With InputStream, OutputStream classes in java and Visibroker ORB, we established a distributed application, that permits to download any file from CORBA server. For an executable program file to download, we read byte by byte and put each byte into a String Buffer, and each byte is separated from another by an asterisk. This string will be resoluted in the customer application in order to obtain again each byte for writing in the file with the same name.
