In this paper, to improve the office efficiency of public health office and planning finance office, a management system of medical reimbursement management systems of Jinan University was designed and analyzed based on java technology. Script xml was implemented with JSP + java Script as a development tool, visualization of the system was realized using UML Unified Modeling Language, and Oracle10 g database servers and AIX P570 IBM minicomputer were utilized, the management system of reimbursement in socialized medicine of Jinan University was successfully designed and implemented. This system which managed the work of medical expenses reimbursement was simple to operate, multifunctional and high performing. All of review and limit projects were automatically accomplished by computer, not only reducing the workload, thereby increasing the efficiency and speeding up the reimbursement rate and the level of management, but also increasing standardization and transparency of reimbursement process and reducing conflicts between staff and the person for reimbursement.

With the development of the times, readers' demand for news is no longer limited to simple text information, but more vigorous to understand the deep meaning behind the text. As far as journalists are concerned, they need to strengthen the exploration of visualization in the way of communication to realize the visual communication of news. As soon as visual news comes into being, it is deeply loved by audiences. How to expand the scope of visual news transmission and broaden the path of visual news transmission has become a problem that must be considered by journalists and sportsmen. To make the content of data news more abundant, this paper makes rational use of the method of visual communication, so that the characteristics of interaction can be fully developed. From the dialectical relationship between technology and content to analyze news visualization, java technology as a widely used network language, due to its platform independence, high availability, security, reliability and support for database programming. The establishment of news management based on the java platform, giving full play to the important role of information technology, and more efficient processing of news of large information volume, has a positive impact on the development of the news industry.

JADE is one of the most diffuse FIPA compliant agent platforms for the development of industrial applications. However, it is not interoperable with the majority of currently available agent and mobile agent platforms employed for the development of agent-based applications in several industrial sectors ranging from manufacturing to telecommunications. This paper describes an extension of the java-based Interoperable Mobile Agent Framework (JIMAF) for JADE. The JIMAF, which is based on the software layering concept and on the voluntary interoperability approach, allows for high-level interoperability of execution, communication and migration among heterogeneous java-based mobile agent platforms. The proposed extension of the JIMAF makes it possible to define JIMAF-based agents which can then be effectively exploited for developing inter-organization agent-based applications supported by java-based non-FIPA-compliant agent platforms and JADE.

According to the needs of model-based assembly in virtual experiments, at the base of making full use of Cult3D, applying java to expand the function of Cult3D was proposed to realize the interactive model assembly in virtual experiment. The paper analyses the mode of collision detection in procedure of assembling models in virtual experiment, the correspondence between java and Cult3D and the application of java multithreading in virtual assembly, which are key technologies for virtual laboratory. Then an example of water tower simulation teaching experiment is supplied.

The actual development of distributed information technologies and java programming enables employing them also in the medical arena to support the retrieval, integration and evaluation of heterogeneous data and multimodal images in a web browser environment. With this aim, we used them to implement a client-server architecture based on software agents. The client side is a java applet running in a web browser and providing a friendly medical user interface to browse and visualize different patient and medical test data, integrating them properly. The server side manages secure connections and queries to heterogeneous remote databases and file systems containing patient personal and clinical data. Based on the java Advanced Imaging API, processing and analysis tools were developed to support the evaluation of remotely retrieved bioimages through the quantification of their features in different regions of interest. The java platform-independence allows the centralized management of the implemented prototype and its deployment to each site where an intranet or internet connection is available. Giving healthcare providers effective support for comprehensively browsing, visualizing and evaluating medical images and records located in different remote repositories, the developed prototype can represent an important aid in providing more efficient diagnoses and medical treatments.

One of the most important feature of a MAS (Multi-Agent System) is the cooperation and the coordination among agents placed in distributed environments. Due to the high heterogeneity of agents and platforms, interoperability has become a key issue for the use of MASs in academic and industrial fields. Several approaches to interoperability proposed so far are based on the java technology exploiting the homogeneity of the programming language and technology. In this paper we introduce a new middleware that enables the interoperability among agents execution in different platforms, implemented with different programming languages. Our approach is FIPA-IEEE compliant and programming-language independent.

In order to satisfy an increasing need to respond rapidly to changing business requirements and knowledge, and to reduce implementation costs, the mainstream business world is progressively relying on the expert systems technology. In addition, recent e-business initiatives are requiring companies to provide "web-enabled" systems in order to maintain a competitive edge in their marketplace. In this paper, we describe our experience in capturing the business logic and implementing a web-based expert system for vehicle registration fee computation at California Department Of Motor Vehicles. The system has been implemented using the Blaze Advisor rules engine and has been deployed to Sun's J2EE Reference Implementation of a java application server. Our work has shown that using expert system technology to implement a web-based, business-driven solution is certainly a viable and promising option. Deployment of the rule service as an Enterprise javaBean exposes the rulebase to various types of business clients, and provides a consistent and adaptable implementation of the business domain.

Using the Android Internet APP and java technology to build a new teaching management platform, the platform has the basic function of the Web server, and students can easily real-time browsing and querying various teaching information from the mobile phone. The platform adopts B/S framework and MVC software as the development environment to layout technology platform by using the Android APP, so the platform has good information querying and resource sharing function. In order to verify the effectiveness and reliability of the platform, we the number of the platform's data transmission, flow use and flow queries can be real-time counted, which can obtain the platform operation curve and statistical results under three kinds of conditions, so the results can be seen that the platform of data transfer and flow usage are more stable in different period of time, it is no big fluctuations and complies with the design requirements, to provide technical reference for the research of students mobile phone internet teaching.
