With the rapid development of modern society and economy, various types of science and technology have also achieved relatively rapid development, which has led to significant changes in all walks of life in modern society. This change not only makes modern society transition toward an information society but also makes people in modern society obtain more convenience. The construction industry has also achieved higher quality development with the development of science and technology, especially through the informatization reform of existing technical means in multiple processes such as building design and construction, which has saved a lot of manpower and material resources. The most important aspect in the field of architecture is the design work before construction, and the degree of refinement in this process also determines the merits of the building to a certain extent. Therefore, the field of architectural design has also received more attention from relevant researchers. At the same time, the further development of social economy in the new era also puts forward more requirements for architectural design in the construction industry, which urges researchers to conduct in-depth research on existing architectural design. At the same time, combining some emerging information technologies, a new architectural design mode with better structure and performance is proposed. image processing technology mainly uses computer algorithms to collect images, thereby converting these images into digital signals that can be recognized by a computer, and then displaying them on a computer display. This image processing technology can also identify and extract information from images, thereby displaying the key information therein. This article mainly analyzes image processing techniques and some data analysis algorithms to obtain the feasibility of their application in visual information mining systems for architectural design. With the all-round development of modern AIGC technology, people's application of AI painting to traditional art is gradually increasing, and the number of people who use AI painting to learn Qijiang prints is also increasing, which shows that the proportion of people studying China's traditional culture is increasing, and the increase in the number of experienced users has also attracted extensive research and attention from academia and industry. At present, there are some factors in AI drawing model, such as lack of traditional image data and poor quality of image data. In the process of data collection and processing, image optimization is an effective way to improve the present situation, which can solve the problems of arbitrary image data collection and not paying attention to image quality, and can also collect excellent works images with lost images. This paper uses image processing technology to improve image data, deal with common image problems and serious image problems, establish color collection strategies, and increase the sources of high-quality images. On the contrary, promoting cultural exchange and learning plays an auxiliary role in deepening the inheritance of traditional culture and promoting cultural development. However, the comprehensive popularization of cultural heritage and development through AIGC requires further scientific and technological development and continuous improvement of teaching resources.

Application of image processing technology in the digital media era in the design of integrated materials painting in installation art

In response to the problems of lack of intelligence, low recognition, loss of brightness, and unclear design objects in the comprehensive material painting of installation art, when materials enter the field of artistic creation, they can assist in artistic creation, but constantly updating materials is also a challenge for artists. This article utilized image processing technology in the digital media era to develop a comprehensive material painting design system for installation art. The aim was to use image processing technology to intelligently restore brightness balance, enhance restoration, and denoise paintings in integrated material painting, thereby improving the problems in installation art integrated material painting. In order to demonstrate the effectiveness of the designed installation art comprehensive material painting design system based on image processing technology, this article conducted relevant tests on the design system. The test results showed that the brightness of the 5 sample paintings without image processing technology was relatively dim. The brightness of character painting was the brightest compared to the 5 sample paintings, at 47.13%;the landscape painting had the lowest brightness, at 36.61%. The brightness of the five sample paintings processed by image processing technology significantly improved, and the brightness of all sample paintings reached over 70%. From this, it can be seen that the design system can effectively improve the quality of integrated material painting in installation art, and can also enhance the brightness of integrated material painting in installation art. Moreover, it can ensure a certain degree of recognition and clarity, and the design system has a high level of intelligence. This article hoped that the application of image processing technology in the digital media era in the comprehensive material painting design of installation art can effectively promote the improvement and upgrading of installation

Measurement of Tomato Leaf Area Using Computer image processing technology

The change of plant shape, size and color of leaves, flower shape and fruit shape was inseparable from the nutrition state and environment factor. This research started from the study of color, shape and texture characters of crops, and tried to acquire plant growth information by abstracting the plant morphological characters, size and color of leaves, flower shape, fruit shape, etc. using digital image processing technology. The information would be an important reference factor when greenhouse control decision was being made. A software program was finished for crop information abstracting based on the current digital image processing technology. This program can be used to measure tomato leaf area. The algorithm used to remove petiole combined erosion, dilation thinning algorithm and did less damage to tomato leaf image than simply use erosion and dilation algorithm. 30 greenhouse tomato leaf samples were picked to examine the abstracting result. The results of the image processing measurements and the measurements using portable area meter LI-3000 were analyzed and the correlation coefficient of single-leaf areas is 0.962, which shows that the algorithm is very prospective. The characters that were abstracted in this research are not enough for analysis on the plant growth information, but the study laid a foundation for further research.

3D Reconstruction and morphology analysis of coarse aggregate using optical laser triangulation and image processing technology

Digital image processing is commonly used in civil engineering to measure aggregate morphologies. However, it has limitations due to laying style and acquisition method, restricting analysis to two-dimensional geometric features. To overcome this, a new laser scanning-based method is proposed to reconstruct three-dimensional features of coarse aggregates. Three-dimensional morphology indexes are developed, with promising results. This method effectively captures complete surface information and the ratios between axes, surface area rate, and volume rate describe shape, texture, and angularity well. The proposed methodology accurately characterizes coarse aggregate morphologies, aiding asphalt mixture design. Incorporating the developed indexes enables effective quality control of asphalt pavements.

