The estimation of the parameters of damped complex sinusoids is a classic research problem that has been studied extensively. State-of-art high resolution estimators for this problem suffer from certain drawbacks including high computational complexity and the necessity of model order information. In this work, we develop an efficient estimation algorithm to overcome these issues. Specifically, we combine the recently proposed Multi-tone Iterative Windowed A&M (MIWAM) algorithm, a high performance method capable of estimating the frequencies and complex amplitudes of multiple complex sinusoids in white Gaussian noise, with a model order estimation strategy that is based on information theory criteria. We demonstrate through extensive simulations that the novel method achieves more reliable performance while requiring less computations than high resolution algorithms.

Digital cameras have become the most important imaging devices in all kinds of Hand-held devices. In these devices, the quality of image reconstruction is an important indicator of the overall quality of the end-user experience image, and the image resolution is a mainly parameter of Digital cameras. Usually, only incomplete color information of the scene is measured at each pixel location by the CCD sensor, so that the Digital camera will have a low production cost. A true color image can be outputted by estimating all unknown color components, and we named the estimation process "Demosaicing". A single chip image sensor is consisted of different color-pass filtering unit that is named CFA (Color Filter Array). Because there is only a kind of color sensor at the pixel position in CFA, the mosaic phenomenon of an entire image is serious. In order to remove the mosaic phenomenon, the unknown other two kinds of color information need to be reconstructed in each pixel. In the paper, our demosaicing algorithm is proposed to deliver high quality image based on CFA edge information. The algorithm is used to reconstruct a three-color image by analyzing local spatial gradient information of a CFA. The test results show that our algorithm is effectiveness for improving the phrase Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR) and the quality of image reconstruction.

This article proposes a novel mechanism for continuous object boundary region detection. Different from others work, we work on a fog computing environment where a few sensor nodes are deployed. This means that sensing holes may exist in network regions. Based on sensory data, we interpolate on network region and find a predicted object boundary line. To cover sensing holes and detect the real boundary, mobile sensors are adopted to traverse the selected stops on boundary line. Last sensory data gathered by mobile sensors help to draw a more precise boundary area. Experimental evaluation shows that the proposed technique can detect a precise object boundary region timely and sensor nodes can work in an energy-efficient manner.

It is very difficult to achieve the ideal results for the traditional PID control as the uncertainty of the input valve opening control, and it is also difficult to establish the accurate mathematical models as the controlled process non-linear and time-delay. A kind of electric actuator is designed, which is based on 32-bit ARM embedded RISC microprocessor and the improved fuzzy interpolation algorithm. The results indicate that the key techniques about flexible switch, valve-limit position judgment, motor protection, precision positioning and analogue signal isolation can achieve good control. Compared with the traditional valve electric actuator, the accuracy and reliability of the control process have been improved with small size, high reliability, high precision, low-cost features.

A new algorithm transforming pixel spatial position using edge preserving interpolation is proposed to implement projector keystone correction. First, the scaling factors, the start point positions and the end point positions are calculated according to different rows, then the edge preserving interpolation algorithm are used according to the space positions. Experimental results demonstrate that the algorithm can not only implement keystone correction, but also preserves the edge effectively. It can be used in the chip of projector video processing.

The research problem of the parameter estimation of multiple superimposed damped complex exponentials in noise is of significant importance in many engineering and science applications. In this paper, we propose a simple yet accurate estimator to address the problem. By combining an efficient windowed frequency and damping estimator for a single component with an iterative leakage subtraction scheme, the novel method consecutively and iteratively estimates one component at a time by gradually reducing the leakage introduced by other components presented. Simulation results are presented to verify that the proposed algorithm is capable of outperforming state-of-art time and frequency domain algorithms.

The primary objective of flow field super-resolution technology is to enhance the resolution of flow field data while simultaneously reducing computational resource requirements through computational simulations and data processing methods. Building upon prior research, this study introduces a novel flow field super-resolution method composed of three essential components: an interpolation module, graph data preprocessing, and a graph neural network, referred to as RGHF. Within the interpolation module, the radial basis function interpolation method is employed. Furthermore, a pioneering graph convolution operation named GConv is introduced in the graph neural network and prediction modules. This approach effectively leverages low-resolution data to predict high-resolution data, resulting in reduced computational time while maintaining an acceptable level of precision. Experimental results on the RAE2822 airfoil dataset demonstrate an 81% reduction in computational time, along with robustness across varying flight conditions.
