Location-based services (LBSs) have been widely used in apps on smartphones. They help apps provide better service for us, for example, a navigation app guides us to trip. However, LBSs can also cause the problem of privacy disclosure. For some apps, like weather apps, a coarse location accuracy (LA) is enough to achieve their function, while they get our location within several meters. In this paper, we propose a framework for LBS Management (LBSM) to protect users' personal location message by providing multi-level LA to different apps. The framework will create two decision trees for apps and users to analyze the properties, and then use the decision trees to make the classification. According to the classification result, the LA level of an app is finally determined. For better service, the decision trees will adjust constantly when the cloud servers obtain new data of apps and users or their properties have change. Furthermore, some improvements have been made on the basis of traditional Iterative Dichotomiser 3 (id3) algorithm to make a more accurate classification result. Experiments show that users' personal information can be largest protected while also obtaining satisfactory service with our proposed LBSM.

In terms of the retail commodity sale forecast, people did more in particular aspect with commodity's single sale attribute such as the sale volume, the sale money, the season factor, but all has not considered the most important factor profit, the profit is the key factor of retail enterprises winning the survival and development. However, such a one-sided analysis is not conducive to assist the managers understand the overall situation of retail sales, and make the decision the sale and the inventory. So this paper firstly selected the profit ratio which was on behalf of commodity profit element and several other key sale attributes including the season ratio and the sale volume to establish the SPV Model;secondly done commodity sale state segmentation based on the SPV Model with id3 decision tree algorithm, And on this basis we predicted the sale state of the commodity at some future time;Finally, we compared and analysis the results of the SPV Model, the Season Model and the Markov Model through experiments, and get the conclusion that the SPV Model can reach higher correctness than the other two.

Decision tree algorithm is not only the important part of machine learning, but also the most widely used data mining tool. At present, there are many algorithms of generating decision tree, but when the database which we rely on exists noise, high quality knowledge is hard to obtain by id3 algorithm. In this paper, we propose the data mining method based on second learning in case of id3 algorithm, and analyze the performance of our method by a concrete database. Theory analysis and simulation indicate that this method posses the feature of strong operability, and it can improve the reliability of obtained knowledge.

In today's rising consumer awareness, companies are paying more and more attention to customer satisfaction. In order to survive in a fiercely competitive environment and maintain their competitive advantages, the only way to continuously provide consumers with high-quality services is the key to the sustainable operation of modern enterprises. The purpose of this research is focusing on the impact of service quality for automotive aftermarket parts and customers' willingness to repurchase. In this study, 400 questionnaire invitations through e-mail were distributed to existing customers and 164 valid questionnaires were responded. The responded answers were encoded, filed, and verified using SPSS. Degree and validity analysis, narrative statistics, single factor analysis of variance (ANOVA), regression analysis and structural equation modeling were applied for analysis. Through empirical analysis, there are many findings: Sales Service & Marketing, R&D capabilities, and innovative services in service quality are positively and significantly related to customers' willingness to repurchase. In the single factor variation analysis and structural equations, it is found that the impact of customer type on service quality and customer repurchase intention is not significantly related. In this study, Artificial Intelligence (AI) was also applied to compare the impact of service quality and to build the prediction model for customer repurchasing. These AI techniques include decision tree, neural network models, and multiple-linear regression. It is concluded that Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) have better predictive ability after training with sufficient data and proper input data. For decision tree and regression analysis, these models' predicting power will decrease when the data becomes more complex.

Traditional data mining is based on relational database, XML (extensible markup language) technology has become as a standard for representing and exchanging information in a short period of time, a new data mining method is provided, and this paper gives a brief introduction to decision tree and XML technology, as well as XML-based data mining basic process of the study. Then a novel model of the decision tree analysis based on the XML database is presented. Finally, through an example how to use this model for data mining is illustrated, and the direction of future research in the decision tree is pointed out.

hiding secret data in an any carrier like text file, audio, video or image file is known as steganography [1]. A well defined function is required for steganography for minimizing embedding distortion. This paper proposed a novel technique for image steganography based on DCT and data mining classification techniques. Two 8 bit gray level image of size P X Q and M X N are used as cover image and secret image respectively. DCT is performed on both secret image and cover image. id3 algorithm is used to find the pixel value or number on where the secret image is going to be embedded. id3 algorithm generates the Decision tree to get the proper pixel due to which the embedding distortion will be less. Again two level of security is provided in the system one, before embedding the secrete image on the cover image we apply the Arnold transform, and second key is provided for securing the data. Here key is the pixel number of cover image on which we are going to embed the secrete image.

Fuzzy decision tree, which is an extension of classical decision tree, is an effective method to extract knowledge in uncertain classification problems. The essential characteristic of fuzzy decision tree is to take of the value in [0, 1] to describe the subordinate relation between examples and linguistic terms, This avoids the unreasonability generated by the classical decision tree, which only use 0 and 1 to describe the subordinate relation. By well using the relation between examples and attributes, the fuzzy decision tree holds high performance, but at the same time, this fuzziness leads to the uncertainty of classification and disturb the building of a good decision tree. So, how to filter fuzzy data properly is an important segment in the building and the application of decision trees. This paper analyzes the effect of fuzzy filter on the fuzzy decision tree by using many experiments, which are based on both fuzzy id3 heuristic method and the minimal ambiguity based heuristic method. This paper also discusses the fuzzy filter level from both the inherent mechanism of building a fuzzy decision tree and the essence of fuzzy information filter, and proposes a practical method to determine this filter level for different data sets.

In the agricultural production, There are many factors play a Decisive role in agricultural output through a comprehensive way, to explore the key factors, this paper introduce the id3 algorithms to analyze the various factors affecting trying to identify the core factors of production control. In the article, firstly, introduces the basic concept of decision tree and the id3 algorithm, then analyze Lin Xian's agricultural output value data of 20 years and formed the preliminary decision tree, then combined with actual situation to generate the decision tree clip;Finally, through the experience of agricultural experts, formed the final decision tree to produces more actual set of rules that in agricultural investment decisions, which has the corresponding reference value to improve agricultural output, and has been proved has very good effect.

This system adopts the decision tree id3 algorithm and the teachers' classroom teaching quality evaluation attribute are classified and evaluation attribute characteristic of each category is obtained. The result of the rules of data mining are analyzed and the analysis results are applied to improve the level of teaching quality, which has very strong practical significance. By using data mining technique, multidimensional assessment results are deeply analyzed, so that we can more clearly find out correlation between factors influencing the quality of classroom teaching of science course. Data mining (DM) comprises the core algorithms that enable to gain fundamental insights and knowledge from massive data. In fact, data mining is a part of a larger knowledge discovery process. One of the new researches in data mining application involves analyzing Breast cancer, which are the deadliest disease and most common of all cancers in the leading cause of cancer deaths in women worldwide. Among the various DM techniques, classification plays a vital role in DM research. Breast cancer diagnosis and prognosis are two medical applications pose a great challenge to the researchers in medical field. This survey work analyses the various review and technical articles on breast cancer diagnosis. The main goal of this research is to explore the overview of the current research being carried out using the data mining techniques to enhance the breast cancer diagnosis. Particularly, this survey discusses about use of the classification algorithms id3 and C4.5 in breast cancer analysis.
