Recent development of computational analysis in the field of genomics and proteomics has necessitated the use of high performance computing architectures such as grid, cluster and parallel computing. In this paper an attempt has been made to study the performance enhancement by optimization of various load balancing algorithms (LBAs) and *** genome sequence alignment (using PAM 120 substitution matrix) was performed on the grid. We have achieved a performance gain of 11.72 times with just 8 processing nodes in comparison to serial execution time using artificial intelligence based LBA parameter optimization.

This paper aims to explore the application of virtual reality (VR) electronic learning based on load balancing algorithm in the simulation of intelligent music education system. This paper designs and implements an intelligent music education system simulation, which uses load balancing algorithm and virtual reality (VR) technology to provide the convenience of e-learning and personalized learning experience. The load balancing algorithm allocates and manages multiple tasks or requests in the system to ensure the balanced utilization of resources and the efficient operation of the system. In the intelligent music education system, the load balancing algorithm can be used to manage user requests, allocate appropriate resources and services, and ensure that the system can respond quickly and provide a stable learning environment. This paper introduces the architecture and implementation details of the system, including the design and optimization of load balancing algorithm and the application of VR technology. The results show that we point out that VR e-learning based on load balancing algorithm has potential in the simulation of intelligent music education system, which can provide high-quality personalized music learning experience and provide useful enlightenment for innovation in the field of music education.

INTRODUCTION: In present days, Automation of everything has become essential. Internet of things (IoT) play an important role among all medical advances of IT. In this paper, feasible solutions are discussed to compare and design better healthcare systems. A thorough investigation and survey of suitable approaches were done to select IoT based systems in hospitals consisting of various high precision sensors. OBJECTIVES: The challenge healthcare system face is to manage the real time patient's data with high accuracy. Second challenge is at fog devices level to manage the load distribution to all sensors with limited availability of bandwidth. METHODS: This paper summarizes the selection criterions of suitable load balancing algorithms to reduce energy consumption and computational cost of fog devices and increase the network usage that are supposed to be used in IoT based healthcare systems. According to the survey BNBKnapack algorithm has been selected as best suitable approach to analyze the overall performance of fog devices and results are also verify the same. RESULTS: Comparative analysis of Overall performance of fog devices has been proposed with using SJF algorithm and Adaptive BNBKnapsack algorithm. It has been observed by analysing system performance, which is found as best among other load balancing algorithm Adaptive BNBKnapsack is successfully reduce the energy consumption by (99.29%), computational cost by (98.34%) and increase the network usage by (99.95%) of system CONCLUSION: It has been observed by analysing system performance, Adaptive BNBKnapsack loadbalancing is successfully able to reduce the computational cost and energy consumption also increase the network usage of the fog network. The performance of the system is found best among other load balancing algorithm.

The availability of low cost microcomputers and the evolution of computer networks have increased the development of distributed systems. In order to get a better process allocation on distributed environments, several load balancing algorithms have been proposed. Generally, these algorithms consider as the information policy's load index the length of the CPU's process waiting queue. This paper modifies the Server-Initiated Lowest algorithm by using a load index based on the resource occupation. Using this load index the Server-Initiated Lowest algorithm is compared to the Stable symmetrically initiated, which nowadays is defined as the best choice. The comparisons are made by using simulations. The simulations showed that the modified Server-Initiated Lowest algorithm had better results than the Symmetrically Initiated one.

This article describes how cloud computing utilizes the benefits of web engineering and its applications by improving the performance and reducing the load on cloud providers. As the cloud is one of the emerging technology in the field of computing, it is used to provide various services to the user through the internet. One of the major concerns in cloud computing is accessibility of cloud. For estimating the availability of cloud, various load balancing algorithms are deployed in data centers of the cloud environment. loadbalancing is a technique that distributes a signal load across various computers for optimizing resource usage, reducing response time, etc. There are different load balancing algorithms, for performing the load distribution across various centers. This article analyses different load balancing algorithms and develop a new algorithm for efficient loadbalancing. The proposed load balancing algorithm utilizes the concepts of web engineering to prioritize the request of end user using parsing technique, which will assign the resources to the end users based on the priority set by the data centers.

The premise is to replace the single switch, running at a speed proportional to the number n of input and output ports (and to the line rate), by a load balanced switch consisting of k switches, each running at 1/k the speed. Indeed, with such an architecture, and for some classes of traffic patterns, simply spreading the traffic among the k switches achieves 100% throughput (thus the term loadbalancing). However, reordering among packets of the same flow may occur, which becomes a major concern. One way of avoiding this problem is to use a load balancing algorithm that does not split, i.e. that routes all packets of a given flow through exactly one of the k switches, without re-routing existing flows. We shall call such a load balancing algorithm a non-splitting algorithm. While non-splitting algorithms definitely preserve the order of packets, it is intuitively well understood that these algorithms waste throughput. The focus of this paper is to exactly characterize this waste. We prove an asymptotic tight upper bound of 1/3 on the throughput of any non-splitting algorithm when n >> k.

Among the used technologies, loadbalancing is indispensable and extremely important in improving system performance and maintaining users' experience. In this paper, we focus on load balancing algorithms commonly used in cloud computing. Through our analysis we proposed our improved online load balancing algorithm. We use several experimental results to show its power and efficiency. We use CloudSim as a simulator to verify our thoughts.
