In the context of rural revitalization, this paper studies the design of the informatization system carried out by the local medical colleges' production, education and research work. The information system construction has become the focus of the wisdom of urban construction. Multiple applications of information technology has formed the traditional property management, e-government. In the past several years, human resource management informatization has received popularizationand extensive application by Chinese enterprises. These enterprises apply information technology into humanresource management to improve human resource management mode. In the process of integratinginformatization into human resource management, enterprises set up flexible and high-efficiency managementinformatization system, which effectively enhances human resource management level. For Selecting thehuman resource management informatization system we have to follow some basic principles such asCompleteness, Integrity, Usability, Self-service, Intellectuality, Security and so on . Generally speaking, theprocedure of planning and operation of EHR system can be divided into the following five steps. Firstly, todetermine the development direction and priority of human resource management. Secondly, to set up EHRsystem running model. Thirdly, to design a solution. Fourthly, to carry out the ***, to implementpromotion and evaluation of effects.
