In this paper, a recursive stochastic gradient algorithm based on two-step update estimation and an iterative stochastic gradient algorithm based on two-step update estimation are established for the Wiener system by introducing a relaxation factor, which controls the relative importance of the two estimation parts. In addition, the convergence performance of the proposed SG-TSU and ISG-TSU algorithms are then analyzed. It is shown by a numerical example that if the relaxation factor is appropriately chosen, the proposed SG-TSU and ISG-TSU algorithms converge more quickly and have higher convergence precision than the standard SG and ISG algorithms, respectively.

In general image restoration, the point spread function (PSF) of the imaging system, and the observation noise, are known a priori information. The aero-optics effect is yielded when the objects (e.g, missile, aircraft etc.) are flying in high speed or ultrasonic speed. In this situation, the PSF and the observation noise are unknown a priori. The identification and the restoration of the turbulence degraded images is a challenging problem in the world. The algorithm based on the nonnegativity and support constraints recursive inverse filtering (NAS-RIF) is proposed in order to identify and restore the turbulence degraded images. The NAS-RIF technique applies to situations in which the scene consists of a finite support object against a uniformly black, grey, or white background. The restoration procedure of NAS-RIF involves recursive filtering of the blurred image to minimize a convex cost function. The algorithm proposed in this paper is that the turbulence degraded image is filtered before it passes the recursive filter. The conjugate gradient minimization routine was used for minimization of the NAS-RIF cost function. The algorithm based on the NAS-RIF is used to identify and restore the wind tunnel tested images. The experimental results show that the restoration effect is improved obviously.

The components overheating inside an object, such as inside an electric control cabinet, a moving object, and a running machine, can easily lead to equipment failure or fire accident. The infrared remote sensing method is used to inspect the surface temperature of object to identify the overheating components inside the object in recent years. It has important practical application of using infrared thermal imaging surface temperature measurement to identify the internal overheating elements inside an electric control cabinet. In this paper, through the establishment of test bench of electric control cabinet, the experimental study was conducted on the inverse identification technology of internal overheating components inside an electric control cabinet using infrared thermal imaging. The heat transfer model of electric control cabinet was built, and the temperature distribution of electric control cabinet with internal overheating element is simulated using the finite volume method (FVM). The outer surface temperature of electric control cabinet was measured using the infrared thermal imager. Combining the computer image processing technology and infrared temperature measurement, the surface temperature distribution of electric control cabinet was extracted, and using the identification algorithm of inverse heat transfer problem (IHTP) the position and temperature of internal overheating element were identified. The results obtained show that for single element overheating inside the electric control cabinet the identifying errors of the temperature and position were 2.11% and 5.32%. For multiple elements overheating inside the electric control cabinet the identifying errors of the temperature and positions were 3.28% and 15.63%. The feasibility and effectiveness of the method of IHTP and the correctness of identification algorithm of FVM were validated.

As bandwidths of digital wireless communications get wider, it is essential to evaluate the I/Q imbalances among quadrature mixer ports in terms of the mismatch characteristics of the analog components in the I and Q paths and the carrier phase offset. This paper describes a technique to evaluate frequency-dependent I/Q imbalances and carrier phase offset in wideband quadrature mixers. Using an SSB stimulus, the response of a DUT with imbalances is modeled mathematically, and an identification algorithm using a unique input stimulus is constructed. The validity of this technique is confirmed using an actual WiMAX transceiver on an ATE.

There are important information security problems for system identification, which have not been paid attention to and well studied. In this paper, we discuss the security problem of input information according to a class of system identification problems, and present security protocols in the sense of cryptography. It is ensured that the input information is not leaked during solving the identification problem, which can deal with passive attacks effectively. In addition, a quantitative relationship between the input information and the number of participants is given in this paper. The simulation results show that, in the range of allowed errors, the identification algorithm with the security protocol achieves the estimation accuracy. Aiming at the disturbance characteristic identification problem caused by the spacecraft's active payload,this paper proposes a ground test equipment based on the air bearing *** overall design scheme,control principle and control effect of the system are expounded in this *** paper identifies the quality and moment of inertia of the air bearing robot based on recursive least squares ***,set up the system dynamics equations and momentum conservation equation to calculate the pose information of the ***,use filtering algorithm to filter the *** disturbance characteristics can be calculated by identification ***,build a simulation program to evaluate the efficiency of the algorithm,and the results show that the identification accuracy of the algorithm is better than 95%.

Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopic (EIS) represents an important technique to characterize the impedance of electrochemical systems. The internal impedance phenomena can be modeled using Electrical Equivalent Circuit. Fractional operator is used to characterize the charge transfer and the diffusion phenomena. This may be attractive due to the ability of fractional systems to be simulated either in frequency or time domain. The impedance model using fractional systems is represented by a transfer function that is identified using Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm. The fractional model identification is validated on an experimental test-bench using two platinum electrodes immersed into Ferri-Ferro solution. Results indicate the ability of fractional system to identify properly the different impedance parameters. In order to decrease the long experiment time of EIS, minimization of the low frequency measurement points is performed and results show the ability of fractional systems to identify EIS data. The color tags that many soccer robots home and abroad have been used at present are analyzed in this paper. It also lists their advantages and disadvantages. Took all factors into consideration, and combined with rules of the game, this paper designs a new type of color tag to make the identification algorithm easy and the system output accuracy. In the design of the identification algorithm, it obtains locating information by gravity method, angle information by feature region judgment method and least square method, robot's ID information by feature region judgment method. At last, the software flow chart of the identification algorithm is given to make it clear. The results of the experiments show that the ID, location, angle of the soccer robots can be obtained accurately.

Designing machine tools is an extremely complicated process, requiring thorough knowledge from the constructors in terms of statics, dynamics, contact mechanics, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to support this process by analyzing their models. However, only on the basis of experimentally identified models, reliable information about the object can be obtained. Presented paper contains numerical studies of the efficiency of optimization algorithms to identify parameters of FEM models. Numerical studies were carried out for the FEM model of the hybrid machine tool body structural component, consisting of steel and polymer concrete. In order to identify the parameters of the model, an interface was developed to enable data exchange between the FEM preprocessor of the Nastran FX and Matlab to cooperate. Numerical studies were then conducted using a developed identification algorithm based on accelerance functions, developed on the basis of reduced order FEM model and introduced correction parameters.
