When the NIRS data are handled smoothly, we extract the characteristic points, and interpolation calculation will be executed based on these characteristic points, obtain a more accurate and smooth curve at last. The aim of research presents a way is how to avoid the emergence of the "Runge phenomenon" and implement equal value interpolation that the smoothed curve passes through the characteristic pints of original data. This paper presents newalgorithm of equal value interpolation, and the process of data recovery with the characteristic points. The auxiliary points could induce interpolation algorithm to realize computation of the interpolation, and will meet the requirements of equal value interpolation. In this paper the different methods of computation auxiliary points and the analysis of the similarity between interpolation curve and original data curve with different auxiliary points are also provided. With the different auxiliary points we implement symmetric and asymmetric interpolation curve. The curve with equal value interpolation algorithm based on auxiliary points can preferably describes the variation tendency of original data.

Colloid jet polishing (CJP) is a new technique for the ultraprecision machining of aspheric surfaces, especially for the ultrasmooth surfaces machining of small-radiused concave surfaces and freeform surfaces. In this paper, a colloid jet polishing equipment with 5 axes, four of which perform linkage movement was developed. According to characteristic of colloid jet polishing, NC interpolation algorithm for rotary symmetric aspheric based on this equipment was researched. The derivation process and computer simulation result of the algorithm was also presented. The interpolation error of this algorithm was analyzed and the calculation formula was also proposed. According to the result of analysis, the precision of the interpolation algorithm is high and the algorithm is very useful. Experiments show that high quality ultrasmooth surface can be achieved using this method and surface roughness Ra less than 1nm for K9 glass can be obtained stably.

Integral Imaging (II) is a technique that is capable of creating and encoding a true volume spatial optical model of the object scene in the form of a planar intensity distribution through micro-lens array. With recent progress in the theory and micro-lens manufacturing, integral imaging is becoming a practical and prospective 3D display technology and attracting much attention. In this application, the generation of depth map and 3D scene reconstruction from the planar recorded integral image is essential if real and/or computer generated objects are to be integrated within integral 3D images. It is also essential to enable content-based image coding and content-based interactive manipulation to be carried out within integral images. In this technology, 3D scene information is existed in a great deal of "Element Image" under each micro-lens. A true volume spatial optical model of the 3D scene can be perceived through the corresponding micro-lens array replaying. Since micro-lens sheet is used in recording, only one recording is necessary in obtaining three-dimensional information. The precision of depth information will affect the integral images evidently. This paper presented a method of extracting more precise and reliable depth information with the interpolation algorithm based on the present depth extraction algorithm. Contrast experiment and data analysis prove that the 3D reconstruction result is more confirmable with our current depth information, the precision of 3D reconstruction is improved. This is very important to acquisition of the exact 3D scene information, analysis of the 3D spatial resolution and data processing of the next generation II-based 3DTV.

AC servo controller have the characters of precise position control and fast response, which makes itself promising in the application of numerical control machine. A new line and arc interpolation algorithm is proposed in this paper, which controls the stepping size of z axis by orthogonal decomposition given the stepping size of x *** algorithm has the advantages of high interpolation speed. At last, an experiment is conducted to verify the algorithm.

Because of the size, position, property of the tumor organization are different, as well as In individual difference and tumor organization's change in thermotherapy process, it is very difficult to set up the mathematical model with accurate system, so it is unable to reach the ideal result to adopt traditional PID to regulate. The Based on interpolation algorithm Tumor Thermotherapy Fuzzy Control System take ARM9 S3C2410 as the core to constitute, including the thermoelement multi-spot temperature gathering module and conversion system, power amplification control, USB memory administration module, LCD display control drive subsystem modules, keyboard as well as other basic function modules, completes the specific logical function separately. simplified the design of the fuzzy control list;Through the improvement to the output method of the fuzzy control, enhanced the system quality. After the experiment and actual run indicated that this system dynamically responds well, over modulation is small, stable state quality is high, without static difference, strong robustness and so on characteristics, satisfies the clinical tumor thermotherapy request.

To make machining surface smoothing, a smoothing interpolation algorithm based on small line segments is proposed to meet the special requirements of smoothing machining. The algorithm takes the approach of s-curve acceleration and deceleration control for single tool path, yet between adjacent parallel trajectory adopts linear acceleration and deceleration control. This method enables feed rate between adjacent tool paths to transit continuously and meets the requirement of flexible and smooth machining. The article constructs a mathematical model of relationship among machining precision, maximum feed rate, acceleration, jerk and maximum allowable instantaneous feed rate to assure machining precision and machining efficiency. The model ensures that acceleration of single tool path and feed rate between parallel tool paths is continuous and simultaneously tries its best to enhance machining efficiency. In the end, the experiment result shows that the algorithm can meet the requirement of smoothing machining with an assurance of machining precision.

With the rapid development of digital imaging technology, the Bayer filter array represents color images. How to restore color images based on the Bayer filter array has become a problem. This paper proposes a novel interpolation algorithm, which leverages a dynamic-weighting mechanism to weight interpolation direction vectors. Experiments show that the improved algorithm has a significant improvement on color image restoration.

This paper proposes a novel trajectory interpolation algorithm for WEDM, namely Unit Generalized Arc Length Increment Method (UGALIM). In this method, the generalized arc length is taken as a parameter;the coordinates such as X, Y, U and V are the functions of the generalized arc length. In each interpolation period, the generalized arc length increases with exact one Basic Length Unit (BLU), the corresponding incremental components along the X, Y, U and V axes are accumulated into their own accumulators. Once an overflow occurs in any of the first order accumulators of the X, Y, U or V axes, the corresponding axis will move 1 BLU as a step. The interpolation terminates while the interpolated generalized arc length reaches the predefined value. Numerical simulation and machining verification were carried out. A typical ruled surface with a circle in the upper plane and a square in the lower plane is machined with UGALIM. The result demonstrates the feasibility and advantages of this new interpolation method. (C) 2013 The Authors. Published by Elsevier B.V.

with the continuous development of industrial automation, the seam of space curve welding meet the accuracy requirements has become the most important issue to be solved by automated welding equipment. In this paper, a small long straight sections connected end to end to fit the space weld trajectory curve, selected discrete points in ensuring error conditions, thus completing the torch movement trajectory tracking, and implement the space curve welding seam welding. Finally, through the Matlab software simulation verify the correctness and effectiveness of the interpolation algorithm.

Screen printing is very common technology in printing and dye factory, now. Silk screen which was used be clean is a born work. In this paper, robot which used in silk screen cleaning is discussed. For silk screen cleaning machine, the robot is used to transfer the silk screen which is ready to be washed. According to the structures of robot and machine, the algorithms of arc interpolation are proposed. In this algorithm, the path of robot end actuator is divided into a series of discrete points. The location and gesture of robot end actuator are computed and the motion parameters of every joint are computed by one dimension scanning optimization algorithm. The algorithm is composed and used in manipulator of robot which is used to transfer the silk screen into washing machine. The experiment results prove that the algorithm is valid and helpful.
