In an era of evolving property management and ownership practices, blockchain technology emerges as a transformative force and revolutionizes traditional land registration systems. This conceptual approach is a vision of a future world where property transactions occur without glitches. Based on a network of nodes that perform the data distribution, blockchain does not require a central authority (decentralized) and significantly decreases the possibility of data manipulation. Utilizing blockchain's chain of custody and cryptographic features, a land registration system is strongly anticipated to counter existing challenges in the real estate industry, such as fraud, conflicts, and procedural bottlenecks that have been frustrating the industry for decades. The project deploys Solidity-based self-executing smart contracts to automate and enforce agreements related to property transfer, boosting efficiency and cutting out intermediaries. Users self-register and upload the required documents to the system. The critical aspect is that the user is verified only after the inspector meticulously assesses their details using the government database. After assessment, the user can use the application to sell or buy land. The inspector also surveys the land physically before granting permission to make the land available for purchase. The buyer and seller agree on a price before generating the ownership deed. Smart contracts are created for each of these steps from user registration to transfer of ownership, and stored in the local blockchain. Cryptographic algorithm, Hash Algorithm SHA-256 is utilized to protect user's sensitive information and keep anyone from unauthorized access and interplanetary file system (IPFS) for file storage.

The growth of the commodification of music in the present age has made royalties allocation in an efficient, straight-forward manner to the stakeholders, in general, a complex issue. To address these challenges, this paper introduces RoyaltyChain, a new framework powered by predictive analytics and blockchain. Using factors like streaming data, social media statistics, and geographical factors, Random Forest Regression is employed to predict royalties in a big data environment, with a blockchain-backed system ensuring secure and transparent distribution. Here Ethereum blockchain-based smart contracts are designed in Remix IDE and the interplanetary file system (IPFS) is incorporated to handle data storage cost issues in blockchain. The performance evaluation shows an increase in the overall efficiency in predicting outcomes and the high scalability of our system in comparison with the related techniques with respect to accuracy, scalability, etc. RoyaltyChain provides a scalable framework to establish efficient and fair distribution of money from the consumption of music in this increasingly complex world.

The expanding use of Electronic Health Records (EHRs) has been a game-changer in healthcare data accessibility and patient care. The privacy, data security, and interoperability problems in traditional EHR systems are also major concerns. The integration of blockchain and mobile cloud computing presents a great potential solution. In combination with blockchain's decentralized and immutable properties, data security can be enhanced through cryptographic techniques and can ensure the availability of a patient's health records on demand from any place using mobile cloud computing. This paper reviews the existing research on blockchain-based EHR sharing platforms and their capabilities of addressing healthcare security, privacy, and efficiency challenges. The research explores the use of smart contracts for automatic access control, and privacy-preserving encryption, and integrates decentralized storage solutions like interplanetary file system (IPFS). Despite the advantages of blockchain technology, challenges remain, including scalability issues and the lack of compatibility between artificial intelligence (AI) and blockchain systems. Future research should shift its focus toward overcoming these barriers and implementing solutions that better reflect real-world practices. This paper proposes that blockchain-powered mobile cloud computing has the potential to revolutionize EHR management by enabling secure, patient-centered, peer-to-peer data sharing, although numerous challenges still need to be addressed for widespread adoption.

IPVM (interplanetary Virtual Machine) is a versatile protocol, an extension of IPFS capable of handling a diverse range of computations, spanning from small-scale to large-scale tasks. Blockchain technology has gained significant attention for its ability to provide a decentralized and immutable platform for various applications. In this paper, we propose a Blockchain based Decentralized Case Management system using the interplanetary file system (IPFS) protocol. The decentralized nature of blockchain ensures data integrity and transparency, while IPFS facilitates efficient and decentralized storage of case files. Our system allows for secure and fine-grained access control to case data, ensuring that only authorized users can view and manage cases. We present the architecture of the system, which includes smart contracts deployed on the blockchain to manage case data and access control rules. Additionally, we have discussed the implementation details and use case scenarios to demonstrate the functionality of the proposed system. Performance testing revealed that our system significantly enhances data integrity and transparency. Comparative analysis demonstrated that IPFS, despite having slightly higher latencies than traditional FTP, provides superior security and redundancy. Through our research, we aim to provide a secure, transparent, and efficient solution for managing cases in various domains, including legal, healthcare, and finance.

