In this paper we make the analysis and research about information theory and thermodynamics which includes the second law of thermodynamics, information theory, and information entropy, while pointing out the interrelation between them and coming with a new physical quantity, the information enthalpy, to communicate thermostatic and information. Finally, we get the conclusion that the change of the information enthalpy equals to the consumed energy of intelligent algorithm. We use the physical quantity to judge the performance of the intelligent algorithm and draw the relevant conclusions of the assessment experiments, which expand the intelligent algorithms based on the researches of the energy characteristics on the algorithm. The English composition intelligent evaluation system is a tool for automatic writing scoring using computer and natural language processing technology. At present, more and more practical English composition intelligent evaluation systems have been put into use, which can reduce a large number of teachers and evaluation agencies. Manual repetition of labor realizes the scale of composition correction. This paper aims to study the intelligent evaluation framework of English composition based on intelligent algorithm. This paper researches and integrates the features of word vector, paragraph vector, part-of-speech vector, and LDA. This paper researches and integrates the characteristics of word vector, paragraph vector, part-of-speech vector, and LDA, and uses the kNN semantic algorithm similar to the model to obtain the abstract tag label;The regression model of XGBoost calculates the evaluation scores of English compositions;and uses the summaries of 900 English students as samples to construct an intelligent composition evaluation system. Experiments show that the user satisfaction of the English composition intelligent evaluation framework constructed in this paper has reached 100%, and the mean square error is about 10, the error is small, which meets the needs of intelligent evaluation system.

This paper mainly focuses on the construction algorithm for ad hoc virtual backbone. The virtual backbone is approximated by minimum connected dominating set in unit-disk graphs. The approximation algorithms to compute network blocking are called CDS algorithms. There are various distributed CDS algorithms. We propose improved measures based on a cost-aware algorithm. The improved algorithm optimizes the generated CDS and is simulated in VxWorks. Also we calculate the blocking probabilities for the network model and the routing scheme is the least loaded routing. After this, we also consider the blocking probabilities in the circuit-switching networks.

The under-constrained cable-driven parallel robots is a special kind of robot that uses cables instead of traditional rigid links to control the end effector, and its typical character is that the number of cables is less than the number of freedoms. Both the geometric and static equilibrium equations of the under-constrained mechanism are coupled to each other, which brings great difficulties to solve the kinematics problems. In this paper, an improved particle swarm intelligence algorithm is proposed. By introducing the simulated annealing idea and the adaptive weight factor, the positive kinematics and inverse kinematics problems of the under-constrained cable-driven parallel robots are solved. Finally, under-constrained cable-driven parallel robots with three cables and four cables are taken as examples to carry out numerical simulation. The final results show that the intelligent algorithm is effective and feasible, and can provide theoretical guidance for the design of subsequent under-constrained parallel robots.