Performance evaluation of strapdown inertial navigation and Beidou satellite navigation system based on intelligent image processing technology

This paper proposes image processing technology and Beidou/SINS compact integrated navigation system, and analyses its performance. The experimental results show that in terms of attitude angle accuracy, the attitude data output by the integrated navigation system in the static state is stable, and the root mean square error is less than 0.6 degrees. In terms of navigation performance, the static positioning error of the integrated navigation system does not exceed 3.5 m, the rotation speed does not exceed 0.12 m/s, and the accuracy is high. Compared with the Beidou satellite, the navigation data consistency of the integrated navigation system is better, the positioning accuracy is less than 5.5 m, and the speed deviation is less than 0.3 m/s. It can be seen that the Beidou/SINS compact integrated navigation system developed in this paper can achieve high precision under dynamic conditions.

Application of image processing technology on testing blending ratio and blending irregularity of blended yarns

The blending ratio and blending irregularity of the blended yarn determine its property and quality. In this article, the image processing method was introduced to accurately and conveniently measure the blending ratio and blending irregularity of blended yarn by using images of the blended yarn cross sections. The Euclidean distance peeling method was applied to segment the adhered fibers to make them individual. Then, the fibers were classified according to characteristic parameters of fiber cross section such as color, shape, and area. The experiments were implemented to verify the accuracy and applicability of the image processing method to test the irregularity of blended bundles, slivers, and yarns by different fibers including polyester, viscose, and wool. The results show that the fiber identification error rate of the image processing method for blended bundles, compared with the designed, is less than 2%;the blending irregularity difference rate between image processing method and the manual counting method is less than 5% for blended sliver by sliver blending;the difference rate of the blending ratio of polyester/viscose blended yarn between designed and measured by image processing method is less than 5%, while manual counting method is less than 10%. The findings mean that the image processing method proposed in this article can greatly save labor and time on identifying and counting fibers, and it is a more accurate, convenient, and reliable method to test blending irregularity.

Implementation of Man-Hours Measurement System for Construction Work Crews by image processing technology

Measuring productivity on a construction job site is not an easy task because collecting its reliable data consistently from the job site requires a lot of personnel efforts causing extra time and cost. In order to measure the job site productivity, for instance, basically two types of data such as man-hours and installed work quantities are required as an input and an output factor to calculate the values of the productivity. This paper suggests an efficient automatic man-hours measurement system for analyzing and collecting the data relating to the input factor by the analysis of video images instead of the direct observation of construction job sites by a work manager. The proposed method utilizes the image processing technologies for analyzing the video images of the construction related works operated on the job sites. An image processing based algorithm is developed for tracking the three different groups of construction work crews under the considerations of complex construction work environment. It includes the following main algorithms: BGS (background subtraction), worker detection, and worker tracking algorithm. The proposed method has been applied and verified under various indoor and outdoor experimental test environments. Around 84% of recognition rate for counting man-hours of construction work crews is achieved by the proposed algorithm. The data acquired by the proposed method can be used as an essential and valuable input data to analyze and control the productivity of construction job site subsequently.

Measuring the Blend Ratio of Wool/Cashmere Yarns Based on image processing technology

In this study, an image processing technique was developed for testing the blend ratio of wool/cashmere yarns. Cashmere and wool were sliced and images clearly attributed to the obvious colour divergence after staining. In the image processing procedure, a support vector machine (SVM) was used to remove the background and separate wool and cashmere fibers. Some other parameters of the SVM were selected to identify wool and cashmere fibers beyond the colour character. When the wool and cashmere fibers were completely separated, the blend ratio was calculated by means of the picture-handling and data-handling functions of MATLAB software. This research work presents an accurate and fast method of analyzing the blend ratio, and the results obtained were a confirmation of this.

Application of image processing technology combined with the CNN algorithm to improve the quality of the artwork

Deep learning algorithms have made great achievements in the fields of voice, image, text, and so on. Aiming at the current situation of image quality improvement, this study proposes an image quality improvement method for artworks integrated with a convolutional neural network (CNN). In this method, the images of ink painting artworks are generated by CNN, the image information and texture are extracted by a vgg-19 convolution neural network structure, and the images are transformed through red, green, blue (RGB) and hue, saturation, value (HSV) colour space. Under the ratio of three kinds of parameters, the accuracy of the VGg grid is improved compared with that of the illustration grid, and when the ratio of style picture influence factor to content picture influence factor is 5, the accuracy is improved the fastest, and the accuracy is nearly 20%. This research will be of great significance in the field of computer-generated high-quality ink painting art images in the future.
