Video surveillance system is used in various fields such as transportation and social *** bad weather can lead to the degradation of the video surveillance image *** rainy environment,the raindrops and the background are mixed,which lead to make the image degradation,so the removal of the raindrops has great significance for image *** this article,after analyzing the inter-frame difference method in detecting and removing raindrops,a background difference method is proposed based on Gaussian *** this method,the raindrop is regarded as a moving object relative to the *** principle and procedure of the method are given to detect and remove *** parameters of the single Gaussian background model are studied in this *** important parameter of the learning rate of Gaussian model is explored in order to better detection and removal of *** shows that the results of removal of raindrops by using the proposed algorithm are better than that by using the inter-frame difference *** image processing effect is the best when the learning rate is *** research results can provide technical reference for similar research on eliminating the influence of rainy weather.

Tracking Multiple Target Cows' Ruminant Mouth Areas Using Optical Flow and inter-frame difference methods

A Cow's ruminant behavior can provide information about a cow's health. Monitoring a cow's ruminant behavior could therefore be of use when assessing its health. However, it is difficult to simultaneously monitor multiple target cows' ruminations simultaneously without any contact-type equipment. A method for monitoring multiple target cows' ruminant behavior based on an optical flow method and an inter-frame difference method is proposed here in. The optical flow method is used to obtain the optical flow fields of the ruminant cows' mouth areas in the first 60 frames of a video. The optical flow values with large changes are selected from the first 60 frames of the test video and these values are superimposed to obtain the candidate ruminant cows' mouth areas. The candidate ruminant cows' mouth areas are magnified 1.5 times, and the inter-frame difference method is used to track the real cows' mouth areas in the new magnified areas. According to the "center error" and "overlap rate" indexes, the tracking result for the 15 videos is evaluated. The results show that the average successful tracking rate reaches 89.12%, demonstrating that the algorithm could be applied for the automatic monitoring of multiple target ruminant cows' mouth areas.

With the development of scale of the power grid,the phenomenon that the construction personnel across the safety fence at will occurs frequently,which brings great hidden trouble to the safety *** allusion to the existing problem of the safety fence without monitoring and alarm function,in which the principle of inter-frame difference method is used to screen out the illegal workers,making accurate diagnosis of the illegal behavior,and sending warning information to remind the illegal workers by using the method of trajectory tracking of moving object to filter out the random disturbance signal,so as to ensure the safety of the construction.

Moving target detection is an important part of intelligent video surveillance system, in which background difference method and inter-frame difference method are the two most commonly used methods. This paper has analyzed the principle and algorithm of these two methods, the program simulation is realized based on open source platform of OpenCV. The experimental results show that the two methods can detect the moving target in the video in real time, and have a wider application for the intelligent management of regional monitoring.

In this paper, presents an improved motion obstacle detection algorithm based on monocular vision by contrast analysis of optical flow method, frame difference method and background difference method. Firstly, the image is collected by the monocular camera, preprocessed, and then processed by an improved motion obstacle detection algorithm. Finally, the image is processed to solve the void problem and get the complete motion obstacle information. The experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper requires less computational complexity and simpler parameter design than the traditional detection algorithm, and the motion detection algorithm proposed in this paper can satisfy the real-time and real-time Accuracy requirements.

Moving target detection is the premise to classify and recognize the video images *** smoke is a marked characteristic in the early forest *** the analysis of the characteristics of forest fire smoke image,this paper studied several common moving target detection methods,analyzed their realization processes,compared their advantages and disadvantages,and sought the best method of video forest fire smoke moving target *** showed that the improved background estimation method combined with color judgment criteria not only has better ability of smoke capture,but also has stronger anti-interference ability,which greatly eases the pressure on the subsequent image recognition.

Aiming at solving the noise problem which had lowered the accuracy in the target detection result from the process of image-collection and image-transmission, the paper proposes a new target detection algorithm based on the improved wavelet threshold. Firstly, these images are filtered by a denoising method, which combines the wavelet threshold method with the correlation of the wavelet coefficients, and its "Zoom" feature can eliminate the negative impact of noise;then a combined algorithm which connects background subtraction and two consecutive inter-frame subtraction is set up in order to combine their advantages and improve the effect of target detection. Compared simulation results of the four models, the results show that the target detection method based on multi-scale wavelet threshold is reasonable and effective, and more suitable for the real-time target detection.

This paper proposes an improved discrete cosine transform (DCT) domain block video watermarking scheme which based on the video sequences' characteristics. The watermarking scheme fully considered the characteristic of human visual system and moving object detection technology, and chose the movement and complex field as embedding regions. In the watermarking embedding process, we used the sub-pixel blocks to reduce the block effects of pixel classification.

Numerous and disorderly background is the background which has multiple moving targets. Specific moving targets detection and anti-interference technology are the key technologies in recognition of posture under the numerous and disorderly background. For the case that the identifying target is easily affected by other moving targets, an anti-interference method that can identify specific body gestures in numerous and disorderly scene is proposed. This method combines inter-frame difference method and LK optical flow method. Eventually this anti-interference method is realized and proved to be efficient at the platform of Kinect.