Digital vaccination passports are being proposed by various governments internationally. Trust, scalability and security are all key challenges in implementing an online vaccine passport. Initial approaches attempt to solve this problem by using centralised systems with trusted authorities. However, sharing vaccine passport data between different organisations, regions and countries has become a major challenge. A platform for creating, storing and verifying digital COVID-19 vaccine certifications is presented, making use of interplanetary file system (IPFS) to guarantee that there is no single point of failure and to allow data to be securely distributed globally. Blockchain and smart contracts are also integrated into the platform to explicitly determine policies and log access rights to the passport data while ensuring all actions are audited and verifiably immutable. Our proposed platform realises General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requirements in terms of user consent, data encryption, data erasure and accountability obligations. We assess the scalability and performance of the platform using IPFS and Blockchain test networks.

Developing intelligent healthcare solutions in the quickly changing world of communication technologies-driven smart cities depends heavily on data. Our work aims to protect user data, which is essential to intelligent healthcare in these kinds of urban areas, in the face of mounting worries about data privacy. However, serious privacy issues are raised by the sensitive nature of health data. Federated Learning (FL) is a potentially useful method that allows cooperative model training over several servers or devices while maintaining localized training data. However, serious privacy issues are raised by the sensitive nature of health data. In this work, we present a novel framework to improve secure healthcare data analytics in Blockchain systems by integrating FL with blockchain technology and the interplanetary file system (IPFS). To balance privacy and data utility, our method makes use of adaptive noise distribution techniques and dynamic customization. IPFS aids in lowering the cost of data storage, while blockchain technology offers safe and transparent model update aggregation and storage. The results of our experiments show that our approach maintains excellent accuracy with 99.04% for healthcare data security analytics tasks and provides strong privacy protection against different types of attacks. Blockchain integration using Ethereum and IPFS demonstrates the usefulness and viability of our platform.

In today's digital landscape, ensuring the authenticity and reliability of academic credentials has become essential to address issues of document forgery and secure information management. This research introduces a blockchain-based student certificate management system integrating the interplanetary file system (IPFS) for decentralized document storage. Leveraging on the immutability characteristic of blockchain and the efficiency of storing things in IPFS is a resilient infrastructure for nontamperability and unauthorized access. A system based on Ethereum has been used to streamline and transparently interact among students, educational institutes, and employers by bypassing intermediaries in that process. The significant functions involved are decentralized control of academic credentials, automatic verification, and QR code-based verification, all promoting security and efficiency in the operations. The present research has thus shown that blockchain and IPFS technologies can protect academic credentials, overcome administrative burdens, and build a culture of trust for stakeholders.

The interplanetary file system is a protocol and peer-to-peer network for storing and sharing data in a distributed file system. IPFS uses content-addressing to uniquely identify each file in a global namespace connecting all computing devices. The distributed system would allow data users to upload and locate their content to the IPFS blockchain network as well as sharing it peer-to-peer resulting in high-speed content loading or bandwidth relying on the network and data usage either user want to upload or download through IPFS based application. Each content uploaded to the IPFS would be unique and identified based on the content identity (CID) that would be assigned once the file is uploaded. The paper also discusses the usage of centralized and decentralized storage system as well as secure and practical storage management. The paper also indicates that the traditional storage management do not guarantee the possibility of data loss or data redundancy. Therefore, multi-authentication toward IPFS based storage would be implemented for data user to locate their data on IPFS blockchain.
