before embedding the secrete image on the cover image we apply the Arnold transform, and second key is provided for securing the data. Here key is the pixel number of cover image on which we are going to embed the secrete image.

Data mining is the extraction of knowledge from large databases. One of the popular data mining techniques is Classification in which different objects are classified into different classes depending on the common properties among them. Decision Trees are widely used in Classification. This paper proposes a tool which applies an enhanced Decision Tree algorithm to detect the suspicious e-mails about the criminal activities. An improved id3 algorithm with enhanced feature selection method and attribute- importance factor is applied to generate a better and faster Decision Tree. The objective is to detect the suspicious criminal activities and minimize them. That's why the tool is named as "Z-Crime" depicting the "Zero Crime" in the society. This paper aims at highlighting the importance of data mining technology to design proactive application to detect the suspicious criminal activities.

This paper will make an analysis of decision tree at first, and then offer a further analysis of CLS based on it. As CLS contains the most substantial and most primitive decision-making idea, it can provide the basis of decision tree establishment. Due to certain limitation in details, the id3 decision tree algorithm is introduced to offer more details. It applies information gain as attribute selection metrics to provide reference for seeking the optimal segmentation point. At last, the id3 algorithm is applied in football training. Verification is made on this algorithm and it has been proved effectively and reasonably.
